The meals not only look appetizing, they are also quite delicious. There is a variety of menu items each day, while also, being health conscious. In addition to the meals, the chef is in the dining room socializing and checking on the residents. A great dining experience for my loved one!

Marshall Pines is the best place I could have found for my mom. The staff is incredible. They are very concerned about their residents always checking on them, talking and laughing with them. So much like home, the residents are free to roam the entire building and not locked up in a certain area. Always activities going on and the meals are incredible. I would recommend Marshall Pines for you spouse or loved one. I have made so many new friends with the staff and residents. I could not be happier and most importantly, my mom is happy. My heart is at rest.

The meals at Sage Park were exceptional. I loved the creativity in the preparation of the food. Each meal was based on the MIND diet and the residents loved breakfast, lunch and dinner. The chef s a wonderful cook and would visit with the residents during meals, making sure that everyone was satisfied.

This is the premier Independent Living community in the Upstate. The staff is friendly, the food is awesome and the building is beautiful.

Maple Brook Terrace has everything you need and more. Conveniently located between Greenville and Mauldin, near I-385 and I-85, and close to grocery stores and shopping. The amenities are the best, from Concierge Services, 24/7 Dining, Fitness & Wellness Center and a Movie Theater - just to name a few. The staff are friendly and always helpful. Choosing Maple Brook is an investment in you!

I have toured the facility on several occasions and have had interaction with the residence. Maple Brook Terrace is the finest retirement community I have ever encountered in my life time. I highly recommend them.

This has been an excellent experience for us. This is a very clean community. My loved one is very satisfied with their experience as well. This is a wonderful choice for a community for your loved ones. The staff are attentive and responsive to the family's questions or concerns.

While I don’t have a family member that lives in Maplebrook, I have worked with people through the nonprofit I worked for that live there. The people really do become like family and the staff provides great resources for their residents to live an amazing life. I have to brag on [name removed] as well - she knows her stuff and really goes out of her way to make residents feel special.

If for nothing else but the amazing food. It's all scratch-made cuisine, no frozen cafeteria crap. Maple Brooke hires top shelf staff all around. Every time I walk in the front door, I see residents hanging out, enjoying each others company. There's a real sense of community here.

The friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the facility is unmatched. The residents of Maple Brook Terrace are very well cared for and have some of the best amenities at their finger tips. Highly recommend anyone looking for a 5 star retirement community!

Our family has been very satisfied with our experience with The Gardens

The facility and staff of Marshall Pines have been a gift from heaven for my family. The facility is clean, no foul odors, secure and the facility temperature is comfortable. There’s a hair salon and there are Daily engaging activities along with field trips in the community. Laundry is done weekly. Arts and crafts are made weekly by residents. There is a full time nurse. The staff are also dedicated and tuned into the needs & wants of residents. There’s weekly on site Dr visits & even X-ray are on site. The facility decor is geared towards memory care. The community is also diverse which we like. Daily care, socialization, activities, outings, caring and professional staff, family member engagement, dedicated admin, good nutritional food, weekly updates, is what my experience has been since my mother has been at Marshall Pines. My experience with Marshall Pines allows me to sleep at night and there’s nothing like a peace of mind. I highly recommend Marshall Pines for memory care .

I actually have told people that this is the best place they could move into. It's fun, it's clean, the staff are phenomenal and the food is actually really good.

This community strictly had memory care. The staff were very friendly, accommodating in answering all of our questions.

My daughter and I decided to tour Marshall Pines when my Dad’s last memory care facility wasn’t working out. After our initial tour we decided that Marshall Pines was the place for him. After a few weeks he settled into the routine and started to flourish. The Director made a suggestion for a home health company that worked out very well since I don’t have to take him to his private doctor. The activities provided are varied and creative. Alzheimer’s patients have good and bad days. Our family is thankful that my dad now has more good days. He said that he feels like he is home again. We are grateful to have found Marshall Pines and are thankful for the administration and staff.

I frequent Marshall Pines on a regular basis and at different times of the day and evening. Each time I visit, I am greeted by the business office manager who sits at the front desk. She is always so friendly and engages in conversation with me. When I enter the main area of the community, I am always welcomed by very friendly staff. Someone always asks me if I need anything and points me in the right direction of whomever I am there to see. The staff are very engaging with the residents and attentive to their needs. They are always laughing, and I have, on many occasion, seen the staff dancing with the residents. I think any family member would feel comfortable having their loved one placed at Marshall Pines.

My experience with the care of my dad has been exceptional. Since dad has been in the Community of Windsor I have seen him go from A-Z . The care has been amazing from the Nurses,Aids and the quality and portions of Food served and Nutrition. I am so pleased to have my dad reside at Windsor Heights.
