We chose Park View Estates because I liked how it was bright and cheerful and it just looked like a nice place. It seems like they have a lot of activities provided for the residents. Overall the staff seem to be very friendly and we would highly recommend this facility. I like it so much that this is where I plan on going when I need care.

I used the facility for my wife who suffers with Parkinson’s and dementia, for respite care while I was traveling for work. The staff took wonderful care of her while I was away and I will be using their facility again soon.

My loved one does not like the food., but if they got a new menu and better food , it would be the perfect place. It is a wonderful place. The staff is fabulous, and everyone from the cleaning staff to the front desk receptionist is absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere is wonderful. The apartments is super nice. They offer activities all the time. They are very responsive about anything or issues that you may have. Everything is great. I would suggets, putting your loved one here. Overall, it is such a wonderful place.

It was a very good tour experreince. It was a really nice place, and the staff was nice. They did not have anything available for my loved one at the time.

I would give them a thumbs up. Have a better aide to Patient ratio so that the patients get toileting more often and those who can't feed themselves don't have to wait for an aide to become available to feed them. Quite frankly I think they are almost as good as you're going to get. There is room for improvement but I'm under no illusions that anyone else does it better. The four has to do with my belief that they need to toilet the residents who need help more often.

They did a wonderful job with my father while he was here. It is a specialized memory care facility from beginning to the end. The directors and administrators are all nurses which made me feel more comfortable because they understood and I thought that was great. I found them online and I did not think their advertisement did them any justice. When I went in to tour it looked so much better than it did online. I felt better physically seeing it rather just seeing it on the website. I would definitely recommend Winsor Heights to other families looking, it is a great place.

I am an Occupational Therapist in the area and I visit many places working with clients. [name removed] and her Staff provide amazing care for their residents. I am especially fond of all the activities they plan and ensure that everyone is able to be included! Also, they have what's called a Sensory Spa that is amazing! It's a serene room that has so many calming features. I really enjoy the time i've been able to spend there and would recommend it for anyone with a loved one that has special memory care needs They are always willing to collaborate with me and any recommendations I may have for their residents!

From the first phone call., through the move and everyday that I am there, the ENTIRE staff is welcoming and friendly. The entire staff quickly learned my mom's name, as well as mine. The facility is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. They keep residents engaged by gathering the residents for breakfast, lunch and dinner in the dining room. They spend time in the activity room everyday doing a variety of different things., watching movies, taking walks around the courtyard, coloring, puzzles,.... There iis a lot love there, pride and integrity, which starts their amazing staff. If you are looking for a place for one or both of parents, take the time to give Cardinal Court a look. It will be worth your time.

My mom wanted a community to live in that helped her with cooking, cleaning, and socialization. We visited several communities in the area, and Creekside Oaks in Folsom was our ultimate choice. After living there for a few months, I'm happy to say that mom is happier than she's been in years! She has a group of friends that play cards with her, and she is no longer watching TV all day! The food is fantastic! We have eaten at the community with her several times, and we have received a top notch restaurant experience. Our servers are kind and helpful, and the food comes out hot! There are lots of choices. There are two lunch and dinner options, and lots to choose from for breakfast. If you don't care for the food served that night, there is an extensive alternative menu that has anything you may want. The soups are made fresh every day! Thank you, [name removed]! Best chef ever! I work in the healthcare industry. Marshall Pines is my one of my favorite communities to partner with. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of their residents. The facility is always clean and friendly. [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]treat everyone like family. I highly recommend Marshall Pines if you are looking for Assisted Living /Memory Care for your loved one. You will not be disappointed!

My Mom has been at Marshall Pines for almost 3 years. She likes it so much she now calls it home. All of the staff are helpful and caring people. The Medical stall, led by [name removed], take excellent care of all the residents. The Culinary staff prepare meals that are very good. I have eaten with my Mom several times. The Activities staff keep the residents engaged and active. The Housekeeping staff keep things clean and tidy. The Executive Director [name removed] is the warmest and most genuine caring person you will meet. I have seen talking with residents, asking about their families, and calling them by name. I know that I made the right decision when I brought my Mom to Marshall Pines.

The staff is amazing! There are always fun activities for the residents and the food is top notch! I absolutely would recommend magnolia place to anyone looking for a memory care unit for their loved one.

The residents at Magnolia Place receive a great dining experience. They have a chef who likes to cook from scratch and provided the meals a great appearance. The staff who help serve the meal is friendly and kind and are always eager to assist those who need it.

I had the pleasure of visiting Whitetail Springs and having a chef prepared meal for lunch. He made turkey meatball subs and it was delectable! He did a great job of elevating a sub sandwich and incorporating healthier choices like ground turkey. The community was clean and the residents seemed engaged. I look forward to future visits.

They truly care about and take the time to get to know the residents and everybody very quickly becomes a family (staff AND residents AND families) that look out for and support each other. It takes a village to raise a child, and it’s nice to have a village at the other end of life as well. Well worth the money.

The staff are attentive and kind. They go above and beyond for your loved one. My loved one is always so happy here. My Grandpa loves music and they do alot of musical activities with the residents. Thank you to all the management and staff that take such great care of my loved one.

We chose Hammond Glen because of the closeness to me, the view from her room (she overlooks a forest reserve) so it is very quiet and private, And also the staff were bending over backwards. They do whatever they can to make her happy and will stay late to help with any issues. The maintenance man is very quick to fix anything that needs fixing - he is very on top of it. She tell me how much she loves it here and that gives me peace of mind. We would absolutely recommend them to other families.

My Mom was at this facility for about 1 1/2 years, after having been at two other facilities. This was the BEST facility that she resided in, by far. The staff always went out of their way for my Mom and treated her with the utmost respect. Even when she was in hospice and was dying, they still checked on her often and made sure that her physical needs were taken care of. My Mom did not acquire one bed sore during her stay at this facility and she always enjoyed the music that she could hear in the background. We enjoyed many happy times together in the beautiful courtyard and singing songs when there was a pianist playing songs from her "era." Holidays were always a special treat, also. I would highly recommend Belleview Heights to any one who needs loving care for their loved one.

The facility is new and very clean. It's a beautiful, quiet spot. The atmosphere is very welcoming and positive. The staff is very helpful. I was concerned about dad's transition, but he's done really well. The staff is very friendly. The price is great, we got in on a good deal. It's affordable and much nicer than a lot of others. We had a long search and are very happy we chose this one. Dad is in independent living, so he doesn't have to use the dining. But he does go over to dining sometimes and likes it. They're open for long hours, which is great. They also serve a variety all day, so you can even go have breakfast food in the afternoon, etc. The director checks in with the residents and is hands on and very accommodating and open to residents wants. The residents recently requested that they start a cornhole team and the director worked with them to make it happen. They have a variety of activities and even a movie theatre. Housekeeping is once a week and they do a great job. I would definitely recommend the facility to others!

The team at Sage Park are so patient and caring. The facility is very clean and well suited for folks with memory care needs. Plenty of engaging activities and an experienced leadership team that understands the needs of every resident. Thank you Sage Park for all you do!
