Great value. I think it was comparable to much more expensive places. The residents were very well cared for and dressed nicely. The common rooms were comfortable and nicely appointed. The family activities were very welcoming. The staff was so kind and considerate. My mom was very happy there and they were incredibly nice to her. The other residents were super welcoming. Mom was only there about 6 months but I was in 1st name basis with the staff and many of the residents. Extremely nice place.

My husband has been at Sunrise since July 2023. During that time, he has received excellent care and is thriving. The staff communicates with me on a regular basis and calls me immediately if there is a problem. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

A younger sibling resides in the Assisted Living area at Sunrise at Sterling Canyon. He has his own apartment and has been there for almost three years. As a visitor on a weekly basis, I am impressed with the very upbeat atmosphere. There is usually some gathering in the living room area with many residents participating in chair exercises, listening to a piano player, singing, having craft time, working on jigsaw puzzles etc, and just having a really good time. The staff at Sunrise are always very welcoming and truly create such a positive energy. My sibling is well attended too with all of his needs met. He particularly likes the menu choices offered at each of the three meals served daily in a lovely dining room. Fresh flowers adorn each table. The wait staff are wonderful. We are very happy with our experience at Sunrise at Sterling Canyon.

My loved one was previously a resident at Sunrise of Connecticut Ave and the overall experience was great. My limited experience with the staff was great. Communication with the family was good. I would recommend this facility to others.

We have highly recommended sunrise to several friends. The staff is excellent. The value amazing. My favorite thing is it offers independence in a safe environment. When a residents needs change the staff adjusts their care and support accordingly. It has been perfect for our family.

We chose Sunrise of Jacksonville because of the conditions of the facility and the kind and friendly staff. They really care about the customers and are willing to do whatever they can to make it easy and beneficial.

While I was very pleased with Sunrise, I did move her to [facility name removed] in November. She had a couple of falls at Sunrise because she wouldn't ask for help which required ER visits. And her memory issues were getting significantly worse. Facility, staff, and care were excellent. Perfect place for a wide range of people, from independent individuals requiring little to no assistance to those requiring more assistance than average.

The staff are always ready to help in any way that they can. Housekeeping comes once a week to do light housekeeping. My housekeeper is always kind enough to change my sheets and remake my bed. The staff always answers questions and concerns that the family has. Move in went smoothly. They reserved one of the elevators to use to help us move in. The food here is excellent. Large variety of choices. A daily menu is provided on Saturdays to help you plan for the week. I have been very satisfied with moving here. A really good choice for my family and myself. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys independent living.

My mom is a resident at Sunrise of Shelby Township and everything has been great for her so far. We are happy with the facility and mom is doing good there. I would recommend this facility to others.

Everyone in this facility is so kind, residents and staff. The phlebotomist is the best, I have hard veins to poke and she is a pro!!!!

I have been here since [date removed]. Every day I feel loved by the staff. I have notes because I can't member names and that embarrasses me. The food is better than I can prepare myself. This is a great place to be.

I visited this community for my grandmother recently and thought it felt really warm. It has beautiful walking areas! I like how they have multiple courtyards and paths all around the building. I liked it.

We were blessed to have our brother in sunrise senior living. They worked with us on getting him in with short notice. The facility is nice and clean. They took excellent care of my brother, he was always clean, his clothes didn’t smell, his room was always clean. He was very happy there. I would recommend this facility for your loved one. No worries at all.

Sunrise takes care of loved ones! The rooms are beautiful, the food is excellent, the location is beautiful. It's a beautiful property, very clean. Overall, it has been a good experience. They communicate very well with families so they know what's going on. My loved one has a higher quality of life there.

Medication management is handled very well. The residents line up and wait to go in the dining room because they enjoy the meals so much, as well as, the whole experience. Especially Sunday buffets and holiday celebrations. There are more things on the monthly and daily schedule to choose from than any resident could possibly exhaust. The staff is cordial and accommodating and truly care for the residents. The building and grounds are well maintained.

My mom moved into Sunrise over 3 years ago. She has declined each year, but Sunrise of Bridgewater continues to care for her like they promised. She receives excellent care and I'm always updated on her well being. I also like all the fun activities they have and how they include families. I just went to brunch there with my grandchildren, such a special day!!

Its a very warm environment. The staff knows the residents and they know family members, those of us that come regularly especially. I would recommend it to someone looking for a place for their parents. I love the friendliness of staff, their care for my mother, location (proximity to my home and also the hospital). Unfortunately I feel like the food could be a lot better. It's pretty bland. Also, the activities are good but it would be nice to mix it up a bit. Seems very rinse and repeat.

Everyone that I've dealt with is friendly, helpful and responsive. That includes business staff, care staff, etc. The ladies at the front desk wear many hats and are amazing. Everyone seems to love their jobs. Dad is very happy. He loves the staff. I would recommend this facility to others.

I would say that the community is very clean and the care team is phenomenal!! Yes, I would recommend the community!
