I was very impressed with Windsor Heights when I toured. The sales woman was very kind and had a lot of patience with all the questions I asked. The staff seems like they really care about the residents well being, and the community smelled and looked very clean. I will be bringing back my family to tour before we make a final decision, but this is at the top of my short list.

They are so knowledgeable about what seniors need. I wondered why the lease required 3 months. But it took mom 3 months to start feeling like this was home. The "greeting" committee and quite honestly all the residents are friendly. They made her feel welcome. She has now ventured out using the transportation for picking up prescriptions and shopping.

My impression is that they have a great, caring staff and nurses. Prompt response to any resident needing assistance. I have been grateful for the care my mother has been receiving. I think it has been excellent.

So many activities for residents. Also, a nice pool and workout gym for residents. Barber and beauty shop.

Our family really likes the cleanliness of the community as well as the staff members, they are very accommodating and responsive. Our loved one really enjoys the meals that are served and based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend Dunwoody Pines Retirement Community to other families.

My overall experience was very good. The staff are very approachable. They kept our family informed. However the initial adjustment was difficult. No visit from family for 2 weeks, but the reason for the policy was explained. When my loved one passed away, Quail Ridge was acknowledged on the funeral program. I will always recommend their facility - I will forever be grateful for the help emotionally and physically they gave me.

beautiful facilities, great location, loved the amenitys, beautiful outside courtyard, beautiful dining room...was given a tour of the entire community, did not try the dining experience, had a delightful menu..was introduced to some of the residence who were very friendly....

My family member is loving it at Dunwoody Pines. It's a comfortable space for her to live on her own with 24/hour surveillance and access to help if she needs it. The apartment is good, although it could be a little big bigger. But It's one of the best facilities that I've seen.

The food is really good. The activities is good. We picked this community, because it's a beautiful location, they have a pool table and it checked off a few things on my list. It's a independent living community. My loved one has made new friends and is thriving. We got info from A Place for Mom. It's just beautiful and they have a chain of communities, my loved one can travel at any other locations and stay for free. It's pet friendly. My loved one has a beautiful room, and is alowed to BBQ. I would reccommed to other families.

I am totally happy with Park View Estates. It is very clean. The staff is helpful and are extremely involved with all of the seniors living there. I would highly recommend Park View for senior/assisted living care. I am so thankful that A Place For Mom recommended it to me. We picked thus community because, the first thing I noticed when I walked in was the smiles on the seniors living there. The place is very clean, bright and airy. High ceilings. The staff greeted me with enthusiasm. I felt a peace the moment I walked in and that feeling hasn't changed.

Mom's become quite popular with the staff and residents and it appear she is a few years younger than her peers. The sense of community and companionship is wonderful. The staff has made it wonderful for me mothers transition

The staff are all dedicated to taking care of their tenants. Since the place is only for people with Alzheimer's and dementia, everyone who works there does so because they want to help people with those issues. They chose to be there.

This was a nice community, but the overall atmosphere and appearance wasn't as homey and comfortable as another community we saw. Also, I didn't like the location as much. The associate that gave the tour was very informative and thorough. She answered all my questions with patience and understanding. She also followed up with phone calls until I had made my choice on a community.

We picked this community because, It was the first one I went to. I trusted what A Place for Mom said about the facility. When I met with [name removed] it was clear I could feel good about my aunt being there. It's an awful situation having to place your family in a home when you can't care for them yourself. I am thankful she is with such good people in such a nice place

We picked this community because, it was close to home, and compared to other places, it's reasonably priced. It's an all around good place to be.

They were very outgoing and receptive to my loved one's needs. They showed curiosity about her needs as opposed to just telling us what they have available. [name removed] and [name removed], the directors, are fantastic. I can't say enough good things about The Woods at Merrimack. It's independent vs. assisted living, which is exactly what my loved one needed. And I wasn't even aware that that existed until I happened to visit there. That saved us a lot of money not paying for services that she didn't need in assisted living. The apartment is beautiful and brand new. It has granite countertops and demonstrates lots of attention to detail. It feels like home, and she loves it there.

It's great. I love it. They have been very supportive, and helpful. They are always checking on my loved one. They offer a good varierty of food, and it's tasty. The value for the money is good. We picked this community because of the cost, and visited a few years ago. They have sinced remodeled. The staff is very patient, in the dining hall, and very supportive to the residents.

I cannot rate the cleanliness of the community, I have never been. My father was in the facility for 19 days then passed away. My contact with [name removed] was over the phone and email. Our contact during this process was [name removed] and she was Wonderful! She walked us through the entire process of getting our father moved; answered all of our questions. She really did go above and beyond for us.

Excellent facility. Clean, friendly, professional. Happy residents. Model rooms very inviting. Could probably use more parking. Exercise room, tv room, craft room, chapel, snack bar, sitting areas.

Excellent food choices and service. Always friendly servers and great hospitality. I always enjoy having meals at Garden Way Retirement while visiting my father.
