The Apsley is excellent. The staff are extremely kind and respectful. Cleanliness and food quality are outstanding. They have a very good variety of activities. The studio room is small

My brother and sister in laws are the ones who visit regularly and everything I have heard is that there are 5 ratings for each of these categories. The food is tasty and the staff are helpful and friendly. [name removed] has enjoyed the art class and ability to attend church services. The apartment size is average, yet comfortable.

Food was great! And the staff is so nice and helpful! Especially Spencer at the front desk. We would still be there if we were able to be. Apartment size was perfect.

I would give them 5 stars. The only problem I had was the food was not the best that's why I'm thinking about going there or not going there. The people that work there were very nice and I enjoyed their company and they've been over back with to try to make my wife happy so thank you. the food my wife she cared for it. I didn't care for it just because they had too many salads and the things they mixed with it like shrimp you get three shrimp but not very much and then it was on a salad and I was I'd rather have the meat and that's what they didn't have as much of. It's a smaller place. It's not one of the bigger newer ones. It's an old one, but it's very cordial and the people they are super nice. It makes you feel like Home and it's like a big Home and they try very hard to please you but like I said the only thing that my wife didn't mind if you just me, but I didn't eat that much so I take turkey sandwiches with me.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! The location is very beautiful and well-kept. Residents all appeared to be happy and it was nice to see them visiting with family.

My experience here was a wonderful first look at options for my parents. [name removed] was absolutely amazing as a representative for the location. I felt welcome and she was warm and interested in the well being of the residents during my visit. The residents were well taken care for, and my interactions with them were genuine. I would recommend this community for a visit to see if this is a good fit for your needs.

This facility is well run with friendly employees that engaged with us in every aspect. All the residents we saw looked to be very happy. We liked that it is one floor,no elevators.

I recently took a tour of Sunrise. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. [name removed] did an amazing job of showing me around and took the time to answer any of my questions and concerns.

Cozy, inviting environment. [name removed] provided a comprehensive overview of their services and a wonderful tour of the facility including a vacant 2 bedroom assisted living room, the dining area and activity room. We even strolled the outdoor gardens where residents can assist with vegetable/flower gardens. The wrap around deck encircling the beautiful Victorian style building was super inviting with beautiful outdoor furniture. A musician was setting up there for afternoon entertainment. Very excited to include my sister on our next tour!

We visited Brighton Gardens a couple of times as we explored options for my mom. The staff (including sales, consierge, activities director, nurse, and executive director) were very helpful, patiently answering all our questions, introducing us to residents, and serving us lunch. The community areas are bright and inviting, like a family room at home, and unlike other places we visited that seemed blandly institutional. And Mom's room is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Her neighbors are friendly and welcoming.

My tour of Sunrise of Cary left me very impressed. Numerous relatives have resided in assisted living facilities across the country and I’ve visited others, but none felt more comfortable or professional than Sunrise. They are unusually resident focused with high resident to staff ratios, customized programs and activities providing a lot of personal attention while offering beautiful and modern facilities for residents to enjoy with family and friends. Medical and onsite therapy support extends to the highest levels of need, something most similar facilities don’t offer. I’m looking for a relative but Sunrise of Cary would be my personal choice if I needed the assistance they offer. And some day I probably will.

The staff is very good nurses are great. The head of household her name is [name removed]. She's fantastic. The sales guy [name removed] he go out of his way for you your house Dr. Dr [name removed] so so but I could change doctors if I care to very clean nice place. it was a good choice. My mother has a studio. It's a decent size a common area with a bathroom and a shower. Staff is friendly. I'm there mostly every day at least for an hour so I communicate with everybody and everybody knows me and they know I'm gonna be there so it also could be a factor but I find a place clean homie feeling and the aids are always there to listen and same with the nursing staff. Food is so so, but that also could be my mother taking medication's, which she doesn't like it and of course people are used to what they've been eating in there Home and their home cooking

Overall the facility is well managed, well kept and well staffed, at a cost as would be expected. Food is good, but many times my mother indicates there is too much, which she hates to throw away. Activities are good, but could be changed to keep it more interesting, there are a lot of clients who just sit and watch other clients. Room sizes vary, hers is a single room with separate living/kitchenette which is perfect for a single person.

The activities offerings are many and varied, I have been pleased by how much my mother is participating. Some staff have been open to friendly bonding with individual residents, it's very nice to see. Dining room procedural changes have sparked a bit of friction recently but the food remains overall good quality. Maintenance is regular and timely

The tour was very informative and every staff member we met was friendly and professional. The facility was clean and inviting. Bethany Hall was a much needed calming presence for me at a very stressful time. I was very grateful for that.

My mom is kinda new resident [name removed] and she is so happy living at Sunrise of Staten Island. The staff is so friendly and whenever i come to my mom [name removed]@the front desk is always so friendly, helpful, and always has a smile on her face that makes my visit comfortable and knowing mom is in a safe environment.

As a family we were very satisfied with all you're asking about. I especially was satisfied with the management team and staff. They were always friendly and attentive and took great care of my mom. With her many issues and being 95 my mom was in memory care. I cannot say enough of how well she was taken care of every day.

My father has been at Sunrise of Dublin for several months now. He has received nothing but the best care, staff is friendly and attentive. His room is kept clean, including his laundry. He has met many friendly people there which helped in his transition into Sunrise. Any questions I've had have been responded to promptly, including a check in by the Executive Director (which I appreciated). They have a lot of activities and events that he can join, including activities away from the campus. We would highly recommend Sunrise of Dublin.

I was given a brief tour of Sunrise of Raleigh after an extensive tour of [community removed]. The living facilities were similar in scope. Here, I was impressed with the warm atmosphere of the facility and greetings from the staff and residents. The rooms were to my liking and satisfaction; especially those in the disabilities unit. I certainly would consider placing my loved one here.
