My mom lived at Sunrise San Mateo for almost 8 years. I could not have asked for better care for her. She was always treated with dignity, even when moved to the memory care floor. The staff is incredibly caring and would always update me on her condition. I am grateful for their kindness and compassion for her care.

What we like the most about Sunrise of Buffalo Grove is the community is very positive, which helps the patients and families experience. They have done a great job.

The staff is very friendly and do a wonderful job taking care of my father's needs. The staff seem to really care for all the people in the memory care community.

I recently toured Sunrise of Fort Worth and I left feeling genuinely moved and incredibly impressed. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt a sense of warmth, kindness, and community that you simply can’t manufacture—it felt real.

We are extremely happy with the care our sister is receiving at Sunrise of Park Ridge. Very supportive staff and lots of activities for residents.

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed—not just as potential residents, but as family. The team has gone above and beyond to ensure our mom feels safe, cared for, and, most importantly, loved. Every time we visit, she’s smiling, engaged in activities, and surrounded by staff who clearly know and care about her. We’re so grateful to have found a community that treats our family like their own.

We chose Sunrise of Webster Grove because of the attention they gave us and continued to be friendly when we visit. They were very attentive and made the whole process and transition very easy.

They are very friendly. What stuck out was, how nice it was, the spacious rooms and the friendly staff.

After walking in this community, I knew this was the right place for my parents. [name removed] was wonderful. Her knowledge and expertise set this community apart from all others. I love the activities and options this community offers. It is top-notch.

We are so happy we chose Sunrise of Metairie for our dad. He’s been more active since he’s moved in than he’s been in a long time. The staff is super supportive, and the monthly brunches are amazing! He truly is home.

Well they are all expensive but relative to what I know for other places it's a 5, only possible improvement would be food but my mother in law has gained weight and eats so not a big issue! Yes, we would recommend this community to other families. I Really need to acknowledge [name removed] the memory care director she is definitely a Saint on earth ! She is a leader that assures the training and excellent care from the staff, the nursing [name removed], [name removed] and the third one ( can't remember name right now ) are great !

Staff is very attentive and friendly. They have made my dad feel welcomed and at home. Beautiful, clean facility that decorates for all the holidays. My dad enjoys the activities and entertainment on a daily basis.

Sunrise of Fort Worth was the perfect place for my sweet mom to go to. The staff were warm and very welcoming and they went out of their way to make my mom comfortable and loved. They had many activities and there were field trips to choose from. The food selection varied and my mom never complained about the food! The facility inside as well as the outside was very comfortable and inviting. Sitting outside on a beautiful day visiting was something my mom looked forward to. My mom has now passed, but I would highly recommend Sunrise of Fort Worth.

I recently toured Sunrise of Ft. Worth and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The community was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made a great first impression. The residents I encountered appeared happy and engaged - they seemed genuinely content and very well cared for. The staff was welcoming, informative, and clearly dedicated to creating a warm and loving environment. Overall, it was a fantastic visit and I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a place for their loved one! This community definitely felt like home.

The leadership team and executive director are compassionate and knowledgeable. The care team is truly dedicated to the seniors they serve. The property is well maintained. The front porch is especially relaxing during nice weather.

This is the third place we have moved my Dad. Before Sunrise he did not ever leave his room. Now he has made friends and is involved in some social groups/clubs there. Dad also has special friendships with the staff from the receptionist to the caregiver to the dining room staff.

The community felt like home – clean, comfortable, and full of positive energy. I especially appreciated the team’s focus on understanding each resident’s personal history and creating meaningful moments for them daily.

I had the opportunity to tour the memory care neighborhood today and was impressed with the warm and welcoming environment. The team was knowledgeable, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to providing high-quality care for residents with cognitive impairments. The layout was thoughtfully designed for safety and ease of navigation, with secured outdoor spaces that promote independence while ensuring residents remain safe. Programming was personalized and purposeful, with activities focused on engagement, connection, and stimulation.

Best- the staff. They were to a person kind and caring. I felt my mom was safe. Improve? Well of course the cost is insane, but not sure if anything could be done about that. We would recommend the memory unit for sure. I can't speak to other areas.

What we like the most about Sunrise of East Meadow is the attention and yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.
