I can't say enough about the facility and staff. I was very sad about having to put my mother in a memory care facility, but they are absolutely wonderful. The staff is very attentive. The facility is clean and very comforting. When I leave there after visiting my mom, I'm comforted in knowing she is in good hands. I would highly recommend them.

Garden Square opens at 8 and closes at 6. Residents can leave the building by signing out and signing back in when return. There is a family dining room that you can reserve for family to have a meal with a resident.

Hated that my husband's health had deteriorated to the point I could no longer keep him at home. Brighton Gardens, from the front desk, to the hands-on staff workers, were wonderful. Everyone was caring, kind & considerate. I was able to kiss my husband "good evening" knowing he was in very capable & excellent care. Sadly, he is gone, but I believe Brighton Gardens did well by him. ??

We are very new to Sunrise but the staff is caring and they are trying hard to integrate my parents into their community. We are encouraged that this is a good fit for our family. The Denver suite is a nice size and layout, there is good sunlight. The staff is kind and friendly and always happy to give me an update.

I had to move my daughter quickly after hospitalization. The staff at Sunrise helped to make this an easier transition. The staff is caring and so eager to help the patients. Can call their wellness staff at any time to inquire on your resident. I am very pleased with everyone and everything about this facility.

Staff and residents were very friendly. For example, dining wait staff knew my name the day after I came. Very active and engaging activity director. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families.

I would rate them all 5. I could not be more pleased. What we like the most about Sunrise at Bon Air is their service and the staff. Very attentive. We would highly recommend this community to other families.

They are a little pricey but otherwise it is a wonderful place. The facility is clean and well taken care. They decorate for the seasons making it a welcoming environment. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They know their residents and are always talking to them. They are responsive to families.

I would give Sunrise a six if I could. The fees for the rental of the rooms and the accommodations he needed were a little excessive. But the facility was fairly new and extremely luxurious inside. Got a fantastic menu and dining options and tons of interesting activities, including happy hours knitting club and guest lectures. We met with her very compelling salesperson named [name removed]. My wife and I absolutely loved him. He was like no other sales person that we experienced and we almost feel bad not going there like we were breaking up with him. think anyone living in that area. This should be a great opportunity for them.

Sunrise in Orange, Ca is a newer facility with great amenities for seniors. The ratio of caregivers & staff to residents specifically in Memory Care is great!

Food is outstanding. Rooms are comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are billing issues. They need to be up to date and correct.

I would give each category a 5 with 2 notations- *Activities -my husband doesn't participate in the scheduled activities but I have observed them and they are appropriate and varied and seem to reach the residents . *Value for the money is a hard one because it is expensive; although in comparison with other places I've looked at, the costs seem to be equally high everywhere. We have been very satisfied with Sunrise on Connecticut Avenue and would not consider any other placement.

Activities are N/A because my mom was not capable of participating in anything. What we like the most about Sunrise of Springfield is the caring staff. The bright open spaces in the facility. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families

My mom is receiving excellent care. Very one is kind to her and patient. It's a beautiful community, always clean and friendly employees. She enjoys the restaurant food and likes the happy hours they have.

The staff is very engaged. Every time I have gone to them with a question or something that needs to get done they are very responsive. I have eaten there a few times and the food has been outstanding

We chose Sunrise of East Meadow because of the friendliness, availability, and ability to take care of needs. Staff are a little slow answering pager calls, but like that at all facilities. Otherwise highly recommend.

It's a beautiful facility. I love the front enclosed porch. My mom has only been there a month and I live out of town, but the 10days I was there, I was very impressed with the efficiency, kindness & care shown by the staff as they interacted with my mom.

Everyone is very welcoming. My mother is very safe and comfortable. We made the right choice. Room size - appropriate. My mom is wheelchair bound so I would want more chair bound activities. The activities have variety and are appropriate.
