I would rate this facility at 5 stars. My mom is moving in today, the [Date removed]. Everyone I’ve met and interacted with has been professional, knowledgeable and kind. No question I’ve had hasn’t been answered. I believe it’s the right place for my mom in this stage of her life with the issues she has. I’m very comfortable, as are my siblings, with the decision to move her to Sunrise of Westmont.

Very impressed! Staff friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! Lived the facilities, the activities and the flexibility to adapt for needs.

Your loved one will be well taken care of! Personnel is what stood out.

Lovely. Great staff. Lots of activity. Very upbeat. Music on for residents being played. Staff dancing with residents which I loved!!

A very informative tour. I was impressed with the fact that the property had been refreshed, seemed extremely clean, and was beautifully decorated. Both the staff and the residence were very friendly and constantly greeting me and others in the hallway. I have visited several properties in preparing for my father‘s move, and this property is my favorite so far.

When I reached out to A Place for Mom, they were exactly what we been looking for. I saw the ad on the TV and called, and the next day they called me back. we started the process to get Mom into a place in Rapid City. They worked with my brother all the time, making sure everything was right. Mom's apartment was wonderful. She even had a little deck that she could go out and set and watch the sunset. The the's staff was amazing. The food is very good. I know because we went and ate lunch with mama, a couple times. I'm not sure how much activities Mom did, but they offer a lot. I just want to say thank you for everything you did getting Mom into this place, she absolutely loved it.

Our family met with [name removed] and [name removed]. They were positive and answered all of our questions. We met other residents and they seemed to like living there. The facility is just beautiful—clean, bright and cheerful. We felt this facility is designed with residents in mind and staff have a heart for this work.

I would say 5 for the building. A 5 for the cleaners and servers. A 3 for the upper management. We have had a hard time having them call back when we ask questions. A 5 for the head of maintenance and his crew. Very helpful.

The most impressive aspects were the attractive interior and the people that I dealt with. I have no basis to evaluate the food. The unfortunate part of my experience -- and this is not the fault of Sunrise -- is how quickly my mother's condition deteriorated to the point where it exceeded the ability of Sunrise to provide for her. (She was there for only eleven days, then we moved her to hospice care.)

They are amazing and taking great care of my mother-in-law. They work around her wants and needs. I would definitely recommend.

What stands out about Stratford Court is that it is a very social experience. Residents are always congregating in the communal areas for games, chat, sponsored activities, entertainment, etc. There are multiple trips every week for restaurants, shopping or touristy outings. Many residents seem determined to stay active and independent with walkers, scooters, home health aides -- whatever it takes! The dining options are varied and generous, and the facilities are generally well-kept. Staff are friendly and helpful.

They evaluated him as soon as he arrived to determine his needs. They met with my husband and myself and communicated with us consistently. They were able to meet his needs at level three which was a huge relief. They gave him the care he required daily which gave us great peace of mind.

The Management team from the Admissions Director, Executive Director and Head of Nursing went beyond the normal approach (for facilities like these) to assure my family member could be approved to move into Sunrise after being required to be discharged from an Accute Rehab facility. We n had less than a week to get everything in order and they moved mountains for us and even got a private room, which everywhere else I looked into required a new semi-private as a part of initial move in. They also assisted in establishing in facility hospice that was needed. The atmosphere was bright, cheery, upbeat and this was not only in management and staff, but residents as well. Could not have found a better facility (within the tight time line) with the truly caring and more than accommodating team. 5 stars!

Location and facility is first class. However, the 2-year minimum stay to qualify for Medicaid is quite steep.

[Name Removed] was wonderful. I actually think that was a driving factor for mom to choose Quincy. Every person, and I mean everyone we met were very nice. I know we were on a tour but even the residents were welcoming. Is it as fancy as some of the others, no, but mom said it wasn't overwhelming and felt comfortable to her. She's very happy there and has thrived in her new home. Thank you for your help !! It was a great experience in a tough time. We had just a few days and HFM came up with great choices.

I would definitely recommend sunrise as a place for a family member. The friendliness and attention they provide, stood out the most.

The staff members are the community really care and they are very responsive. Yes, we would recommend Brighton Gardens of West Orange to other families.

Staff is great, very caring and accommodating. Dining room and food are very good. I would recommend. My dad's been there a month and is very happy!

What we like the most about the community is the homelike setting and the friendly staff members. They also provided excellent care and yes we would definitely recommend Sunrise of East Setauket to others.
