My Mother-in-law was comfortable there (she passed away in February). The staff were wonderful to her and she enjoyed the food.

Sunrise is perfect for my dad. The staff is very caring and friendly. The meals are great. And his room is clean, spacious, and bright.

Staff is very friendly and knows their clients well. Her room is clean except for the messes she has a tendency to make. The food is good too. She has activities she is able to do there and she is making friends too :) Her apartment room is a very reasonable size for here. The cat has also made a wonderful transition there too! The cat is living her best life there!!

We toured the memory care wing. There were several nice common areas where residents can socialize. The studio apartment we looked at was spacious, had new carpet, and a bird feeder outside the window. It was perfect for my Gramma. It was the very first place we looked at and is still my favorite one.

Great place - lots of wonderful amenities for residents.The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating.

[name removed] was a great host and guide. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. We got a good overview of the facility and its services.

My guide was very thorough and was able to answer all my questions. My interaction with the receptionists was very pleasant and I was happy to meet Luke, the resident pet. The information I gathered was very beneficial and will help in my future decision making.

I was very impressed. Looked like a brand new building, with many amenities. The only service that I was looking for, but not included, was transportation to/from Dr appointments.

This place is beautiful and more importantly so well run. It is obvious the staff really cares about all of their residents. Anyone would be very lucky to be able to have one of their loved ones in the care of Sunrise of New Dorp. If you are considering it I highly recommend you take a tour it will be well worth your while.

Everyone was courteous, caring and went out of their way to include Dad in their activities.

There are many attributes for Greeley Place! First and foremost was [name removed] the GM. He was so kind and made my mom feel at ease. The building was clean and people knew the staff and the staff knew the residents. There is a park a block away, a downtown area right around the corner. A senior Center across the street. She won’t feel like she has to get in a vehicle to go places. The other staff members and business coordinator [name removed]- were all kind and friendly. It was very refreshing and gave a home feeling for independent living while offering so many options for residents. I’m confident my mom made a great decision to be part of this community.

It's amazing! They have amazing staff, the facility is clean and welcoming. They have great communications! I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

My salesperson was quite informative, and she explained a lot of details. I appreciate the time, energy, and effort she gave me on my tour.

Overall, we were quite impressed with Sunrise. I wanna especially point out [name removed], the event director she's excellent. Also thought that [name removed], our sales rep was thorough, caring and wonderful. Lastly, [name removed] the interim director is wonderful. All should be recommended.

[name removed] gave a thorough and informative tour, answered my questions and was just lovely. I met a number of residents and was able to have lunch with them and they were extremely informative. It was a good experience.

Facility is clean, lots is natural light, all on one floor. The food is good and the staff attentive overall. Many of the residents tend to keep to themselves and not participate in the offered activities.

The tour was very informative and I felt very welcomed. The facility seemed to offer all the things I would be looking for my mom.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We reviewed the various "public" areas (library, game rooms, various meeting rooms) and spent time in one of the two bedroom units. All of our questions were answered. We were very impressed my the staff and facility.

Staff is great. My cousin is acclimating well. And I think it has to do a lot with the sense of community. They are very welcoming and it feels like a big family.

I am very happy with Smithtown sunrise. It was a great fit for my mother. The staff is very friendly. They definitely know all their residence. They are also very helpful. The place is very clean and very well maintained.
