Very impressive visit. I found the facility modern, clean, well staffed and stylish. Both the open and closed spaces were delightful. Restricting access for memory care patients is excellent and alarms present. Activities are available for all and many were engaging. [name removed] was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Over hall a lovely experience. Thanks Sunrise!

I was super impressed with [name removed]who gave us the tour. I was nervous to take my mother because she was against the idea. But we just couldn't accommodate her needs at home anymore. [name removed] picked up on the ques my mother gave. The concerns. She reassured my mother and when she saw there was gonna be something my mother wasn't gonna budge on she moved on and addressed it later. She made her feel safe and eased her fears that assisted living wasn't like the old idea of dropping off at a nursing home to die. She has her own apartment, weekly housekeeping addressing things my mother can't get down to clean, walk in shower, cable and three meals a day. A library, a patio and windows where she can have fresh air and maintenance to fix things when needed. It's clean and the residents in every corner seemed happy. By the end of the tour she was ready to move in. My mother signed and they are putting in fresh paint and carpet to her liking and they allow her to be independent.

The residents are very friendly. The food is good. Staff is great. They also have a ton of great activities.

We had an excellent tour! [name removed] was caring and considerate, especially with my husband. She recognized why we were visiting and was very thorough in her presentation. The facility was very nice and the rooms were good-sized.

I would say that my experience with sunrise has been ok so far. Lets see if it improves going forward. I would recommend sunrise but there's definitely sticker shock with this place

They take the time to get to know you and your family, making every visit feel warm, welcoming, and personal.

Between rock and a hard place with decision as to whether spouse can be at home or needs assisted living with full time aide. Tour and information very helpful and informative and person we met with knowledgeable and lovely. Cost of care so very expensive with all the help he needs and that weighs heavily on me, as well as how he would adjust/accept living apart fr me as I am still healthy and not ready for assisted living.

Our appointment with the Sunrise representative was prompt and very informative. She answered all our questions and gave us a tour. The facility was clean, bright and neat. Everyone we met was friendly. We are going back in a few days with our family member to assess her for suitability for a room there.

[name removed] gave a thorough and delightful tour and answered all our questions openly and honestly. We loved the atmosphere, the residents seemed engaged and involved and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also loved the suite we were shown and easily imagined making it home. That is why we chose Sunrise for them.

By far the best place I've been to. The people met were genuine. I was able to talk honestly about my thoughts and concerns. The people actually listened and spoke openly and honestly. Everybody seemed really concerned about the resident's well-being. It was more like talking to a friend than just being given a sales presentation.

The facility was clean and welcoming. The care staff seemed to be incredibly attentive. Residents seemed happy there.

We had a great experience. Unfortunately, my father was only there for a very short amount of time because he died about 2 weeks after he moved in. The nursing staff was amazing. They did everything to make my dad and our family extremely comfortable. I moved a lot of things from my dad's home into his room, so it was familiar to him. The staff helped me with setting up his TV. I just can't give them enough praise. They treated my father and my family with dignity and respect until his last breath.

Very welcoming, clean, saw residents walking around and playing Bingo informative tour. Our questions were all answered.

So far we are very happy the service. The personnel are very attentive to my Mothers daily needs. I would recommend others.

The director of sales [name removed] was so warm and welcoming and I really loved the atmosphere at Sunrise I will be moving in to my perfect apartment shortly. I'm happy to be staying in Cresskill and am able to walk to downtown stores, bank, library etc.. It's the perfect place for me.

What we like the most about the community is the friendliness and yes we would recommend Sunrise of Lincoln Park to other families.

I believe this is my mom’s number one pick as of right now. [name removed] was great! We really like the facility and we really like the studios that we’re available for my mom.
