It is pricey but if one can afford it, it is such a wonderful warm place. It gives me such a peace of mind knowing he is with people who care.

I had a great time. [name removed] was agreat tour guide. The staff was friendly and the clients too. The faclity was nice and clean. The view behind King Plaza is beautiful.

They treated her well. The staff was efficient an pleasant but for hospice it was really expensive

Sunrise is an amazing, clean, and beautiful assisted living resort! We are so impressed. Staff, guests and residents were happy and friendly. Very welcoming and warm environment. [name removed], our tour guide and mentor is wonderful. She feels like part of the family. We appreciated all of her support and expertise. Thank you [name removed]!!!

Lakewood Estates is a hidden charmer. The staff is impeccable and very helpful -- particularly, [name removed]. She did a quick Q&A to assess what we needed for my father and we agree that it was a great fit. Then, the tour began. The actual premises and services are perfect for a retired veteran. I am convinced we found a place that will make my father happy.

Sunrise seems really great! They were very clear about costs, and the facility and services seem terrific.

I would rate Sunrise as a 5 in all categories. The staffing is the key. They have lots of helpers so there are always people around to talk with my husband. The staff really try to figure out what makes the residents happy, and then provide that.

Parkwood Estates feels more like an apartment complex than an elder care institution. Mom likes being able to do her own laundry but not having to cook her own meals. The people working there know all the residents' names. Most know my name. There is privacy when people need it and community when people want it. The surrounding yard and garden are pleasant for fresh air and a few laps around the building with benches and rocking chairs to rest at along the way.

I met with a staff member, exploring the possibility of a family member moving into Sunrise of Countryside. I left the meeting feeling well informed, very pleased with the facility, and impressed with the staff members that I met. Our family has Sunrise as our preferred option for our loved one when he needs assisted living.

Lively, residents seem very happy and content, building and grounds are immaculate. The staff as knowledgeable and professional and answered all of our questions.

Loved it. Great management. Great care. Would feel very good about our loved one being here. Just may need to go to an in network tacitly for insurance.

It seems like a nice, friendly community, the rooms seem old but clean. The main thing I think my sister would like is the main floor with a patio and grass. She isn’t ready to make a move yet.

The staff was always very attentive. Some did better with activities than others but overall good. In my opinion they fed her too many carbs and too generous servings and too many sweets. My sister gained too much weight as she always finished her meals. We had them put her on a reduced calorie diet. They accommodated her private dancing lessons once a week by moving furniture around. The private room we put her in at first was very spacious but we painted the walls and moved in her bedroom furniture to make it look like home. She was in memory care.

Our assigned rep, [name removed], was amazing, helping us to narrow our search to Sunrise Mountain Lakes. The facility is newer, looks nice, and is clean; everyone is warm and friendly; the rooms are bright and cozy; and the food is very good. Sunrise ML has gone out of their way to make my Dad feel comfortable and has encouraged him to participate in activities; he has been raving about the staff and food. It was a surprisingly smooth transition.

The interior is bright, airy and inviting. The building, inside and outside, is well kept. There are several lovely places to sit and visit outside. The residents appear to be happy there. I made an instant connection with the sales person, who gave me some very helpful information about the VA.

The visit was incredibly informative. Unfortunately, the available unit was much too small. Otherwise, Sunrise seemed to be a very nice facility.

Although we were impressed with the facility it was more expensive than we needed for [name removed] and we found another place that meets the needs for less

The place is lovely and well appointed, however, during the tour nothing was mentioned about the over [Amount Removed] one time fee besides the over [Amount Removed] a month for assisted living. Unfortunately my 95 year old aunt does not have that kind of money. Wish she did.

We have committed to moving there this month. Everybody was responsive to our needs. We also observed mostly smiling residents.

Two things: the excellent care my friend is receiving and the kindness of all the very hard workers. It's a huge adjustment for the resident. My friend has been there since last [Date Removed] My friend needs alot of care and I have never seen one person get impatient with her. The residents are friendly and content. When I looked at Brighton Gardens the staff was friendly and helpful, to be expected. What really sold me was the friendliness of the residents. They seemed cared for and overall, content.
