Thank you to the staff! They have done a great job of helping to keep everyone safe and 100% virus free. To management, I have heard residents complain that the quality of the food really needs improvement! Because there has been no virus cases you also need to expand and have more activities to keep the seniors motivated in body and mind Thank you for what you do!

The staff are really friendly and they care about us. They try making a bad situation better. They are always encouraging. They try to keep us busy so we don’t have any issues. Someone on the staff is always at the desk inquiring how our appointments went.

If you are older and healthy and need a community to live in where there's caring companionship and lots to do on site, then it is a lovely place to be and then it's great for you. But if you are sicker and less independent then the level of training of caregivers and the ratio of the caregivers, especially at night, then it can be challenging. To be fair, it was challenging for the both the staff and residents. The caregivers are younger and very nice and very caring, but their time is limited and they are not nurses.

I began looking for places for my mom, and COVID hit, which made my search even more difficult since I couldn't tour anywhere. The sales woman at Lakewood Estates was wonderful and helped explain the process and the difficulties I would encounter. When mom is ready to move, I'll be choosing Lakewood Estates for her!

Sunrise is a most friendly and casual place to live comfortably. Residents may choose activities and celebrations, some being shared with families. Living here for 5 1/2 years, the first 1 1/2 years with my husband as well, we could feel "at home" quickly. Employees are "friends", kind and helpful. Residents do share good times and become good friends in the well kept public rooms and dining times.

I could not find a place any better. The staff is wonderful.

They have previously done a good job with keeping the community clean. The staff really seems to care about the residents and show genuine concern for them. We do feel that Sunrise At Buckhead is a good value for the price.

The staff and people were friendly and caring and the food was pretty good as well. There was one thing we were misled on when my my mother moved in that turned out to be an issue worth moving her out. I never noticed anything about the cleanliness that concerned me. The care here was very good. While Sunrise Of Haverford is expensive, we do think it was a good value. The community itself is quite beautiful and home-like, more so than most other communities in the area.

They seem to care about the residents. My dad is in Assisted Living. The food is good. The rooms are smaller, the layout of the community is good. They have limited outdoor space. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The community is often clean. The staff is friendly for the most part. The administrative staff is excellent and very good with follow-up. The cleaning staff and dinning room staff could be improved. Many times, I have had to follow up on when they are supposed to assist my father with bathing at the proper times. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, the community is on lock down and the food brought up his room is often cold and needs to be reheated. Essentially, we often find ourselves needing to be the voice for our father.

They have been taking very good care of the residents during the Covid-19 pandemic. I do think they need more staff. They do offer activities for the residents, although my husband does not often participate. The Fairfax had good medical care available and the food is pretty good.

Seems like a very nice place. However I think I like the memory care only options where they are all on the same level and have more access to the outdoor.

The community was usually kept clean and did a large renovation to clean things up and freshen the place up. My mother has an aide who is with her who works very well with her and is good about coordinating her care with me. They do make an effort to keep the families and residents in contact, including coordinating FaceTime calls. My mother does really like to walk, however she does need assistance doing so, and they are good about accommodating her and helping her walk when they don't necessarily need to. I do think they could improve the activities as they can be a little inconsistent. The price is pretty high, but given the level of care, it does seem pretty much worth it. They do seem very well known for their medical care.

The management and the staff at Sunrise did a pretty good. It really is a quality place and a good facility. We chose this community because the location was close to my house and I liked the staff there, The staff were very friendly, helpful, and flexible with my mom.

Overall the community was pretty clean, although they could have done a slightly better job with the bathrooms. They did a good job with taking care of the residents and made them feel safe. My father had a good rapport with them and they treated him with respect and dignity. My father was always kept clean and they did a good job taking care of his hygiene and his overall needs well. The activities were ok but a little repetitive. I think they could have used a little more variety. In the beginning, they would take the residents around in the community van, however at one point it broke down temporarily and they did not get to do that anymore. Compared to some other places we had priced out, Sunrise seemed like a good value. The community felt very homey and they allowed us to customize my father's room, which made it feel less institutional and more like a home, which was really important.

They have been great during the Covid-19 pandemic protecting the residents. The staff often takes the residents for off-community trips when they are able. The care they are providing is good, although they can only offer so much care. I think the food on the menu looks good, although my father does not think it is quite as good as the food at his previous community. Sunrise is pretty expensive. I would definitely recommend to others!

Overall, we were really happy there. it was a pretty good experience. The shuttle system isn't really accessible as they presented it to be in the beginning. The food was pretty good, my dad was really happy with food. The staff were nice. I chose this community because they had a nice studio with lots of windows and a nice patio, which ended up being the nicest apartment for the cheapest price.

The staff was friendly. The dinners in the dinning room were good and the wait staff was nice. If you needed help by pulling the help cord, one or two staff would come to the room to check if anything was wrong. The only thing I didn't like was that every so often, the wouldn't send the right person to wash me in the shower. We thought they would have good physical therapy and it wasn't quite what we were expecting.

They have a lot caring and good that work there. The nursing staff were always open to talking to me and answering my questions. I was there everyday to see my wife. The food was good and they were accommodating to our dietary needs. The building was easy to get around and navigate.

We find all the staff professional, caring, warm, friendly, and helpful.
