Very personable and helpful. I would recommend to others. They were very helpful in the process. I will say post admittance, there have been a few things I have questioned, but overall a good experience.

Good people, nice facility, well-priced as regards much of the competition in the south suburbs of Denver metro. Not too large such that you get a good sense of the care levels they provide the residents. This was our final choice after touring 5-6 alternative facilities and comparing vs. another 2-3 beyond those.

The staff is tenured (many have been there for 5, 10, even 20 years). Move in was easy. The facility is beautiful. Meals feel like a restaurant. The bistro area is open all the time with snacks, juices and coffee. The activities are well-attended. It is also a very good value. They offer à la carte pricing so you only pay for the services you need. Anyone you send there will love it. I cannot recommend Sunrise on Hillcrest more highly. I actually helped one of my Mom's friends move there as well. It is a "no scrubs" facility l, so it feels like an apartment building, not a hospital ward.

Brighton Gardens is wonderful. Caring staff and clean. I highly recommend them. My mother was in memory care, but only for a few months because she passed away on [date removed]. She had just turned 99 years old.

Had a great experience with my visit at Brighton Gardens. Front of house staff was extremely helpful. The facility was clean and the amenities look great. This location is in consideration for my father for sure.

Sunrise of Willowbrook is a beautiful clean facility. Staff were very friendly and explained the memory care unit. We would have chosen it for my sister but she had a change in her medical status. Be sure to visit for one of your loved ones.

It was a great experience. The manager was friendly and knowledgeable and answered every question we had. The facility was very clean and beautifully decorated. The residents we saw looked happy and busy. If my dad was ready, we would choose this for him.

It was a lovely community. Our tour guide was delightful. The rooms have everything mom would need. I could see her fitting in.

[name removed], the sales associate was wonderful. After discussing our needs we went for a tour and were offered lunch. The food was delicious and our server was very sweet. The winter warmup special was exactly what we were looking for.

[name removed] was great Besides being extremely informative, she listened to and understood my concerns for my mom. We were able to have a heart-to-heart conversation Thank you [name removed]

This is a lovely facility and I wish that my Mom could go to this place but I don’t h think that she will be able to live here. She needs a 2 person assist. Also she needs a place that will be able to provide a Medicaid bed because she will probably run out of funds sooner rather than later.

[name removed], a young congenial lady took me on a tour of Brighton Gardens. She explained things well and went over paperwork to my understanding. I have been in touch with her since, and she is readily available to answer my questions.

It's just a learning curve... we need good communication to make sure everything is going smoothly... everyone does try! Sometimes activities get canceled or happen earlier than on the schedule... my boyfriend's mom finds this frustrating but is learning the ins and outs. We also wish they had gluten free products for her... breads, pasta, cookies, etc. We hate to buy them when we are spending so much for her to be fed there.

[name removed] was very helpful in providing information about facility and also provided a tour of facility. I would be very comfortable to have my loved ones stay at Sunrise.

I like the staff that seems so ready to help me when I have needed it, both nurses and concierge and activities director. The nurses especially as medications have changed or I needed feedback for doctors, or as I needed to work with on prep for upcoming procedures. The caregivers are compassionate and helpful with meds given if I take her out. They prep me to give it when out.

I felt like the staff really cared about my fathers mental and physical health.

I enjoyed my visit to Brighton Gardens and the facilities scheduled Saturday brunch. The facility was very clean and the employees were very upbeat and helpful. I live in the area and Brighton Gardens is very much part of the community landscape.

It's just the right place for Mom. Yes, we would recommend The Quadrangle to other families.

I love it. My mom has been there for a year now. Everyone is friendly, she loves the food, and it's a good price point
