Everyone from the front desk to the tour was so helpful and so welcoming and kind. I took my mom for lunch there the following week and she had nothing but great things to say. The food and staff are the best!!

People are very friendly and we were greeted by people outside. [name removed] took us on a great tour. Lots of information. We were in need of a facility quickly and it was able to be arranged.

Very happy with Sunrise! The apartment size (what they call a 1 bedroom) is bright and a good size for a den and a bedroom. Nice view of Crescent drive. The food works great for my mom. She has no complaints and the staff for dining, activities, nursing, etc are all amazing, caring, kind and professional. The entire facility is well run and very responsive to everything. Lovely residents and very nice population.

My personal experience with Sunrise is between 4.5 and five. I found the staff to be very responsive, caring, and respectful to the patients. The place looks like a hotel more than a memory care unit. It's clean and the food is surprisingly better than one would expect in an institutional setting. They have a monthly barbecue, which I make every effort to attend with my kids and my spouse and they enjoy it a great deal. They do their best to have entertainment and keep the residence occupied. My spouse is always clean and dressed nicely, which is something I greatly appreciate. The only negative and it's not a surprise to me is that their pricing is a bit higher than I expected. They charge essentially for everything over and above the basics and their prices are what I believe somewhat higher than they should be. Overall I'm quite pleased with the management and accommodations and would recommend Sunrise to anyone who is looking for a memory care unit for their spouse or parents.

Sunrise Of Hunter Mill met our expectations in so many ways from the small family type setting, to the cleanliness, not only of the facility itself, but with the residents room and making sure the resident herself is cleaned and dressed in a timely manner. The staff is very gracious and makes you feel part of their family; the Director, the nurse, and even the maintenance staff as well as the receptionist always makes you feel welcome when you come to visit. I would highly recommend this particular facility to anyone looking for assisted living. I just can't say enough good things about it. It was the absolute best decision for my loved one.

Very cheerful staff, especially in the Dining Room. Enjoying the activities. Maybe ask residents what entrees they would like. My sister misses mashed potatoes. Also maybe meat loaf or other plain meat... She is adjusting well. Getting her there, got rehab and then she is now living there.

The facility was beautiful they were finishing up renovations. The atmosphere there was not overwhelming since they are a smaller size and can house only a limited amount of people and everyone makes you feel welcome and you feel like it's more of a personal connection. I would recommend them highly, we felt very comfortable placing my mom here.

this was my first time visiting an assisted living facility and the Director of Sales was wonderful. She not only showed me around but took the time to chat about what kind of services my mom might need and explain what services are offered at this facility. It's truly a lovely place and is certainly an option worth considering when we get to that point (just not sure when that is yet)

The guide was very helpful and gave us a lot of information and time. She was not just trying to make a sale, but give us helpful information. The facility was clean and maintained. We had a good lunch. Residents were friendly and shared their experiences. The apartment we looked at was beautiful and did not have an institutional feel to it. There were many things to participate in.

The staff were friendly and had our names written to welcome us, men’s group week, on site dog for residents to enjoy, smaller facility with a cozy feel.

Great staff! Wonderful people, pleasant and answer all your questions; love their residents; keep you updated. Food is healthy food and staff know what the resident likes and dislikes. Activities is a 4 (haven't been to facility to see a lot of activities -- Bingo, Movies, Word games, Noon Fri. men's pizza and beer (1 per month, Noon special lunch with wine, special guests come everyday to play music, teach, crafts (not children crafts) singers, etc. My husband is in memory care and he has blossomed - eats well (and is picky when it comes to food and drink); is clean and dressed with clean clothes; he's no longer needs a walker; he takes his meds from them but not when I give them to him; His room is clean and bright like all the other rooms; the grounds are well kept; have great areas surrounding the building where the residents and guests can walk and sit to enjoy the outdoors. I could go on....

Our encounter with each staff member was pleasant and professional. They helped guide us through the process and showed extraordinary care in making my parent feel comfortable and our family welcome.

The tour and sales representative were very informative. We enjoyed our tour and learned a lot about the facility.

Everyone was very helpful and knew the answer to my questions. Had lunch food was tasty and fresh. Service was very thoughtful and quick thanks for the tour.

I would give them 5 stars. Staff is great. Apartments are large enough. Environment is clean. No complaints from family member about the food.

Sunrise of Randolph was awesome. I only wish I could have gotten my dad there sooner. He said it was like staying in a nice hotel, which was great because he was tired of being a patient. They were so helpful and kind and he liked speaking the native languages of the staff with them (namely Spanish and French).

My loved one was only at Sunrise for eleven days ([dates remoed] ), during which her condition rapidly deteriorated to the point that her needs exceeded what Sunrise could reasonably provide, and she was moved to a hospice care facility. So my ability to judge them is limited, but I was very pleased with what I saw. And the staff was terrific, with a special shout-out to [name removed]. I was also very pleased that, given the circumstances, they did not hold us to their normal advanced notification of termination, and we got a full refund for our prepayment beyond the eleven days. In short, my experience was abnormal but very positive.

[name removed] room is large and clean. According to my sister, the food served in the dining room is delicious and has a lot of variety. The staff has been very good about keeping me informed about her care.

It is very clean. I have been there at lunch time to observe what she was eating and everything looked and smelled good. I also attended a family luncheon which included a very large hot and cold buffet and it was delicious. After that, there was some entertainment which everyone enjoyed. I do have to say that they have a lot of activities and the staff has sent me pictures of my mother participating. Yes, we would recommend Brighton Gardens to other families based on the experience
