Everyone is genuinely happy to help and they make you feel comfortable. The facility is alive with activity and they always have something going on that you can participate in!

They have changed administrators and some changes are not to our liking. She is not friendly like the previous one. Overall we are pleased. Your help in finding Sunrise was much appreciated.

I am so happy that I was able to get a spot for my dad when he was unable to live alone. He was there from November thru August. I felt like it was a second family. I loved spending time with everyone there. They would go above and beyond for my dad. I highly recommend.

I give a 5 for all categories. My current comments are they need to have more activities for memory care, and more help on the weekends and hiring volunteers from colleges majoring in elder care to help with the activities. They should also hire a manicurist for men's nails.

What we like the most about Sunrise of Five Forks is the level of care that caregivers provide for [name removed]. The quick response from administrators when I have questions about administrative matters or questions about [name removed] care. The facility is well kept and staff in [name removed]area keep the area clean.

Visited this facility to see what is available to serve my wife (suffering with Dementia) in the future. [name removed] was very friendly, understanding and helpful. He showed the entire facility and shared all the room and care options. He was amazing, and the staff I met were also very nice and engaging to me and with the residents. Will definitely come back as our needs arise for a great place for my wife.

Sunrise created a family environment for all residents. The memory care staff, management and aides were tremendous. Even in my father's final hours they all came in to share their love for him and ensure he was comfortable. Only concern - Nursing staff- still need improvement at this location. They are not 24x7.

After touring this facility I highly recommend this for any loved one in need of quality assisted living.my mother and I toured the grounds and the living area and my mother was super impressed and comfort how she was treated.

Great facility! Staff very attentive, responsive and friendly. Overall feel of the environment is homey; always well-decorated for season. Activities vary and they strive to keep residents engaged! Still happy with our first choice!

The staff at the Sunrise Community are knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and welcoming! They made us feel comfortable and assured in the care of our loved ones one.

The advisor helped me find suitable options and even followed up with my inquiry. It was unfortunate that other communities they sent us too were very aggressive and pushing us to make a decision. Sunrise at Livingston listened and understood and provided resources that the advisor could not.

We found the entire staff very accommodating. The administration gave informative information, and were very helpful with the admission process. The floor staff did an excellent job with care. The food service staff was wonderful. Presentation of food served to the residents was excellent.

The staff at Sunrise Hunter Mill are incredibly caring and helpful. My sister is in the memory care unit and they have made this transition so much easier and are able to put her at ease as well. I highly recommend Sunrise Hunter Mill and their caring staff.

I selected Sugar Valley because I the people on the staff were very friendly and they had an apartment that was well suited for what I was looking for and the availability was right. I have not been disappointed with the facility or the food and most of the residents are quite friendly!

My sister spent time at Sunrise of Braintree, Ma and loved every minute of her experience. The sales team and management made it a seamless process to determine her needs. She loved her room, the caretakers, the food, the cleaning staff and the maintenence man who adjusted the temperature just right. The nursing staff was also superb and took the time to explain everything and made sure she had her medications. When my sister needed help, the staff took minutes to respond to her every need. The facility was exceptional!

All is a 5, very happy with the place. The facility is very clean and well maintained. They just recently hired a new activities director who is very good.

If I had to pick one thing, I would say the staff. When my sister was moving in, she had to set up her tv, her computer and a printer. There was always someone, probably the same person who came to help her. About 4-5 months ago she was no longer able to use a walker. She is in a wheelchair. She is always welcome on every outing. Whether it's to visit Walmart, to go out to lunch or dinner, she is always welcome in the bus with other more mobile residents. The people who sit at the front desk and answer the phone are there to greet me when I visit or answer questions when I call. The women who pick up and deliver her laundry are friendly and willing to stop and chat and brighten her day. Another thing I like at Sunrise is the dining arrangements. They do not have a large 'restaurant' style dining room. They have only small dining rooms. There are maybe 4 small tables so 20 people eat together 3 times a day. I think it adds to the comradely and allows the residents to form more meaningful friendships. There was an adjustment period, but once she settled in she's really content there.

My stepmom moved into Sunrise a few months ago and enjoys it very much. At first, she was alone at a dinner table but then the staff got her together with a group and she is now having a great time at dinner. She has only done a few of the activities...she loved when they had the piano player and everyone sang. She also said she food has been very good. All in all...a great place for our stepmom!

Excellent, caring staff. Beautifully decorated. Welcoming atmosphere. Chef prepares tasty meals with different selections each day. All areas are clean and rooms have been redesigned. Monthly price is a bit expensive, however.

My mom stayed there for two weeks as a respite care. She was very happy with their service. The room and bathroom were clean and looked homely. People who worked there were nice and friendly. They have lots of activities for the residents.
