Sunrise Senior Living

The community seemed clean. I was not impressed with this community. The person that assisted us with our tour talked to us and acted like my loved one was not in the room. He felt disrespected and this was not the way we wanted him treated.

The staff is very friendly. The process of applying and paperwork was smooth. I believe my loved one is content there. The care is good. I'd like to see a bit more effort to join and engage in activities.

I believe this would be a good community for a resident that wants to be here. I do not think the staff are qualified to take care of someone that does not want to be there and requires more care. They offer daily activities. The community is clean, well taken care of and the staff are nice.

I am satisfied with this care home, however I am not one hundred percent satisfied. I do not think she is not getting the same personnel care as she was receiving at home. I don't think her personnel needs are being fully met on a daily basis. This is a small home and I think it is well staffed. They offer a television room for the residents to enjoy. I wish they would label the rooms with the residents names to make it easier for them to find their room.

This community is nice and they also have beds reserved for residents with medicaid. The people I met at this community were nice and knowledgable. The community seemed clean.

The staff have been very nice and helpful. The residents are friendly. They offer a lot of activities and mom is starting to participate in some of them. The food is hit or miss on taste. This is an older smaller community and they keep it clean. I would recommend this community.

I thought that this place was nice and had a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents. The staff was kind and made sure to answer any questions I had for them about there community. It just was not as nice as some of the other places I had looked at and in the end was just not the right fit for her.

Everyone at Stratford Court was very nice but the rooms that they showed us were very small. The community was clean and well maintained, but it was not what we were looking for.

my Mom has been at this facility for approx 6 weeks..She had a VERY hard time adjusting to assisted living, constantly wanted to leave. She is in memory care, and unfortunately there is no "in between" level. She is very high functioning, but very confused and no memory...she doesn't really fit in with the "memory" patients..but is unable to be in the general population too. It doesn't appear that they really have the staffing to give her additional stimulation or one on one..

The care givers are tremendously caring and attentive. The rooms are beautiful and the establishment is decorated for comfort. It is such a relief to no longer worry about the elder living alone.

This community seemed to have a more experienced medical staff. The community however felt more like a nursing home and not an assisted living community. This community is smaller and closed in. The staff I met were nice and the community seemed clean. The apartment they showed me was nice.

Staff and facilities are exceptional. They made the transition painless. The activities are wonderful. I would highly recommend this facility.

We toured this community when looking for my mother. It was a clean community with a friendly staff. I didn't choose this community because I didn't like the layout of the rooms. It looked like they took a suit and made them two bedrooms.It was also an additional charge to have a larger room. Overall it was a favorable impression

We toured this community when looking for my mother. It was very clean with a friendly staff. I didn't like that they had a large amount of independent residents. I felt she would get the care she needs at another community.

This community was nice and clean. We liked the layout and got to see the residents out interacting with the staff and others. The staff answered all of our questions and were very nice. The only thing was that they were very expensive.

I have no complaints about my tour of this community I had taken for my loved one. All of the staff where very welcoming and friendly to us and they seemed to have lots of great interaction with all of the residents. They just did not have exactly the accommodations that my mother would have needed.

My dad has seemed to really be liking his stay at this community so far. He has been really enjoying the meals they serve and has yet to miss a meal time. I love how clean not only the dinning room stays but the entire facility, the house keeping team does a great job. The only thing I wish is that residents where more inviting and friendly to him.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken of this community. The staff was very friendly and made my loved one and I feel very welcomed. They offered us a complimentary meal and made sure to take there time on showing us all of the great amenities they had to offer all of there residents. It just ended up being not the right fit for my mother with the location.

Overall I think they do a good job at Sunrise Senior Living, but there is definitely room for improvement. The care and service staff really give it their all, they are friendly, caring, hardworking people. Unfortunately there just aren't enough of them, the management staff really needs to hire a few more people. The biggest impact this has is in the dining room, where the service can be very very slow at times.

This community was very nice and it was really similar to the other Sunrise we went to. The staff was helpful and they answered all of our questions. The only thing that got us was that they were more expensive than the other Sunrise.
