The friendliness of the staff gets a 5+. What we like the most about the Sunrise community is being able to see my uncle each week and his contentment and better health. The staff are the most caring and dedicated people I have met. Our stress has disappeared and is replaced with the ability to enjoy visiting with our loved one

I definitely recommend it if someone can afford it. The food is great when they do community events each month but not a lot of choices that my dad likes on regular meals.

My brother-in-law has thoroughly enjoyed living at Sunrise at Flatirons. The staff is exceptional and so nice and friendly. The move in was very easy! I get communication often and updates about anything that is going on, which I appreciate. He joins some activities and loves almost all of the meals. All in all, we couldn't be happier with where he is living! He is thriving in the independent living area!

We moved Mom here on [date removed] from another ALF in Fredericksburg after a series of health events, closer to us. Unfortunately she passed on[date removed] under hospice care. We felt the facility was very nice, clean, lots of open areas indoors and outdoors that we hoped Mom could enjoy. She was able to participate in a few of the many activities offered, such as flower arranging and bingo. We think she liked it there, but didn’t have enough time or was healthy enough to make many friends. The staff was awesome, from the top down. Whenever we were there, the staff members took time to answer our questions, and were always polite. Mom was at times a difficult resident due to her health issues, but the care managers and others truly cared for her. Several of them came to say goodbye on the day she passed, and gave the family hugs. The proximity to Mt. Vernon hospital was also a plus, since she was there twice during her brief stay at Sunrise.

I have been at Sunrise at Mt. Vernon for approximately 3 1/2 months. To date, they have met or exceeded all of their commitments that we discussed when making the decision to come here! The friendliness, care & concern, and like ability of the staff and other residents have me calling this my “home”. I was at a different assisted living facility prior to Sunrise MV, and I can genuinely say that in EVERY aspect it is infinitely better here. Sunrise MV is not only a major improvement of my day to day life; it has also played a key role in achieving significant health improvements in a relatively short period of time. The med techs and Nurse Practitioner are simply outstanding!!! The facility leadership is very hands on and sets a great example of care and concern for the entire staff to follow! I can genuinely say that every Care Manager that I have interacted with treats me like a family member. I highly recommend Sunrise MV to anyone looking for a place to call “home”!!!

The staff at Varenita Westlake are extremely caring and there seems to be very little turnover. They seem to genuinely enjoy working there. The housekeeping is great- my mom's room is always clean. They have great activities for the residents that family members can join in with, as well. I would highly recommend the community. My mom has had some challenges since moving in due to her advancing Alzheimer's and the staff is very communicative with us and knows how to help her.

It is a lovely facility with friendly staff, good food, lovely courtyards. Several staff have friendly dogs that they bring to work and who visit with residents. There are multiple room options. My mom is in the smallest studio which is pretty spacious and the bathroom and closets are great. They also have 1 and I think 2 bedrooms. I toured 6 places and Sunrise of Redmond was by far my top choice. It hasn't disappointed.

Staff seems attentive for the most part. They call me to let me know what is going on. They got her a broda wheelchair from hospice right away. Maybe if her previous facility she was at would have done that, she wouldn't have fallen out of the wheelchair.

My mom fell and broke her pelvis in two places. We knew it would take a lot to get her thru rehab and then placing her in an assisted living facility. Choosing the sunrise was the BEST choice ever. From meeting with the sales team and just having the courtesy of the front desk staff made my moms stay tremendous! The nursing care was amazing and she needed a two person staff to help lift her in/out of bed to wheelchair. They showed much kindness love and support through out our stay. The hospice team at Residential were fantastic and well trained skilled nurses. [name removed] the head nurse at Sunrise was perfection that showed in her crew. [name removed] was the most fun. My mom enjoyed her stay and although she passed on Mother’s Day at the Sunrise. I couldn’t have picked a better place! Thanks to all at Sunrise for your expertise gentle care of my mother! The food o. The dining room was fantastic!

When mom’s need for a higher level of care increased, we moved her from one assisted living facility to Sunrise. We are very pleased with all aspects of Sunrise Burlington. Her medical needs are monitored, the staff are all very friendly and kind to her, and she absolutely loves the food. Her apartment is clean, spacious, and very sunny. We are much more relaxed knowing mom is safe and well care for.

The staff at Sunrise of Cinco Ranch are loving and caring. The place feels warm and inviting. Their welcoming is amazing with a greeting like it was a home coming event and really made the transition as good as it could possibly be for my loved one. I would highly recommend Sunrise of Cinco Ranch to others.

I work with many patients on Hospice. The head nurse is incredible. She is nice and friendly and so great to my patients. Last week they had a big BBQ I attended. Everyone enjoyed food and great company.

Of course, I looked at several places before I chose Colonnades. It is a good fit for me. Staff and residents are friendly and helpful. Lots of activities and programs. Music, lectures and tours to places of interest. I live in a Caldwell. One bedroom plus den. It is a good size for me. So glad I moved here. No more worries about the house. As a single person it became overwhelming.

Sunrise of Vienna is a new enchanting place. [Name Removed] our sales rep was fantastic. She truly wanted to make the place special for my mother. Jennifer at the memory care unit genuinely cares for every one of her guests. They both went out of their way to pick up my mother from her previous place. Fantastic service! I highly recommend Sunrise of Vienna.

They treat my dad like family. He feels at home here.

My mom spent 3 1/2 years in this facility. I lived out west, so I only got to visit 8-10 times. The staff. Was always very pleasant when visiting. They took great care of my mom. There were many staff members that were there the entire time, so they got to know my siblings & I well over the years. They were a good combination of professional & fun. It really seemed like they cared. My mom was in good hands while here and they gave her great care right up until the end. Thank you!

Mom joined Reminisence (memory 3rd floor) 3 yrs back middle covid. Sunrise was VERY deliberate and proactive protecting residents; staff was incredibly hard working. Springfield residence kept clean, in great repair, management engaged, competent and professional. Special part is the floor staff mgr, med and care! Incredible people who genuinely care about residents! This place has VERY LITTLE floor turnover. Floor has staff posted in frames and I would say 90% retention. We are talking staff 12+ yes at Sunrise Springfield! Multiple visits weekly, room cam and Echo w family. Mom kept safe, cared for and at end, responded more to staff voices and requests than me! ?? Also at end, my brothers travelled in wanting to stay with Mom and the staff made them feel totally at home in her room. In the end, they truly shared our grief. The new floor manager Lacey just transferred from Vienna. She is making this floor even better! Strongly suggest a visit to review if needing Reminisence services.
