The care and support for my family has been exceptional.

Was a great tour. Every one very friendly and nice. Clean and felt like being in a warm and open place.

Everything is great, except the food. What is being served in the memory care unit does not seem to match the menu in the elevator. For example, the menu in the elevator said that memory care would eat eggplant Parmesan. The memory care unit actually received spaghetti with what looked like meat sauce. And steamed vegetables. Everything else = great. I also want to add that their nursing staff/med techs are great, and the Social Worker is steady and reassuring. She's been with Sunrise for a very long time, - she started out working in the dining room. She worked her way up to be a SW. There is a gentleman on staff who is great too. I thought he was a chaplain!! ?? There is a worship service (Christian nondenominational) on Sundays. The residents sing out of booklets. Mom loves that because she has always been in choirs.

Very professional staff. Our tour guide was amazing and answered all of our questions. She was so friendly. The facility was very clean. I believe our tour guide was [name removed]. She gave us detailed information.

The staff is amazing and the facility is lovely. The apartment available for my mom is far beyond any others we saw.

Space is nice and clean, they allow her to keep a cat, staff is very caring

I would give Sunrise in Plymouth 5 stars. The staff are wonderful to the residents and to their families. I've experienced 1 nurse who bought my sister a pizza with her own $ just because she was craving a pizza. The administrator, [Name Removed], makes sure she visits all the residents frequently. They are all very kind and caring. The facility is clean and being refreshed all the time. All dining rooms have been updated and the staff cater to everyone's special needs. The dining rooms are on a small scale which makes it more family like. Sunrise is in the process of creating a bistro in the lobby. They always have flavored water and desserts out for the residents and the guests. The activity director is wonderful. Always happy and smiling with the residents. We have signed on with Sunset Hospice now too and that has helped a great deal with showering several times a week and has relieved me of some duties. I hope that my sister will be able to spend her remaining days at Sunrise. My only disappointment has been with Verizon who will not install landlines in the resident's rooms because the facility has copper lines and Verizon wants fiber optic. Sunrise is wired for Verizon and their landlines are functioning on copper. Cellphone reception is very spotty in this location and my sister is having difficulties managing cellphones now. A regular phone would be so much easier for her. Again, this is a complaint against Verizon and they haven't been helpful at all. Room size: all rooms are not the same size. There are single size rooms and there are suites. Certain locations generate more revenue. But, all rooms are clean and new carpeting is slowly being installed when a room becomes empty. My only knock us that some rooms have old fashioned, hotel style heating and a/c units. I believe they might be updating them a room at a time.

Bear Canyon has been a great place for my Dad! It's like living on a cruise ship, 3 great meals a day, activities, if you want, and very clean.

We are very impressed with Sunrise of Palos Park. We know our Mom is a challenge, but the staff has been extremely patient and professional. We rate all categories a 5.

I appreciated the care and kindness they showed my mom. I would definitely recommend Sunrise-Newtown Square Pa. The staff was well trained and always prepared to help my Mom get through her day

I have been very satisfied with everything at B C . Been one year and 1 month. They have been up dating facility and am happy 13 months in. The facility is well run staff very helpful. The food is good and always on time. They have some activities set up for what you are able to do. No complaints after one year my daughter has been there.

The staff is very attentive to my family members care. There is an excellent menu for all meal times with options for deserts several times a day. There new activities director and her partner are doing a great job and are very friendly and personable. The nursing staff does a great job at keeping us informed about my family members care and health. The staff care workers [Names Removed]and others go above and beyond. We are very pleased with having our family member at Sunrise and we have 2 more family friends moving there next week.

I was touring Sunrise of North Wales looking for respite care. The director I met with was very friendly and helpful. The community appears to be clean and bright. The apartment I was shown was very nice. It was spacious and looked very comfortable for a “home away from home” for a few weeks. The employees I met were all kind.

Sunrise is everything my mom and I were looking for. Everyone is friendly, nice, and truly cares. We were looking for better meal options as she is diabetic and has allergies, so their no sugar added items were a hit for us. They are sensitive to food allergies. The activities are a plus. The tour was awesome, and they invited us for dinner, and it was awesome. It is really a community. The staff is awesome. I would highly recommend Sunrise.

The facility itself is well-appointed, clean and modern. The staff has communicated well with me. According to my sister the food is wonderful. The lack of exercise equipment is time only drawback.

Nice facility. Tour guide was excellent and answered all my questions thoroughly. Loved [name removed] the Greeter at the entrance. He is a charming fellow.

It gives you a homey feeling when you walk in and each resident would get a good amount of attention.

Our sales representative was very welcoming and helpful. She gave us a very comprehensive tour of the facility and was happy to answer all our questions. We were very impressed with the facility and the staff that we met. Also got a warm hello from several residents. A pleasant experience all around. We will be making a return visit.

Loved the layout of the room. The roll in shower is fabulous. The caregivers were great! They could use more staff, but it's at every place. The caregivers were very gentle, caring and considerate.
