Sunrise Senior Living

I toured here for my loved one, and I really liked the community itself. It's gorgeous and the staff are all really lovely people. However, the residents there seem to be a bunch of potatoes. My loved one is more active and social, so I felt that though this community is lovely, it would not be the best fit for her.

This is a new property in this location. The facility is clean and nice. I know that there were other “Aspire” locations and heard good things. However, because that this was a new branch I didn’t feel comfortable putting my loved one in a startup. If they had been there for a year or a year and a half I may be comfortable. I would have liked them to be more situated and established. I don’t think that there was anything wrong with them. But because they were a new facility they didn’t have any activities like bus trips. You would have to brush it with a fine tooth comb to find something wrong with it. I would feel more comfortable with a place being more established.

While looking at different communities we felt like this location was a better fit for my father. It seemed more comfortable and homey. There are lots of spaces that residents and their guests can sit and chat/hang out. Some of the other places that we went and see weren’t necessarily our style - not necessarily institutional, but perhaps more modern than we have our home. During the first few weeks of having my father here, I would say their in-take process needed some improvement. It would have been helpful to have a list of names of dad's primary caregivers, phone numbers, and schedule for things like showers and laundry. However, when I voiced my complaints directly, the staff was fully available and tried to accommodate and improve their processes. The staff is very good, caring, and helpful.

I toured Sunrise for my loved one. I feel it is a beautiful community, and the facility itself seemed very nice. However, it is quite expensive. I also did not care for the fact that there was no outside area for my loved one to go walking.

I toured this community when looking for a place for my mother to go and the sales person really turned me off from wanting to move further with them. I was concerned about my mother and how bad her memory was and the sales lady just kept talking about having to have her evaluated, at a place that was 400 miles away. The way she presented it didn’t sit well with me. The facility itself was clean and neat but it seemed like all of the people were unhappy, comatose, and sitting around in their wheelchairs around the front door. It was just depressing.

I toured Sunrise for my father-in-law, and I loved them. I thought that the community was great. The people were friendly, the community was beautiful, but they were way over our budget, so we opted for something more practical.

I really liked the facility and it looked very beautiful. All of the staff members were wonderful and nice. This community is more geared towards people who are very active and like going to a bunch of activities. It’s very bright, vibrant, and active here. The only downside is that they had a sales pitch and they really pushed it. The woman who was giving me the tour was dressed very provocatively to drive her sales pitch. I would recommend this facility, but for the right people who are active.

I toured Sunrise at Fort Worth with my mother, among other communities, and found it to be a very nice place. We both liked it a lot for the vibrancy of the community. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the residents seem happy as well. Our only complaint is that it was further away from us that we would have like. This would make it a little more difficult to visit and it was this fact that ultimately led us to choose another community.

The staff is taking care of my friend very well here. He seems to be content and comfortable. He enjoys interacting with the residents. The place is always clean and well maintained. The staff is so nice and caring very professional.

This is a beautiful community surrounded by beautiful garden areas. The staff did a great job on my tour, they took their time showing me around, the rooms were nice and they offer a lot of different amenities for their residents to take part in, But because of my mother's medical issues, they were not able to accommodate her here. I would most definitely recommend scheduling a tour here.

The staff here did a very nice job showing us around, they took their time and they answered all our questions. The community was very nice, clean and they realized that my mom was upset and they tried to make her feel comfortable, and I felt that this was just not going to be a good fit for my mom.

This looked like a nice community when I visited. The people I met were friendly. This community seems to offer some nice activities. The cost of this community was just a little higher than what we were looking for.

This is a nice looking larger community. This community seems to offer some nice activities and amenities such as monthly wellness visits by a licensed on-staff nurse. This community would not accept our loved one.

I have no complaints of how things had went for my loved one and I during our tour of this community. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan and all of the great amenities for the residents. The staff where professional and I did not feel pressured what so ever. It was just no the right fit for us in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone.

I have no complaints of how things are going for my loved one since she has made the move into this community. The staff have provided her with excellent quality of care and are always kind to her needs. The apartment was clean upon move in and had a lot of great amenities available to all of the residents. Overall it has been a great place and I would recommend it to anyone.

This is a very nice small community. The person that took us on tour was friendly. This community had more of a nursing home feel to it. I just did not feel this community would work for my loved one.

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my mother and I have no complaints of how things had went for her. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them. They had a spacious dinning room as well as common areas for the residents. The property was very clean and well maintained throughout the building. I just did not think they had the wow factor that I was looking for.

We toured the Sunrise of Dublin and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. They provided positive information on their community and answered our questions. We chose another community that was a better fit for our budget needs.

I liked the open floor plan and thought they had and that it was easy to navigate through the building. It was just not the right fit for my mother in the end decision.
