My experience was good. The person i toured with was very nice and answered a lot of questions. It's a nice place, just out of our budget.

Fives across the board. Outstanding in every way. Undergoing some managerial changes at this time so there are some vacancies at the top but that does not seem to have adversely impacted the day-to-day routine and care.

Our experience with the tour at the Sunrise at Olympia Fields was excellent! We have a question about our housing over the next couple months and needed to see what our options were. We are accustomed to a 3 bedroom ranch so going down to a 2 bedroom and 2 bath with a 2 car garage private residence in a community where meals are included and social activities and wonderful people are was such a joy to find! We have found out that the home we are currently in we are more than likely able to stay in so we don't think it will need needed now but surely is a relief to know that we have an excellent option if things change. Thank you.

I was very impressed. The curb side appeal was very nice , also all the interior renovations. I think this would be a great place for my mom. especially that she will be close to me.

The tour was everything I had hoped. A complete tour with several rooms to select from. Questions were answered and information provided. After visiting other facilities, we were well pleased to come back an FCC select this facility.

The staff provided a warm welcome and took time to explain the property, what was offered and what could be expected while living there.

Lovely facility dedicated to allowing people to age in place with personalized assistance to remain independent. All staff were friendly and actively engaged in tasks to assist the residents. The rooms are nice. The facility was clean and looked well maintained.

Lovely facility and ample amenities offered. The dining menu options were great and the cafe for all day service was a plus. The staff were all very kind and knowledgeable. I would easily move my family into this facility.

Absolutely everyone was caring and conscientious. My sister needed hospice care at 24/7 for her last few days and they do not provide that. But it was easy to arrange. The care givers (ours from Corewood and BGs) worked together well. The medical staff handled medications well. The room was excellent. I could tell (from other residents) that the facility ran well and they were happy. It's the kind of place I might enjoy (when and if I needed assisted living). There were lots of activities (which unfortunately my bedridden sister could not appreciate). As a visitor parking I occasionally had trouble finding a space in the garage and had to find one on the street. Public transport (Metro) was only a half mile walk away. I looked at four facilities and considered another four. This seemed best to me and I was very happy at the choice. It was a good place for the end.

It was very helpful to see both a unit that I was interested in and then to see the common areas. The staff then took the better part of an hour to answer my questions concerning living in the Jefferson, including an invitation for my wife and I to experience a meal in the Jefferson.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The residents are friendly (the ones that I have interacted with). For a person coming from a three bedroom house w/a basement, kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms and a living room and a hall and linen closet and a garage it is an adjustment. If I could have afforded it, the 1 bedroom would have been a better fit for me (at least an improvement). The fact that they have some type of cleaning service may appeal to some (not me). I love that there is security in staying in the facility and I am glad for the experience, even though I hope to move out soon.

We were welcomed immediately by very friendly staff. [name removed] spent a great deal of time with my mother and our family learning about her and what’s most important to our family. We were given detailed information about the community and a great tour. We liked the community very much. We are a little early in our search process, but Sunrise is very high on our list of places for our mother to live.

5 for each. What we like the most about the community is that everyone is so very kind-so happy my Mother in Law is there. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Staff is very personable. I would recommend to others.

I LOVE them. My friend maybe not as much. She is very demanding but they are ALWAYS kind to her. She needs ALOT of care. I don't think my friend would be happy anywhere!

It was very informative and the staff was super nice and answered all my questions. Also met a few the the tenants. They seem like a lot of fun. The facilities were nice and clean. Had lots of activitys for the tenants to do.

I feel like Mom is safe there, that the people know her and genuinely care for her well-being. Being fed three meals a day has taken a lot of stress off of Mom's plate.

What we like the most about the community is that the place is like a family. It is a very caring environment and we would recommend Sunrise of Columbia to other families.
