I will give them all fives. My mother was only there for a couple of months before she died, but the staff were compassionate, caring, and gentle. They were very attentive and took care of her every need. I can't say too much about the food because my mother wasn't eating anymore, but it always looked good! I loved the restaurant atmosphere of the dining hall.

My husband was staying at sunrise of wall and this place felt like home and they are all great. We took him out because we felt like he needed time with family but he loved it here he enjoyed his time here with his friends and team members he enjoyed cornhole with [name removed].

Stratford Court and Brighton Gardens memory care is well run the most important part about Stratford Court is their staff has been with them for years and years and years and there is very little if any turnover so they really get to know their residence. I would consider them experts in assisted living in memory care, especially due to their tenure in the community and with their staff.

Good staff to resident ratio, residents seemed to be happy as did the staff, we need an ADA apartment but since one wasn't available we were put on a waiting list; location is in Carmel IN

We were made to feel comfortable and happy during the tour. The staff was professional and friendly.

[name removed] was amazing. She couldn’t have done a better job. She was thorough, patient, knowledgeable and professional. The facility is not the right fit for my loved one.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, the facility and the staff. This would have been high on our list of choices, but it was just a bit outside our price range. Seems like a great place for assisted living

And the moment we walked into the door until we signed to live there, it was a remarkable experience. The person who toward us was incredible. My father fell in love with it. It was clean. It was friendly. It was exactly what my father was looking for, and he didn’t even know he was looking for it. The space of the apartment is fantastic. The food the happy hour the social calendar absolutely amazing who signed on to move their [date removed].

The staff is attentive and very nice. I've never met anybody there that wasn't very nice.

They are very attentive from the first meeting through finalizing the move. They were very open and willing to show us around and explain all the amenities and activities available.

My mom loves her new Sunrise community. Her apartment is very comfortable, the staff is remarkable, and she engages in almost all the activities. Our family feels incredibly assured that she is in the right place and she will thrive.

[name removed] was very thorough and very very compassionate towards helping me find a place for my dad. We will most likely chose this facility when the time comes. He is doing well at his place with home health each morning, so we are gonna go with this for a bit. I don't think it will be long, but we are trying to keep him happy.

The facility is nice and clean. [name removed] was very informative and nice. The community is so nice. The staff was very accommodating

My tour went well. [name removed] and [name removed] listened to my family’s requirements and needs. The facility appeared clean and well decorated with all the amenities we were looking for.

It is fine, but the cost is just too expensive. Also we would prefer if the unit had the washer and dryer in the unit itself.

Wonderful experience, staff was informative and responsive to my individual needs and accomodation desires. Spacious apartments were quite impressive.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Sales rep easy to work with and helping. Facilities seems to be a good fit for my sister. Looking forward to working with them to make my sister feel safe and have a caring staff to take care of her.

The team at Sunrise of Scarsdale were absolutely amazing when I came to visit this facility. All of the residents seemed so happy enjoying music when I came by. They helped to explain everything needed for my dad to move and to call this his new home. No questions were left unanswered. I truly appreciate everything that they have done for me and my dad.

All 5 except for the care services, which id put at a 4. Nothing major - just a little more lax on getting her up and moving (which is one of the main reasons we left the old place) - They ([removed]) let her just sit in a wheelchair and she lost all ability to stand and walk. I've had to do a few reminders / requests for her to walk more. Before she moved in, they cleaned, painted, and put in new carpet. We've been happy with the communication. They do a monthly check-in from the nursing staff. I can also email questions throughout the month. The outside services they use are outstanding. She likes the food. There is a good selection, including healthy and "cheat' choices. We have been happy that she has sugar-free options and that she can choose what she wants when she sits down for a meal. The staff is friendly. They have a wide variety of activities for her to attend. She has enjoyed what she has gone to.
