This is a very clean community. The staff are great to communicate with the family about our loved one. The community is expensive; however, that is due to the care needed by my loved one. I would recommend the community to others.

This has a great experience for my loved one and family. Every week when I visit my loved one, I have not had a problem with anything. I feel this is a secure and safe place for my loved one. All of the staff including the Director, Office Manager, and the aides and are willing to answer my questions and address my concerns. The activities are kind of mediocre. The music really needs to be intune with the demographic of the residents and not the staff. There are three meals a day served to the residents. My loved one loves the food, and this is wonderful since my loved one is a picky eater. The only concern I have, is when I call to try and speak to my loved one. It would be nice to see a better system to be able to speak to my loved one quicker.

The main reason we chose Holiday Capital Place was the convenient location for family. Overall it has been a great experience.

This was a good community, it was too much each month for me.

I feel like they have been absolutely really involved in making sure that she has the best care given that I am states. They have been wonderful especially with communication at getting back with notes and status ever single time.

We cannot believe the quality of care they show our loved one every single day. They were a true God send, and it is just a fabulous place. The staff there from top to bottom are the most compassionate and caring group of people. When our loved one first moved in they took her to the chef to introduce her, it was incredible. The director is great, they send out calendars every month showing us what the residents will be doing. They also send out notes to us on what is going on. They are very communicative. They have a pediatrist come every two months and before any type of medical changes are done the staff reach out to us first. When we call every day since we live out of state the med-techs tell us every single think that happened in the morning up until the evening. The staff just loved one our loved one and keep her laughing all the time

Overall is a great place

I feel that they have made the transition for my in-laws very easy. We didn't anticipate it being easy, so they've done a good job of being supportive and checking on them. It's a good place to be, they love the food. They offer transportation to appointments and stores, and they allow pets. Their apartment is spacious with very nice granite countertops, modern appliances, a washer and dryer in unit, and a little porch - it's very nice. Housekeeping is offered by the community as well. Overall I would recommend Maple Brook Terrace Retirement Community to others.

We shopped around a lot of different communities and what we really liked about Ashley Gardens is that right wen you walk in it is like stepping into someone's living room. It does not feel sterile or institutional. There is an area in the lobby where the residents can hangout which we liked. It has a very homey feel to is. From the drapes, to the wallpaper and decorations it feels like someone's regal home rather than a memory care unit. They played classical music all throughout the hallways over the PA system. It is a locked unit so we know our loved one is safe and she is being very well taken care of. It is a really great value for the money which is another thing that stood out to us. This community is specific to Alzheimer and Dementia residents only so all of the staff are very knowledgeable - from the maintenance team all the way up to the director everybody is able to help out. We like that they do not have to have staff going back and forth between assisted living and memory care. It is also a very active place

The Maple Brook Terrace community is very friendly, all inclusive and conveniently located. They have different activities like religious services, games, movies and physical activities. Based on my overall experience so far I would recommend this community to other families.

The lady that we worked with at Quail Ridge was super super nice. She gave us so much helpful information even though my loved one was unable to come here because of the care she needed. She gave us a list of questions to ask other facilities and just went above and beyond to help us out.

We toured The Clairmont Retirement Community, and it was very very nice. The staff and director were very helpful. Although we had a great tour experience and first impression; we chose another community because Clairmont did not fit into our budget.

We had a very good experience with The Woods at Merrimack. Everything was very nice and the staff were super welcoming and they answered all of our questions. The only issue was the food was not always hot, but other than that we would definitely recommend the facility, we were very impressed.

I'd recommend anyone in need of memory care to check out Ashley Gardens, they're number 1! They truly love their patients.

My sister loves Dunwoody Pines so far. I took her here to tour and she looked around and really liked it from the start, the apartment sizes are very nice. She does like to cook and the apartment that she has does not have a dishwasher or oven. They do offer a lot of activities for the residents, but she has not participated in any of those yet. I would recommend them to others looking.

Love it! Great place to live. Good food. The staff are attentive to our needs and desires. My apt is cleaned every week. This is a clean, safe environment with caring, happy staff.

Everyone that I have dealt with at this community have been great. The staff that I do know and have met have been great with my loved one. Every time that I go to the community there is something going on. This was the best solution for our family and it is the best situation that I could see my loved one being in. I would for sure recommend this community. My biggest thing is the peace of mind to know that your loved one is somewhere safe.

The value is one of the main reasons that we chose Desert Rose, they offer so much for what you pay. When I went down and spoke with them it was like going into a house, it has a southern mansion feeling and everyone was so friendly. I spoke to some residents and they had raving reviews about the place. They were coming up to my friend and talking with him and he felt very comfortable. It was a very good experience. We had lunch and the food was wonderful, they had little flowers on every table and it just felt so homey. I would recommend them to others looking. My husband and I would move here ourselves when the time comes.

The community is extremely clean and the friendliness of the staff is excellent. Our loved one is doing great there. We like that all of the staff are very well trained especially in the special care that our loved one needs. The staff are very courteous and we are really happy where she is. We feel more secure and that gives us that peace of mind. Everything is going so smoothly which we hope continues. They have flower arrangement classes, they have a dog there that residents can visit with, there is also bingo. We would recommend the Caleo Bay community to other families
