Lots of people to laugh with. The kitchen has work very hard to get me my gluten free diet so I won't get sick. I'm getting fat but I'm not complaining. A lot of happy moments in this community. Sometimes things break down like the elevator but the staff patiently assist my husband in using the stairs. I cannot thank them enough.

My loved one was previously a resident at Sunrise of Lynnfield and overall his experience at this facility was good. The staff seemed fine. The meals also seemed fine. The housekeeping was very good. The friendliness and care services were good. I found the cost of the facility to be quite expensive, however. Overall, I would recommend Sunrise of Lynnfield to family and friends.

We picked this community, because it was the only one that had a vacancy.Overpriced but good care given.

I’ve only been in residence for two days so my on site experience is limited. However my pre move in experience has been exceptional. The sales director has been my guiding light. My wife suffered a serious health set back 3 weeks prior to our move in date. We knew she was going to require some extensive rehab. She was in the ICU approximately 200 miles from the Colonnades. The whole Colonnades team pitched on to have her transferred to their skilled nursing unit. What a blessing and personal relief I felt. A big thumbs up for them!

Very welcoming, architecture is set up to be home like. Doing ok with activities, cater to most groups. Soup is good. Cooks need to taste the food. It's hard to please everyone, but it can be done. [name removed] soup is proven, I can tell when someone else Cooks the soup.

We had one incident with a fall where we didn't feel the staff responded appropriately. The food has been less than impressive however a new food staff has been hired and it seems to be getting better. Overall it isn't bad, it's been an adjustment from living entirely independently to living in a facility but over all it has been good!

I would highly recommend.Only issue I had is hard to get contact with administrators. We picked this community because of the location and price.

Friendly, knowledgeable, approachable staff. My aunt is well taken care of. She is safe and happy. If there is an issue, it is handled quickly and professionally.

The staff at Sunrise of Pikesville is very good to my father and, as I have observed, to others as well. Some residents want it now, so not everyone can be pleased. My father understands that he is not the only one they wait on. They have a daily menu for each meal which offers a variety of items that the residents choose from. They have 3 meals a day and family brunches monthly. The move in process was fine. They lend moving carts and have elevators, depending on the floor they are on. The facility is dated, as far as carpet and décor, but clean. I receive various emails to keep me informed of events and information that I may need for my dad. I have also had a call to ask me how things are going. So, the communication with the family is good. Overall, I would recommend the facility to others. They have a range of men and women that they cater to and they provide care for all kinds of different circumstances.

When life happens and it becomes more and more challenging for a loved one to manage alone, Sunrise of Madison is a home away from home where all those challenges are met with care and compassion. The surroundings are beautiful as well, filled with the warm weather sounds of children playing on an outside ball field and the bell chimes of the church just across the way. Their in house pups bring a smile to the residents, the activities are endless, and the care givers are a ray of sunshine. If you're looking for a loved one to be comfortable transitioning to assisted living, I highly recommend a tour of Sunrise.

It's such a welcoming community. We picked this community because you are able to have pets, and also the cost.

Sunrise provides excellent care for my dad. He has a comfortable space to live in. He has privacy when he needs it and extra help and therapy (PT and OT) available. The staff is kind and friendly. And the new dining room is beautiful!

Our family had an in person tour experience with Sunrise of Chandler and overall it was a good tour experience and it was a close second pick for us

My thirteen year stay at Sunrise of Carmichael has been very pleasant. What more can you ask for, when you are already getting everything you need.

My friend chose to Stratford court, because it was good value for the money, and the apartment she moved into was newly redone, and very nice. I would say the staff there were very nice and the community has a lot of people and seems very active. My friend feels it's a little more "formal" than her usual level - most people dress nicely for dinner, it's not a "jeans and sweatpants" kind of place.

My loved one is currently a resident at Sunrise of North Wales. The move in process was good and easy, the staff was very accommodating. Overall, the staff is kind and helpful though some seem like they don't want to be bothered. The higher staff is knowledgeable and has good ideas and plans for recovery. However, communication with the family, for me, has only been when asked. Some of the nursing staff has not been open with sharing information unless asked for specifics. The Executive Director is kind and always willing to help. I would highly recommend their Physical Therapist. He has had open communication and has worked hard with my loved one. The meals are pretty poor. The breakfast selection is minimal and my loved one tends to have the same breakfast each day. The dinner selections are limited and not good quality. Many of the meats are tough and can't be chewed. When my loved one doesn't want the main selection, even some of the backup/always available selections are not an option. The food definitely needs some improvement. The activities seem good. The cost for care is very expensive. My loved one has greatly progressed, but we are still paying for the same level of care. There should be different levels of care and the cost should be associated. I would recommend Sunrise of North Wales to others, but with a few caveats. Be aware of the food and ask questions to the nursing and aid staff to be sure progression and care is to be expected.

I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a reasonably priced community near the city. We picked this community, because of the proximity, cleaniness and professionalism.

They did a good job keeping the residents engaged. The facility was very clean. The Director was very communicative but the staff seemed too busy to work with us until we demanded meetings. Clean and well run facility.
