Sunrise Senior Living

This community was okay. The staff was friendly and they took us around. They were very helpful and nice. The residents were out and they were doing things. We just felt that it was not the right place for mom.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community. The staff where all very friendly and made sure to give me lots of great information about there facility. They also have lots of great amenities as well as as fun activity program available for the residents. It just was not the right for him.

This community was not exactly what we were looking for. They offer assisted living and memory care and we were looking for strictly memory care. I did notice a slight odor when we toured the memory care unit. The community did look clean. The staff we met were nice.

I did get to take a tour of this community and it was nice. The people were very nice and knowledgeable. The community was clean and looked nice to me. I just did not think that this was the right place for me.

So far so good! It's not fair for me to give a star rating because we have only had 3 days experience.

The staff where all very friendly and gave my loved one and I lots of great information about there establishment during our tour. The only thing I did not like was how the rooms where all set up. If my mother where to be sharing a room her bed would only be a couple feet away from her roommates leaving no privacy. It was just not the right fit for my mom.

This community is a little higher priced than the community we chose. The rooms were not as nice as the other community. They have an open and airy foyer. The staff we met were nice and the community seemed clean.

We had a great tour of this community. Everyone was friendly and very kind. This was one of my top picks for my mother and her needs. The staff was nice and informative. Everything went well, and it was a good experience. They were very nice to my family and I.

Staff is always friendly and responsive. Food is quite good. First month has met my expectations

The Sunrise of Burlington is a clean well-maintained community. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly during my tour. The place has a positive atmosphere.

Found ourselves in the situation of having to place both parents in care. Sunrise offered to take them both and keep them together. The staff is very caring and go out of their way to accommodate their residents. They are very approachable and easy to reach. My parents are not adjusting well in spite of all that Sunrise has done to make it easier for them. Unfortunately, they are not in a position to return to their home. Sunrise staff are supportive to the family and understand the extreme stress we are all under.

The Brighton Gardens of Stamford seemed nice from what i saw. The place was clean and maintained well. The chef was very excited to cook and invited me to try their menu. Overall friendly people.

My mother is doing very well here at this community. It is a lovely place, and everybody have been very kind and helpful. I have a good relationship with the staff, They are caring for her and her needs very well. It has been a wonderful experience.

A large Facility, not easily laid out for those with memory issues, very confusing for residents and visitors. A large staff, though in Memory Unit the ratio is not as good as one would hope...but slightly overcome by very hard-working and caring staff members! My biggest complaint is that cost of Care...the cost of rooms is similar to others (seems outrageous to pay $5,000+ for a room, but that is the market)...where Sunrise differs is the cost of care, prescription administration, etc. They are 3 to 4 times higher than comparable facilities, and even after an early assessment of low care, they hit families with higher needs, often just before they move in.

I took a tour of this community and must say what stood out to me was the individual attention that they showed the residents. They answered all questions that I had. The only thing that I would change is that when I first walked in the residents that needed assistance with feeding were right at the front entrance. I feel that they could have had a dining area for those residents as well. It makes the residents that can do for themselves uneasy.

This community was clean and nice looking when visiting. The staff seemed compassionate workers. The community seemed to be of high quality care. I was impressed with place and I was given a good tour and it seemed like a good fit but we did not get a feeling of home.

At the beginning when i took a tour of the community there were a few services the place would not be able to assist the family with. The care for my loved one has been good so far. The staff are all nice and they try to provide my loved one a great level of care. Meal plans and activities are offered to the residents.

The administration is going through a reorganization and in the process let one of the best employees go. The staff are good and any issues are immediately addressed. The community is kept clean. The food sometimes leaves a little to be desired. They have a lot of activities. Randy at this community has been so caring, helpful and concerned. If anyone asks me about this community I would have some favorable reviews.

I was not happy with this community. I did not feel they could provide mom with the care she needed. There was a change of personnel while we were looking into this community. I spoke to a different person each time I was there. The floor the room was on that they were going to offer her did not have any attendants on it.
