I have full confidence in the Dunwoody Pines facility and staff in continuing provision for my mother thanks to my own observations each week I visit her as well as my mother’s own reports each time she happily shares her experience. The facility is super clean, remodeled in all its amenities, and the food is top of the line-all three meals freshly cooked everyday!

Garden Way R C is a most friendly ,caring community with reasonable support without intrusive involvement in your private life . The staff is wonderful ,friendly but also respectful of your privacy .

My loved one has been pleased with the care they are receiving here. The staff always have my loved one clean, dressed, and involved in the activities when I visit. I feel the staff really look at for the resident's care and care for them well. The resident to staff ratio is low and this is wonderful. The staff have all been great to work with and friendly. There are three meals a day and snacks served to the residents. There is a variety of options for the residents to choose from. The community is very thoughtful about nutrition for the residents. The safety and security measures the community has if top notch!

Our story is common with many families needing care for family members. Very quickly we needed to locate appropriate living quarters for my mother. Within two days we identified five suitable and available apartments. Maple Brook Terrace quickly became the easy choice based on their genuine interest in my mother and the amenities provided. Six plus months in its clear we made the right choice. We all have peace of mind and mom often says it’s the best place for her at this season of life. We toured this (at the time) brand new facility last year for an elderly relative and were blown away by all that was offered! Not only was it spotless, the units were spacious - the studio kitchen was full size, incredibly large- they also have in-unit washer and dryers and large, well laid out bathrooms. We joked that we would move in if we were of a “certain age”! It honestly gave me the impression of living on a (very nice) cruise ship, with all of the available activities, food options and socializing we witnessed in the public areas. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Maple Brook Terrace to anyone searching for an independent living facility. It’s also in an extremely convenient location - honestly, zero complaints!

The minute I walked in, the facility was beautifully decorated and very clean. The residents seemed very happy and their needs being met by the staff. The facility provided a variety of food options

Last month My daughter and I had an opportunity to visit the property of Dunwoody Pines. The manager [name removed] was very professional and helpful his sales manager [name removed] gave us a very great in-depth tour of the property which we loved. Unfortunately we’re unable to move there simply because our lease is not up at our current senior property. I would highly recommend the management and the staff of this facility. THE CONTINENTAL RETIREMENT COMMUNITY WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY MY MOTHER'S PRIMARY PHYSICIAN LOCATED IN SOUTH AUSTIN BASED ON HER PAST AND PROGRESSED MEDICAL CONDITION. MY MOTHER AND I WERE WERE INSTANTLY IMPRESSED BY THE BEAUTIFUL GREEN SCENERY AS WE DROVE INTO THE CONTINENTAL RETIREMENT COMMUNITY PROPERTY. WE WERE MET BY THE STAFF MEMBERS WHO WERE VERY WELCOMING AND PREPARED TO MEET WITH US. THE FOYER HAD THE APPEARANCE AND PRESENCE OF HOME WITH MANY ADDED BONUSES SUCH AS A LARGE FISH TANK, BABY GRAND PIANO AND A FUR BABY (P.S.) MY MOTHER THOUGHT IT WAS REAL. WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE CONSULTATION, TOUR OF THE LIVING FACILTIES AND EACH FLOOR CONTAINED AN AREA TO DO LARGE PUZZLES, ENJIOY A GOOD BOOK OR THE COMPANY OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS. WE RECEIVED EXCELLENT INFORMATION AND MET SOME OF THE MEDICAL STAFF ON SITE WHO WERE VERY WELCOMING AS WELL. ALSO, WE MET THE CHEF WHO WAS A CURRENT RESIDENT. WE ENJOYED HIS GOOD CONVERSATION AND THE SMELL OF FOOD THAT HE HAD PREPARED!

I am looking for a retirement place for my mom. I came across the continental community and made an appointment for a tour. [name removed] is extremely kind and responsive. She addressed all my concerns and gave all possible options. The facility is clean and well organized. I am in the process to move my mom in.

Family-like atmosphere. Everyone looks out for each other. You can be as busy as not, whatever suits you personally. Lovely friends here. Pretty trees to walk near. Convenient location to all stores and doctors.

We visited Maple Brook in July. A very lovely facility with amazing residents. They food was very good with a varied menu. Definitely on our list when we need a bit more assistance.

APFM was awesome. It was really great. It's a beautiful, clean and spotless community. The people are awesom. My loved one loves the food, and the chef has been trying out different recipes. They have activities all day long. it is very expensive but my loved one is well cared for, it's a safe environment, and they are well fed. I love the place, and I feel good with my loved one being there.

Our interaction with the staff was awesome. We picked this community, because It looked nice when you walked in, and the people were friendly and enthusaistic to get my loved one to come in. Overall, it's a great community to check out.

I have been very pleased with Ashley Gardens. Everyone there is so kind and also efficient. I love that all staff interact with the residents and know their names-from the director to the maintenance staff. They are caring, compassionate, and offer so many opportunities for residents to interact.

My mom who works at Sage Park always brings me home a plate. [name removed] is a great cook. We all thank her for serving the residents good food.

Great, caring facility. Staff is excellent and are able to adapt to the ever changing situation of each resident. Everyone takes the time to really get to know the residents and understands how each of their personal histories help to care for them with their current conditions.

We ooked at other places but they took my loved one right away, and we are very happy with the community. It has been great, and has taken a load off of us. It has been a new and great experience. They were very helpful and right on top things. I would highly recommend.

We chose Park View Estates because I liked how it was bright and cheerful and it just looked like a nice place. It seems like they have a lot of activities provided for the residents. Overall the staff seem to be very friendly and we would highly recommend this facility. I like it so much that this is where I plan on going when I need care.
