The staff have been wonderful and helpful. The different apartment sizes provided great choice for her. She absolutely loves the food. The bingo and puzzles are her favorite activities. We are grateful we found it.

I would rate Quincy Place a 5. My mom is very happy there and has truly made it her new home. She feels comfortable, safe, and very welcomed by the community. Her one-bedroom apartment is spacious and well maintained. She enjoys her neighbors, the amenities, and the overall atmosphere of the property. The staff has been wonderful, especially [name removed], [name removed] was incredibly helpful throughout the tour, move-in process, and getting my mom settled. She also loves being able to have her hair done and thinks the world of [name removed]. I feel so blessed that my mom feels so good about her new home. Quincy Place has provided her with a place where she can feel comfortable and cared for. The only areas for improvement would be the food and the lack of a full kitchen. However, she is still very happy with everything overall. Quincy Place was one of the more affordable options we looked at, and for the price, it offers excellent value.

My only wish is that my sister had gotten to Sunrise sooner. And that transportation would have been provided for her doctor's visits to St. Francis Hospital and dentist visits. I sing praises about the facility (Sunrise) staff was accommodating. They went the extra mile to make my sister happy. I was able to enjoy the activities with her and the crafts. She enjoyed live entertainment they had and I did too. All the staff I encountered were top notch. They started to feel like family to me. My sister's last days were some of her best days. And when she was younger she lead by example, so at the end of her life some of her accomplishments were in a local Chicago paper. I am proud to say she was my sister and glad I could help her at the end by finding a facility with a caring, friendly staff

I was so satisfied with the kindness and compassion they showed my mother. Her room was kept clean. And the kitchen was always available for food service. The employees always were respectful and helpful.

We are really pleased with everything. My mom is in a suite. She has her own bedroom and shares a bathroom and a common area. All very clean and nice. The overall place is cheery and always active. The staff are great and there are always tons of activities (which my mom loves). I would highly recommend. It is also easy to access from the highway, metro trains/buses, and centrally located in downtown Rockville, MD (a terrific location).

My brother and I have been very happy with the care our mom receives. She has one main care rep who she adores and can get my mom to participate with the many group activities at BG. That aide also is on top of our mom's hygiene and meals and the nurse does a great job with medications. In a previous facility, my mom was alone in her room all the time and she regressed a lot. Her cognitive abilities are not declining at Brighton Gardens and she is always happy there, which is new for her!

5 on all. Everything was fine. I have no complaints with anything. I would recommend Sunrise of Bethesda to other families based on our experience so far.

The staff is great. Food. Choices are good. We visit almost everyday to get to know everyone and share mom's schedule and what she likes. She seems very acclimated after one month Glad she is being g well taken care of!

My sister is loving her new life! She loves all the staff and she is getting the best care. Consequently, she is making very good progress on her road to recovery. The staff welcomes our family every time we visit which is every day. We have a very large family so there's always someone dropping in. The menus could use more variation. [name removed] is tiring of the selections. That being said, the food is delicious and plentiful. The activities could use a little boost too. [name removed] loves going to as many as she is able to. I would like to see more scheduling differential as she goes to therapy every day and that interferes with her social life with the activities always being at the same time. In closing, THANK YOU for your services helping to place [name removed] in a secure, loving, friendly environment! She is THRIVING!

A wonderful home for my mother. I couldn’t ask for a better place for her to call her home. Everyone is responsive and truly trustworthy. I only wish she could have moved in sooner to truly enjoy everything.

Very impressed! Our “tour guide” was knowledgeable and courteous. The facility is very clean and well-maintained.

Mom has been there 1 year. In fact, today is her anniversary. Room is more than adequate. Mom has both "sides" of her apartment, so we were able to make her home very comfy! She was able to bring furniture from home, so her transition was very smooth. Food is wonderful. Mom is always full and compliments the chef. Nurses are kind and trustworthy. I appreciate how they check in and make conversation with mom on most occasions. Facilities are clean and tidy. No issues to date. Activities are a weak point, but not by too much. I would like more variety regarding "brain games". I would like more entertainment. I was told that there would be more participation with student groups. They would like that.

Sales folks knowledgeable and honest. Reception area, friendly, and helpful daily. The floor staff is very business like, which we like, but they would also take the time and talk with us and the residence. They have a young man that does activities named [name removed], who does fantastic job. My mother has issues with incontinence, which, as staff I can imagine could be difficult to handle day in and day out. I personally witnessed some of the interactions with the staff during these moments, and they are nothing but kind, and allow her dignity, which is much appreciated. If there was one element to be critique, it would be that on Friday pm through Sundays am they do not have the same staff all the time so it can create some confusion with understanding each resident. It has gotten better as time has gone on, but in the beginning, that was probably the only hurdle to get through. Otherwise has been a very positive experience.

I recently visited a friend of mine who has recently moved in to this community and I have nothing but positive things to day! Everyone was so kind and considerate. I couldn't imaging a more inviting place to call home.

It was a virtual visit and the facility looked beautiful and residents looked well cared for. Will consider Sunrise after researching other Senior Living facilities in my area. A special thanks to [name removed] from Sunrise Sales Department for hand delivering the information package to my home.

For someone who works in the industry, I can tell you that one of the most important things is having a professional and genuinely caring staff. The staff have been wonderful—we haven't had a single bad experience, and they truly care about my mom. My sisters, who were hesitant at first, came in from out of town for a few weeks and were impressed with everything. The community is well maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere. My mom hasn't participated in many of the activities, so it's difficult for me to comment on that aspect, but our overall experience has been excellent, and we've been very pleased with the care she has received.

I will give them all fives. My mother was only there for a couple of months before she died, but the staff were compassionate, caring, and gentle. They were very attentive and took care of her every need. I can't say too much about the food because my mother wasn't eating anymore, but it always looked good! I loved the restaurant atmosphere of the dining hall.

My husband was staying at sunrise of wall and this place felt like home and they are all great. We took him out because we felt like he needed time with family but he loved it here he enjoyed his time here with his friends and team members he enjoyed cornhole with [name removed].

Stratford Court and Brighton Gardens memory care is well run the most important part about Stratford Court is their staff has been with them for years and years and years and there is very little if any turnover so they really get to know their residence. I would consider them experts in assisted living in memory care, especially due to their tenure in the community and with their staff.

Good staff to resident ratio, residents seemed to be happy as did the staff, we need an ADA apartment but since one wasn't available we were put on a waiting list; location is in Carmel IN
