What stood out to us about this facility is that it's close to where we live and that it's the right price. It seems to meet my loved one's needs. My loved one says the food is fine and they clean his apartment once a week.

Great experience. My mother is very content. They do a great job. Management is always there for her. Everyone seems on the same page. The maintenance crews have been very helpful. [name removed] the manager and [name removed] the assistant manager and [name removed] in sale's all do an excellent job.

This facility is great for anyone in need of special care for Dementia/Alzheimer's. My Mom was here and the facility gave her the best care that we could hope for during her last days. The food is delicious and activities are designed for those with memory loss. We loved to visit her and spend time at Central Parke. Can't say enough great things about the staff there!

They do a good job with the activites. The music activities are great. I really like the people, and they are great. They can improve on the preperation of the food. I am happy with the services.

My mother only got to spend 6 days in her apartment out of 90, due to hospital and skilled nursing facility stays. She only had one meal in the dining hall, but it was lovely. We had her apartment all fixed up great. We are so disappointed she wasn't able to take advantage of living in such a great place.

So far is has been marvelous. I like all of the area that the residents are able to roam around in rather than being secluded in a room. I am very happy. She has only been here a few months but it has been a great experience so far. All of the staff are very nice and attentive and know everyone by name and on top of things. A lot of the staff have been there a long time and it is not just a job for them. I would highly recommend Caleo Bay.

The staff really care for my mom. I get calls from them if there are any questions or concerns that I need to be aware of. They are great with communication to the family. My mom started out in a shared room since they did not have any private rooms available at the time. She finally got moved to a private room and it seems like it has plenty of space for what she needs. I would recommend Belleview Heights to others looking for memory care.

The reason we gave the meals and dining 3 out of 5 stars, is based on the marketing and everything we felt like the quality of the meals were going to be more on the healthier side and geared more towards brain function. They do have fish and protein sometimes and we do appreciate how accommodating they have been when it comes to customized meals, but we have seen cheap meals like hotdogs and sandwiches - that also could be because it is easier to chew/digest. We have not been there during the days when activities are going on, but we do know they try their best to do physical activities with them. They do not provide usable internet for the residents, this impacts visitation for us especially if we have to work while visiting and we aren't able to stream things for our love done. They do provide cable though. Based on our experience with The Gardens at Brook Ridge we would recommend them to other families.

Holiday Las Brisas is definitely a place you should put at the top of your list to check out. It's working out well for our family, and I can't see how they could do better. The staff we've interacted with have been super nice. And the cost is good for a one-bedroom. You can't hardly get just a regular apartment for that price in town.

My mother of 96 years lived at Ashley Gardens for a brief time prior to her recent passing. During her stay, she was treated with the utmost care and patience. The staff would contact me with any questions they may have had and would follow up on any requests or concerns I may have had about my mother's care. All of the personnel were available to me and exhibited a warmth and concern that allowed me to confidently leave my mother with them. Ashley Gardens offers a variety of indoor activities and has a beautiful outdoor area. The facility is clean and the kitchen adjusts the meals according to each individual's needs. All of the staff are friendly, patient, and creative and show an interest in the needs of all of the residents. I highly recommend Ashley Gardens as a home away from home for your loved one.

The staff were genuinely caring and always receptive. And the facility was well kept.

The thing that first impressed me about Whitetail Springs was when [name removed] was taking me around for the tour she called all of the residents by name and she said they know all of them like they are family and know their families as well. I have found that to be true I have been very well pleased with the way that they treat me. It is also very easy to find and get to as well if you are in the Pittsburgh area. I am amazed by how well everything worked out. I would absolutely recommend the facility to anyone looking for memory care for their loved ones.

The staff was great. The only thing that bothered me was my loved one did not have a choice to eat in her room. Some of the residents reminded her of nursing home patients. She was not comfortable. So I think if she was given a choice, she may have had a chance to adapt. Plus her meds were left at her bedside

We are extremely happy here at Ashely Gardens. What we were looking for was good staff and the staff here were awesome. They also have great activities. They had some problems with covid and upper management came in and helped. Everything went smoothly and they really know what they are doing here. I would certainly recommend Ashley Gardens to others.

The Cardinal Court staff and caregivers are some of the most caring and compassionate people on the planet. They have been very responsive to all my needs and questions. They have taken exceptional care of my wife.

My loved one moved in a couple months ago and our experience has been very pleasant! Staff are all very friendly and there are a lot of activities the residents can participate in. I was very nervous about putting my mom into memory care because of horror stories I have heard, but this was not the case here. My mom has thrived here and all my nerves were for nothing. If you are on the fence, don’t be, it was a great decision we made!

I think for senior living, Dunwoody Pines is an excellent value, a great service, and a beautiful facility. How they initially handled the move-in, they did a really good job. And they were really gracious when my loved one passed away shortly after moving in.

The staff members at the community are great, they are so welcoming, they made you feel very warm and welcomed. Every staff members from top to bottom are extremely personable, they want you to have a sense of comfort being there knowing your loved one is in a safe place. We do know our loved one goes down to the billiard room and he talks about how the residents will get together for football games and have a happy hour

I may be biased, but my grandmother is literally the sweetest woman on this entire planet. As her dementia and aphasia has continued its course, it became more urgent and important for me to get her to a place that would truly take care of her. I was rather lost in the process of selecting a care facility and actually moving her there (it doesn't help that I live in another state), but Belleview was so amazing in every aspect! April really helped me with the process and answered every little, benign question I had. They were able to move her in a matter of days and my grandma is so happy there! The staff takes such amazing care of her! [Name removed] has been so sweet and gentle with her, waiting for her to have her hair "fluffed up" before taking her down to lunch. All of her caretakers there have had such a positive impact on her and to see her both physically getting better and mentally/emotionally so much happier makes me truly grateful for each and every one of them at Belleview!
