Sunrise Senior Living

My mom has been at Sunrise for over a year now and has faced several physical medical challenges. It has been beneficial that Sunrise has the caregiver staffing and levels of caregiver service that they have been able to accommodate her when she has required a higher level of care until she is able to get back on her feet. She had to go to a skilled nursing facility for a bit and could not wait to get back to Sunrise. My mom feels a special closeness with the director because they both share a background of having been raised on farms. He is an all-around good fellow who has a great commitment to his facility. We appreciate the staff at all levels from the Nursing and Staff Coordinators to Facilities and individual caregivers. Everyone is easily accessible. The caregivers that we have met are personable and care about my Mom.

Our tour of the facility was very nice. Great property, nice people, and our guide [name removed] was very knowledgeable of the building and the elder care in general. [name removed] , the director, even spoke to us at length, which we really appreciated. None of the other facilities we have looked at did the director take the time to meet us, we really appreciated that! 10/10 would recommend

The facility is clean, well lit and well kept. The staff is polite, helpful and compassionate. My parents feel that this would definitely be the place to retire and would be very happy there. [names removed] were so informative and compassionate on the tour of the community. The staff there respects the dignity of each person there, and everyone I encountered during my visit was kind and did their job well.

I would highly recommend this facility. We've been very happy with everything except the 10% increase on the first anniversary and another upcoming on the 2nd. It seems excessive. But we're happy with our choice. My uncle is content.

Sunrise of Troy is a very special place, one like no other. It is evident that everyone feels at home there. The delightful ambiance allows the entire team, the residents, the families, and other visitors to feel welcomed and at home…every single day.

Overall we've been very happy with all aspects of the service my aunt gets. The location and the price are great!

The people are absolutely wonderful, caring, compassionate, friendly. You can tell that they like their jobs. Best pricing we found and very helpful and proactive with what care is needed. I recently had a tour of Bedford Court and I was amazed at everything they have to offer. The staff was lovely, the residents were fun and engaging, which was a delight to see. The food was fantastic as well as the ambience in the dining room. What a great find!

We toured with [name removed] and he was able to answer all of our questions about the place. The director came out to speak with us and made us feel better. Each staff member that we saw was smiling. We aren't ready just yet, but we know that when it's time for our dad, we are going back to Sunrise.

My family and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brighton Gardens of Stamford. The staff go above and beyond to create a warm and nurturing environment for all residents. They are not just caregivers; they are like extended family members, treating each resident with the utmost respect and kindness. The facilities are immaculate and designed with the comfort and well-being of the residents in mind. From cozy common areas to beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces, every detail has been carefully considered to promote a sense of peace and relaxation. One of the things that impressed us the most was the personalized care plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each resident. They take the time to get to know each individual and ensure that they receive the appropriate level of care and attention. It's not just a place where residents receive care; it's a place where they thrive. My family is very thankful for Brighton Gardens of Stamford.

My mom and me had good experiences. I would highly recommend the place.The staff from day one with the tour were very nice.We both made friends.The staff from the caretakers to the chef were all so nice to both of us.I miss talking to them.The cost is a little pricy but it's worth the care .I'm sorry I'm all over the place with this text.The place is very clean compared to others. Again staff was great!I would also like to say thank you for your organization. Your research and setting the tours up was greatly appreciated.

What our family liked the most about Sunrise of Lower Makefield was the staff. The staff was great and the facility was excellent plus nearby. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to other families

My mother has been a resident there for a year. We are very happy with the care she receives. She has made many friends & loves are great. We feel she has adjusted very safe. Sunrise is a great place!

My uncle is a resident now at Sunrise. I was so happy to see him thrive in a caring and comfortable environment. I watched the Physical Therapist work with him 1 on 1, it was such an improvement from when he had first arrived. The Excutive Director [name removed] and Sales Director [name removed] were such a breath of fresh air with explaining the intake process. [name removed] the Nursing Director was always available and to my uncles needs. I highly recommend Sunrise!

This facility was one of the only places that would take my mom with severe dementia after she broke her hip and provides a very high level of care. The staff really go above and beyond to connect with residents and make them feel loved and appreciated. They are also very organized and accountable. I am not able to visit my mom as often as I would like, but I feel like I can relax knowing she's well cared for.

The staff. Well trained, friendly, always available, engages with residents & well staffed (always enough people). We would recommend the Sunrise of Westtown community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Everyone has been so wonderful to my Mothers needs. There are many cities offered all day long and my mother has enjoyed a good meal.

I have only been to East 56 once to visit, everyone I met was very friendly. My brother feels cared for and I am grateful for that.
