Sunrise Senior Living

It seems that every room is slightly different. The dining is large. The food is great. Lots of sidewalks on and off the property. A big park 1 block away. The staff are very friendly. There are a couple of libraries in our building. There are several stores within a half a mile as well as a couple of restaurants. Also, plenty of activities and almost all the rooms have a patio or balcony

-Her unit apt is just the right studio size. -She has a nice view outside, and on the first floor level. -Staff is kind, caring, and always willing to go the extra mile. -She love the food, and is eating more often. -Location is perfect for family, and friends to visit. It is located very close to where I live as well, 25 minutes with no highway driving! All in all, [name removed], and we as a family, are very pleased with Sunrise Crestwood Yonkers.

It's in a safe and convenient location. Everyone on the staff we've worked with has exceeded our expectations. If we had questions or concerns, they were heard, took seriously, and handled promptly. The unit was clean. Housekeeping has done a phenomenal job. They care about ensuring residents are safe, clean, and happy. You'll only pay for what level of care you need.

I would rate sunrise north hills a 5 and i would give the memory care coordinator [Name Removed] a 5 and her suggestion of Heartland hospice a 5 plus , but there are improvements in the industry that need to be approved The rooms are fine not special. Food is ok Wish they paid employees better tough job. There are some great employees but also some average Alzhimers is a terrible disease and the expense is very difficult , my wife only there 3.5 months. We were lucky??so i have no problem giving them a 5 but there is room for improvement. They do need a better system to introduce the patient the first day. But they may have corrected that Front desk is excellant and i liked the PA who helped[Name Removed] again my evaluation is a 5 i would use sunrise again and recommend them but room for improvement and the cost is an industry issue.

Sunrise of Prospect Heights is a truly beautiful community. The environment is warm, welcoming, and very well maintained. What stands out the most is the staff—they are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents. It’s clear that the team works hard to make sure everyone feels comfortable, safe, and well cared for. It’s a wonderful place where residents can feel at home, and families can feel confident that their loved ones are in good hands.

The staff is caring, knowledgeable and truly committed to making sure the residents are happy and well cared for. This helps the families because we know our loved ones are thriving. We truly love everything about Brighton Gardens of Stamford in CT! Most of the staff has been there for many, many years and that shows how wonderful Brighton Gardens of Stamford is.

10's across the board. We've been very impressed. Whenever we stop by, without even having to ask staff tells us where our mom is. She also is in a happier place mentally. And the hair salon did an amazing job!

This was a rather stressful experience of living our elderly father into Sunrise (for him and us) Unfortunately, he only lasted about six weeks and passed. He was never happy there but that is most likely because of his age (98), depression and the fact that we had to move him from his home so late in his aging process. The people at Sunrise did a great job of welcoming him and caring for his special needs. The staff there were very kind and compassionate.

There is too much good stuff to say in a text. But number one is the high quality care staff. They are very well trained and genuinely compassionate. They care about their residents. So far I've seen no weak link in the care staff. Secondly is the quiet and generally peaceful environment. It is relaxing and does not have any industrial elements. Thirdly are the fellow residents. There are several that are cognitively advanced enough to provide companionship to fellow residents at the dinner table. All-in-all I very much wish I had found this facility the first time I looked.

The staff is attentive and on it and kind and very helpful the place is very well run and I feel my mom is in great hands. It is expensive.

Everyone very friendly, professional and appear to truly care about the person and just not a number. Very nice, clean, and comfortable facility. The room size we got was just the perfect size for my mother. All meals being included, nice outside area, many activities offered and just really nice people who know everyone by name.

I would rate this facility at 5 stars. My mom is moving in today, the [Date removed]. Everyone I’ve met and interacted with has been professional, knowledgeable and kind. No question I’ve had hasn’t been answered. I believe it’s the right place for my mom in this stage of her life with the issues she has. I’m very comfortable, as are my siblings, with the decision to move her to Sunrise of Westmont.

Very impressed! Staff friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! Lived the facilities, the activities and the flexibility to adapt for needs.

Your loved one will be well taken care of! Personnel is what stood out.

Lovely. Great staff. Lots of activity. Very upbeat. Music on for residents being played. Staff dancing with residents which I loved!!
