Sunrise Senior Living

Due to the pandemic I was only able to see my loved one once a week for one hour. I would recommend this community. Your loved one would receive adequate care here.

The community is nice and they have a library at the facility. Medical assistance is available, check out the menu and met with several different staff members to get a good feel for the community. I would recommend this community to others.

I was impressed with the staff and how friendly they are. They are honest and I think they could improve communication with the families during covid. They give my loved one dignity and respect. I would recommend this community to others.

Sunrise of Mill Basin is a great place and I would recommend it to anybody either for themselves or for their loved ones.

We chose Sunrise of Silver Spring at the time because of the location. The room sizes were efficient for the needs that she had. I would tell others that their nursing staff here was very responsive to any needs we had. I would recommend to others looking.

be careful when ordering medical equipment, we paid for a wheelchair that was never delivered. I would recommend this community to others. They were kind to my mother. memory care was well equipped for her needs. My mom loved the community cat she really enjoyed him

We chose Sunrise on Providence because of the location, the availability, affordability, and they have a good reputation. The room sizes here are decent, they are good for her needs. Right now we are having communication issues so that has been frustrating, it is due to new management. Overall I would recommend.

For an independent living facility, this is a good community but if they are not totally independent they would need to go elsewhere. I would recommend this community for independent living.

I would want others to know that we have not had the best experience here. Do not bring anything worth of value here at all, my mother has had numerous things stolen for her like jewelry, clothing, etc. They do not take good care of her stuff at all and laundry gets mixed up. They also do not bathe her, I have to go in and do it myself and she has gotten many UTIs. You cannot trust the staff or understand them at all. They also never return my phone calls when I call, so the communication is not good.

We chose Quincy Place because of the location as well as the availability and the value for the money. We looked at quite a few other places and the apartment sizes are comparable to every other one. They also have choices on apartments. They have studios, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom apartments. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

We chose Sunrise because of the location, we also thought the facility looked clean and cheerful, and it got good reviews. The room sizes seem adequate compared to others that we looked into. I would tell others that the test for us was during the pandemic and they have managed to keep residents safe and secure and they have done a great job. I would recommend.

The community cares, and they really make an effort to help and make things better. They have an open mind and are open to feedback. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

We chose Sunrise at Webb Gin because I liked the whole look and feel of the facility, it is very homey but up to date and very inviting. The staff members are all very friendly, and the folks who have managed my moms care have shown genuine interest when caring for her. Whenever my mom had any issues they were very on top of things and good with communication. They do also have great activities for residents when the pandemic is not going on. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Sunrise of Rocklin at the time because of the location and it was recommended to us as well. The room sizes here are small but adequate. I do like that they are private bedrooms even though they are shared apartments. The meals here are chef prepared off of a menu and the food is excellent. The chef even comes out and visits with the residents and gets feedback about the meals. I think through the holidays they have been good about keeping the residents busy with different services. Overall, we are very happy with our choice.

Our loved one seems to enjoy the meals and dining service, and the rooms would be about a four out of five. We would recommend this community to others.

Pricing still a tad unclear, as the email description of add on services, didn't quite match the conversation we had, however, I have a good idea of what it would be. Good option to consider. Very helpful to see pre-recorded video of rooms. Good to know they are all getting vaccinated next week. Care givers go thru a lot of training too.

The facility appears to be well maintained. The staff was friendly towards the few residents that I saw. Would want to visit during non Covid to see how the residents interact with more staff. Cost seems very high.

We chose Sunrise at North Hills because of the location. My father said to me not to go with my most expensive and to go somewhere in the middle so that also weighed into my mind, I wanted the best I could get for my money. I saw quite a few others in Raleigh and I liked this facility the best. The room sizes here are adequate, they have options on room sizes as well. Overall, I would recommend to others looking.
