Sunrise Senior Living

It's a great place. But need money to stay there!! I'd give it 5 stars. I have daughter who is in constant contact. We are very pleased. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.

5 for all. My mother is doing well. Staff has been great. Any issues regarding her care or room is handled very quickly and smoothly. Communication has been very good. [name removed] was awesome and made the admission process very easy.

Once they get up in the morning, they are not back in the room by themselves until bedtime. It is so nice that they keep everyone so active.

It is wonderful in respect of staff, facility, expertise and family partnership. I would absolutely recommend. Outstanding facility

Beautiful, homey feeling facility with friendly, wonderful people. The rooms are comfortable. The common areas are very inviting. Residents seem very social and happy. The dining area looks clean and everyone in it was friendly and cheery.

Sunset provides a comfortable experience for its residents. The staff is extremely courteous and tirelessly works to improve the experience.

My mother has lived at Sunrise of Chesterfield for many years and we are deeply grateful for the tender loving care that she receives there. The staff here are truly outstanding, always going above and beyond to make sure that my mother feels loved and cared for. She once told me that she has no idea what she did to deserve all of this “special treatment,” but she sure enjoys it! The entire staff - from the receptionists to the caregivers and nurses - get to know the residents on a very personal level, creating a very warm and loving community.

I have no complaints. Father is in reminiscence care. My dad is receiving excellent care. It is a good fit for my dad. However, it's a very emotional time to be there seeing the people. Visitors should prepare their hearts when visiting. It's difficult.

The rooms are a good size and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The porch is stunning and the library is well maintained. I am very pleased with the facility and the care they take of my father.

This is my mom’s first time living in assisted living facility and the staff have been very helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and the food is good. The care staff has gone out of their way to help my mom adjust to her new living situation. Sunrise feels more like a home than the larger facilities.

My mother has been a resident of Sunrise in Chesterfield for over a year. The staff is great and always helpful. She is always fed well. I love to see [name removed] and [name removed] at the front desk. Thank you for taking such good care of my mother.

I have occasion to visit sunrise to see my mother-in-law frequently. [name removed] makes everyone feel welcome she is kind and engaging and very competent. She is the kindest person who makes people feel at home. She's very special

My father has been at Sunrise since late [Date Removed] and he has been happy with Sunrise assisted-living. Everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Everyone is always eager to help. They’re very responsive and take pride in making sure their patients and their families are taken care of. As my father has gotten older , they have expanded their level of care to meet his needs. I’m grateful for the kindness and care they have given my dad.

I checked out six different assisted living facilities and chose sunrise because of the people that work there. An organization takes on the personality of its leader, and in the case of sunrise, the leader is an honest efficient, talented caring human being. And everything about the Facility reflects these characteristics.

Our guide was friendly and personable. The tour was informative, and I felt like we got a good overview of the facility. The residents seemed happy and engaged, and staff members were pleasant. Overall, a positive impression!

Very helpful staff and very pleasant. They answered all of our questions and my brother decided to move in to the apartment. When he has a problem the staff are very helpful in solving his problem. I'm hoping he will take advantage of all of the activities and clubs that are offered. Maybe even go on an outing occasionally. He has met a couple of fellow residents that he enjoys talking with

Everyone working there is friendly and cordial. The facility is clean and well maintained. The activities are organized and appropriate for seniors. Transportation is provided within 10 miles. Overnight guests are allowed. Meals are included and prepared onsite. Meals are available for guests. There is a daily menu to choose from.

Everything has really been wonderful there. Staff, food, apartment, etc. The entire staff are always actively looking out for and helping the residents. It doesn't matter what their job description is, they immediately jump in to help the residents.

[name removed] the care coordinator came to meet my mom at home, assessed her, and knew about her as soon as she moved in. She seems conscientious, sincere, and tries to help my mom adjust.
