My mom lives in the assisted living neighborhood, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. The team is kind, patient, and truly seems to enjoy spending time with the residents. Communication has been great, and I always feel informed and included in her care. The community is clean, welcoming, and has a positive, home-like atmosphere. Most importantly, my mom feels safe, supported, and engaged — and that means everything to us. I’m very grateful for the peace of mind this community has given our family.

Clean, pleasant surroundings, residents appeared to be happy and enjoying their activities and their interactions with staff.

My mother spent the last 4 years at Sunrise. When she moved in, she called it her luxury apartment. The last few months was difficult for her. The staff cared for her with loving care. During the last days, so many of the staff stopped in to pay respect to her. They loved her and it showed. As we sat vigil, the staff brought us trays of food and drinks so we didn't have to break our time there. After she passed, they greeted us and passed on their condolences. They have been very helpful in settling our affairs with them. It has been a pleasure working with Sunrise of Northville.

My parents have lived here for almost three months and already feel right at home. Great food and more important, a great community. This was a great decision to move here. Thank you for being a great home for my parents.

Moving to Sunrise was very satisfying + met all my convenience needs at this point in my life. The location & all the amenities offered has been very rewarding.

I would give a 5 for each of the eight topics. My mother was an independent living for some months, perhaps a year and is now in Memory care. I am very impressed with the quality of care my mother has received.

First of all, they made us feel welcome from day one. Moving Dad in was smooth, and getting his bed set up was simple and stress-free. The community always had something going on—Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, and family events—which gave us meaningful opportunities to spend time together and feel involved. I always felt the building was secure, and the staff were genuinely caring. They made sure Dad was well-fed and clean, even as he developed incontinence, and they consistently treated him with kindness and respect. The variety of food suited his preferences perfectly—especially his love of ice cream. As Dad entered hospice care, the staff worked closely with his outside medical providers and coordinated seamlessly with the hospice team. That level of cooperation and compassion meant a great deal to our family during such an important time.

Sunrise of Chandler tour was great. All of our questions were answered and even though we are not in a rush to find a place they guided us through the steps. Walking into Sunrise of Chandler made you feel like you were in a home, not a business which is one thing we liked. We also like that when we needed to move our mother the rooms were exactly the same.

The building is beautiful. Even the studio size was good. They had a great food selection. The building looked and smelled clean. The staff was friendly, competent, and consistent, with no use of contract staff. The phone was always answered by a human being, never an answering machine. There appeared to be plenty of activities but my family member was too ill to participate. My only complaint stemmed from the fact that there "in house" therapists did not work with the patients schedule and just randomly showed up at the patients door, causing missed and ineffective sessions.

The staff is friendly and provides great care to the residents. It is a very clean facility. They are easier for me to get in touch with when I have questions about my father's care. The food and activities programming both seem more than sufficient.

What we like the most about the community are the friendly staff and the food price point. Yes, we would recommend Brighton Gardens of Wheaton to other families.

I found the management team to be very responsive and professional. Any considerations I have they take seriously, they never make you feel like you're complaining. Yes, I would recommend Sunrise of Staten Island to other families based on the experience.

The staff seemed very nice and friendly. I would recommend to others. They do a good job with activities.

Stratford Court has been incredible for my mom. The staff is so experienced and caring and really know what it means to take care. The property does a wonderful job with cleanliness and the food service is wonderful. I could not be happier having my mom there and each and every time I go there, I am amazed at how consistent and professional everything is wrong.

It was warm and comfortable, not to big or small just nice. They strive to keep the residents engaged and entertained with happy hours and entertainment.

I found the facility to be modern and clean. The residents rooms are spacious. The personel are friendly and helpfull. They seem prioritize the residents needs. Food service is restaurant style. Private pay with competative rates. Do not accept medicaid.

We took a tour with Wayne. We were impressed with him the staff & campus. All were clean, inviting and hospitable.

Sunrise of Staten Island has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff seemed professional and connected to the residents. Each floor is designed to help the residents easily navigate their way around. [Name Removed] was extremely helpful and reassuring in our decision to choose the right place for my sister

Sunrise is bright and cheerful, both the common areas and the rooms. I liked that there is a kitchenette in the room.
