She is no longer there as the rent went up and she needed less care. It was a good experience overall but we were not expecting the increase and it was outside of her budget. They spent a lot of money on a remodel and most of the living rooms were never used and not practical. The apartments were also very small. The chef left abruptly and very upsetting to the residents and after that food was below average.

Had a chance to visit a relative at Sunrise recently and had to share what a great experience it was. Everyone we had encountered from [names removed] were very welcoming and attentive. Speaking with them, you can tell they put their hearts in their work and care about the residents there, which is very reassuring. It’s nice to know that my family is treated like family, is well looked after, and feels like they’re right at home. I totally recommend this place if you’re looking for exceptional care for your family.

My sister is living at Sunrise for the past few months. Although she would love to be home, she is very comfortable at Sunrise and feels safe, busy and well fed. Her family is quite happy with the facility, the staff and being involved with us. I would not hesitate to place my loved ones here. I am always impressed with their accommodating residents with getting to Dr appointments and shopping and just the outings that are planned. Can't say enough. I'll go here too if life takes me on that direction.

My brother in law has received incredible care here. From the care managers to the Executive Director they have done everything in their power to put a smile on his face and make sure he is well taken care of. I can't thank them enough.

attentive, helpful and responsive

During a very difficult time in my family's life the staff at Sunrise Gardner Park was able to help comfort, educate and put my mind at ease regarding my mom's dementia condition and the added care they would/do give her that I could no longer provide at home.

[name removed] and [name removed] are fabulous. Very welcoming and engaging. The entire staff is super friendly and knowledgeable . Having companion helpers on site has been invaluable as well as the medical services of Bloom. The building and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The activities are numerous and varied so everyone has something to enjoy. We are very happy with everything.

My mom loves it there. I love the staff. No complaints. The staff is great! Activities are fun and they really involve the family as well. Lots of things to do and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

From the moment I walked in the door, everything was amazing. The community is exceptionally clean, and every staff member was extremely attentive and more than kind.

Staff is friendly. The residents, like most 'dorm ' living situations, vary in personality & temperament. This makes for a challenge in getting along. If you participate in the activities, the cost is more reasonable than if you just sit in your room all day, just appearing for meals

Friendly staff, pricing reasonable, would highly recommend compared to other homes in the area.

Expensive but well worth it. Food is ample and excellent w good variety; staff is delightful; activities are varied and interesting, but the staff makes the place. They couldn't be nicer to residents and families. My kids say the place looks like a ski lodge and say they all want to retire there. Don't miss Sunday brunch!

I initially connected with [name removed] from A Place For Mom and we chose Stratford Court. [name removed] was extremely helpful! I was helping a friend with this move-in process. She was young (61) so the fact that she was physically compromised was very difficult for her. Tragically, she passed away about two weeks ago. Generally Stratford Court is a nice place, all the different levels of care they offer was a big part of the decision to move there. Many staff have been so kind including [name removed] director of customer service and receptionist [name removed] . She did not receive any nursing care or health services from the facility. My friend enjoyed cards, games, shopping excursions. Her apartment was newly re-done and up-to-date. Also, they are renovating other parts of the interior and it looks very nice.

I appreciate the commitment and sincere care and concern consistently demonstrated by the staff. Additionally, the diverse daily activities provide opportunities for the assisted living, as well as the REM residents a robust community.

I was managing care for an elderly relative and I lived in a different state- they were very helpful, good communicators and made good suggestions for solving any care issues.

The nurses and caregivers are friendly and very helpful..Mom loves the little doggies that come into her room for a visit. So much fun things to do. They even have live music sometimes that you can sing to. Games, movies with popcorn, musical, and finger nails painted for you on Mondays. Socials often to get to know others in a friendly setting. Warm cookies daily in the bistro area to pick up during the day..Always fresh fruit in the bistro area too. Daily 4 pages for fun. Crossword puzzle, what happened today in history it is always good. They really care!

Brighton Gardens has an excellent staff throughout the facility. A good number of the staff have been there many years which speaks volumes. They give wonderful compassionate care. It is clean and well maintained.

It was a short stay for my mother. She was there less than 2 months but it was a very positive experience. 5 Star Service. My brother’s in-laws moved in the following month due to our pleasure with the staff, meals & care. We had my mother at another memory care facility prior to HC. The experience was night & day. We wish we had found HC sooner.

Overall we have been very pleased with Sunrise of Montgomery Village. What has made it such a great experience so far, is the staff. We would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

The community is so clean and airy, and the staffers start at entry level and then move to other jobs. as an example: the lead receptionist is now a billing specialist, and the lead waiter took the receptionist's place. that continuity is incredibly comforting because they know you when you come in the door. the nursing staff and caretakers are excellent ât communicating so well and offering suggestions for PT and OT to help progression and help ward off regression. the caretakers also tell me honestly exactly where mom is at physically and emotionally. they really care about the residents. the upper-level managers are also great and have provided regular updates on a monthly basis. I've just been so happy with the care and professionalism. it's top notch.
