My experience at Sunrise of Montgomery Village was great. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is also very interactive and friendly with the residents. I was able to visit both the assisted living floor and the memory care floor on my tour. The building is clean and well kept.

The tour was very informative and they offered great insight for anyone looking to move a loved one into their facility.

Sunrise at Cherry Creek is warm, inviting, and truly feels like home. The staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, and take the time to provide clear, thoughtful support. Overall, it offers a balance of comfort and professional care.

Sunrise has offered my dad a clean, warm, supportive place to live and has relieved his family of all of the stressors of caring for a person suffering from a brain injury. They always call to keep us posted and up to date, but care for issues quickly and well.

Friendly and helpful. When we walked in it was so bright and everyone had a smile.

I took [Name Removed] to Sunrise of Paramus. They were very kind to[Name Removed]. They treated her to lunch.[Name Removed] showed us the model which she could have as her residence. She liked the room. She then walked around the facility and interacted with all the residences. She showed love with everyone. She had a lot of fun. [Name Removed] told me she had another family looking at the model. Then she showed [Name Removed] and I another room that was under construction. This room is also a studio and it would be ready in three weeks. [Name Removed] was not able to adjust to the pressure that this room might be taken if she didn’t react soon in case another family comes in and would want it. It was hard for her to think of leaving her home and making a decision. She explained it to me as walking out of one door and walking in another door which would be her new home.[Name Removed] is a retired RN and spoke to the nurse at Sunrise that she worked with patients and she knows Assistant living facility.

The friendly, caring, and quality staff is of the utmost importance to us. The highest scores in those categories outweigh by far the fact that the food needs improvement. Our relative has received wonderful care by friendly caring staff. It is a small/medium place. As such, staff gets to know everyone by name. It's more of a community than a facility. As much as possible, Sunrise Willowbrook, allows people to be individuals and caters to that.

The host was easy to talk to and explained every detail in a nonconvoluted manner. She answered all my questions and followed up with me two days after my tour.

They were amazing! The care from the staff is exceptional. They are so professional, empathetic, and respectful. Truly caring!

My mom said the food was great and she loved the silver sneakers exercise program. They were able to accommodate her on short notice and everybody was very caring when she had to go back to the hospital.

I'm glad my mom spent her last days at Brighton, it wasn't my first choice but it was my best choice and I'm glad we moved her there. I would recommend it

The staff was so kind and helpful. The interior felt more like a home, with carpet, fireplace and furniture.

My mother has been at Sunrise of Westmont since [Date Removed]. My mother and I have been very pleased with the care she has received. Every staff member remembers her name and address her so. Every time I have been to visit her I have been greeted warmly, even being told where my mom is in the building before I even finishing signing in. Which proves to me that they know her habits and keep track of her movements during the day. Every communication that I have sent to the staff has been handled efficiently and with kindness.

The aides were amazing!!! While I realize hospice was accountable for ordering medications, special mattress pad, etc., I believe Sunrise has some responsibility to check on those items, verify they're there, and communicate they were not physically onsite. we needed all items for my dad's room and there there was no list -- we had to email, call and research to figure out sheets, gowns, etc. and try to get everything 2-day shipped. Stressful. My dad's care was [Amount Removed], because he needed both memory care and skilled nursing. But then there were extra charges for his lunch to be delivered to his room. They needed to aides to transfer him, so I'm not sure why they charged for this on top of the [Amount Removed] base rate

[name removed] was knowledgeable and provided an informative introduction and tour. The facility is lovely. The rooms are large, bright with beautiful finishes. The residents appeared comfortable and engaged.

They work well with residents and have meetings to get residents’ feedback and suggestions. 6.Food: 5. Food is very good. 7.Activities: 5 Several activities are offered. 8.Value for the money: 5. It is very competitive compared to the six other senior communities visited.

The studio room was just too small. I wouldn't want to live in it and I wouldn't put my husband there either.

My husband and I would rate everything a 5. However we've only been here 2-1/2 weeks and at the present time the elevator by our unit is "out" for the second time (which is inconvenient for someone handicapped) and the kitchen is being totally renovated for the next 3 weeks. Otherwise, this community is clean, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the residents for the most part are friendly; there are activities 7 days per week (although we've been unpacking for the last 2 weeks), the management staff is responsive. We are two of the youngest residents at age 78 so that is the only surprise but we are social so it's not a problem for [name removed] and me! I'm happy we chose Bedford Court! We're close to our old neighborhood from 16 years ago and very convenient to everything!
