The facility and the staff are top rate. We have only been working with them for a short time and during that time, I do not have any things that I would suggest they need to improve.

Everything gets 5 stars from me. Really great place with an awesome vibe. The people working there are super friendly and make you feel welcome right away. Definitely recommend checking it out!

We had a wonderful tour, they were very accommodating for a same day scheduled tour. Everyone there was very friendly and kind.

We met and talked with [name removed] at Sunrise of Palos Park. [name removed] walked my wife and I through the facility, which was very nice and the pricing. The only concern was the pricing. Based on what was quoted the family wouldn't be able to afford respite care at Sunrise of Palos Park. But [name removed] gave us a brochure listing all the prices. We enjoyed talking with [name removed]. Thanks

The staff were friendly and professional as they attended to much of the people staying there. Me and my coworker had went to Sunrise cause it was highly recommended by a ex coworker. An the person giving the information and tour was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions. The atmosphere felt comforting and pleasing, which was a place I am trying to look for, for my mom. I asked if they have a Sunrise in Frederick which I well be later going in May. I would like to thank the person attending us and the staff for the tour.

The staff is very attentive. There are many daily activities for the residents to participate in. The facility is clean and well maintained. The residents seem happy.

My dad has lived in the memory care community since [date removed]. The staff is so amazing! They go above the call of duty. When my dad first moved in, several members of the care team made intentional introductions to our family. [name removed] is phenomenal!! The care team are engaged with the residents and are patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. My dad is living his best life in a community that supports his cognitive needs. The housekeeper, [name removed], cares about the residents and goes beyond cleaning! My mom moved into assisted living level of care at the same community on [date removed]. My mom is challenging to please, and she has had a positive experience so far. [name removed] is beyond fabulous!!! She is dedicated, inspiring, patient and "walks the walk". Outside of her work, she is actively involved in Alzheimer's awareness and fundraising for this debilitating thief of a disease. While transitioning our parents to specialized care was stressful, Sunrise of Chesterfield made us feel confident in our selection.

Very warm and inviting place. I was very impressed with the staff and accommodations. The place was clean, smelled nice, and very organized. The ratio of staff to patients was impressive and I felt confident care would be excellent. The cost was a bit out of our price range, so unfortunately we were not able to choose this assisted living home.

My wife and I toured both independent and assisted living quarters for our 93-year-old aunt at Sunrise Montgomery Village. [name removed], one of the Sales Managers, toured us around and met with us separately to answer questions. [name removed] was extremely knowledgeable about the many details of senior living, and was very personable, honest, and responsive. She did everything right to earn our business. We would recommend Sunrise at Montgomery Village very highly. The whole Sunrise enterprise seems well managed, and the management and staff were willing to work with prospective clients to help control the costs of senior living.

Sunrise of Lynnfield is a very NICE place and they are taking great care of my father-in-law. They have made it as easy as possible for the family and we are so grateful to have found this location!

I've been a resident here in Edison Sunrise for almost 3 years come[Date Remoed]. It is my only home and they have taken care of me very well. From the staff of supervisors, managers, med techs, care managers, restaurant personnel, chefs and servers and additional staff members when needed. I've enjoyed the surroundings and all the activities provided for us if one wants it. There is always someone to speak to if a situation should arrive to help with making a change or improvement. Dining chef tries very hard to accommodate the wishes of us and listens to our requests with a smile. The activity staff is always very active to provide us with new ways to interest us and bring pleasure and fun.

The facility was clean and everyone we met was pleasant and enthusiastic. They answered all of our questions and we never felt pushed for an answer or an exact timeline. The staff was very easy to talk to and relate to.

We had a very successful tour of Sunrise. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. All our questions were answered by a well informed person with enthusiasm for the community. I would recommend the Sunrise Community to others for a tour.

Brighten Gardens is a lovely facility. The staff is very friendly. [name removed], was very welcoming and professional. The offerings were excellent including dining, activities. For us, rooms were smaller than we wanted and a little more expensive than we could afford but it is a great place & location.

We really liked the place. Clean the residents looked happy and the staff was friendly. The layout of the building is such the residents don’t have far to go to dining room tables or anywhere else.

My husband and I had a lovely tour of the Sunrise Senior Living facility. We are looking for a place for his mom to have care and physical therapy as a bridge between her discharge from the hospital to being back home. We found the place very nice. The team was very engaged from [Name Removed] at “ A Place for mom” Key a telephone receptionist and [Names Removed] the Sales Team. [Name Removed] Director of Sales did a great job of telling us in more detail about the program “ A Road To Home “ and what they offer in the package. She asked good questions regarding mom’s needs and how Sunrise could meet them.[Name Removed] was very warm & hospitable. We were offered coffee/tea. Hopefully this was a foreshadowing of what mom will feel and receive in the dining area which is set up like a nice little restaurant. The rooms were great and the corridors wide. The porch should be nice as the weather is getting warmer. Our minds are more at ease knowing they have a consistent team there, some with 10 years plus.

We toured the facility with my mother in law. It’s very clean and well appointed. They were having a family luncheon during our visit so many of the residents were there with family. The staff seemed very engaged with the residents and my overall impression was very positive.

Staff is very attentive and respectful. Most times there are activities and staff is always present. Rooms are bright and good size. As our mom's needs have changed staff has appropriately adjusted to meet her needs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The communication was efficient and comprehensive. The staff actively sought feedback and responded promptly to the concerns of the family and needs of the resident.
