We had such a great tour. It was beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming and such a beautiful location. The building smelled good. Everyone had smiles on their face. We tour the memory care, and the team was so friendly and happy and engaged with the older people

Staff is compassionate a and professional. Doctor is the same. Apartment size is very nice. Amenities abound with a hair salon and good meals.

Very supportive staff who have even been there a long time and clearly love what they do. Good communication. Residents are friendly and seem content

This is a wonderful place. Everyone we have met has been so friendly and attentive! My Mom is in a studio, it is sufficient space for her and is a very efficient layout. Amenities are top notch bc of the TLC.

Gardner Park was an excellent facility. Staff and building I highly recommend. I found everyone to be so caring. From nurses , to servers, to administrators. Couldn't have been more helpful. Seems to generally show care and compassion.

What they could improve on at Sunrise would be to have more outside activities, get them out of the building. The staff is friendly, and we would maybe recommend the community to other families. They are most of the time short staffed, but other that no..

We have been very happy with Sunrise of Haverford. Memory Care is set up in a sweet way with daily activities at the center. Big effort put on getting everyone ready for the day and not returning to bedrooms until well after dinner.

Sunrise of Yorba Linda is a wonderful environment for my mother. She is 100 years old and has lived in her own home until now. The staff at Sunrise has done an outstanding job of helping Mom with the transition to assisted living. Everyone there is cheerful and helpful. My mom is always greeted by name and with an inclusive attitude. The residents seem friendly and happy, too. Mom enjoys the meals, the freedom to move about both inside and out, and I am confident she is well cared for at Sunrise. I would not hesitate to recommend this assisted living home for seniors to anyone who wants their family member in a home-like living situation. If you are uncertain about your decision, be sure to visit Sunrise of Yorba Linda, and you’ll feel immediately welcome and at home.

Location and friendly atmosphere is what stuck out. All the facility and staff are very helpful and friendly.

The staff really care about the residents. I know they are really busy, but they could improve a little on returning calls, mostly the nurse on duty. I know she is really busy. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

I have never had a bad experience at Sunrise Senior Living. My mother is in a very clean happy secure environment. The medical staff is amazing as well. They have activities every day, which is something. I never thought my mother would do, but she enjoys it. Thank you for the suggestion.

What we like the most about Pueblo Regent is that they unit are nice with a balcony. However, the food is repetitive and they run out. At the moment, we are not sure we would recommend this community to others.

What we like the most about Sunrise of Fort Worth is that the facility is clean and bright. Smells good. It's convenient to my house. Food seems good and yes we would recommend this community to other families

I recently moved my mom into Sunrise of Boulder, and so far, the experience has been wonderful. The team has made everything easier for us during what I thought was going to be very stressful. Everyone has been kind, welcoming, and very supportive. The community is beautiful, warm, and inviting. The staff is attentive, compassionate, and clearly dedicated to the resident well-being. My mom feels comfortable and is settling in nicely. We feel very fortunate to have found Sunrise of Boulder. Knowing my mom is safe, happy, and well cared for gives out family peace of mind.

I dislike that this review can only be 1,000 characters because I have so much to say. Grateful to A place for Mom for connecting our family to Sunrise at Bay Ridge. It has provided a great solution and residence for my grandfather. He came into memory care and once he started taking his medicine again they allowed us to easily transition him to the assisted living so he could be more engaged in the community. [name removed] literally is the sunshiney glue that binds and is such a boss - leadership really trickles down for the top and she has built such an impressive staff - I never hear them complain and especially in the assisted living they are so engaged despite the burnout that I can only imagine may come from working in such a tough and demanding field. [name removed] is an awesome activity director and [name removed] takes great care of my grandfather. [name removed] is so sweet and there are so many more folks I am not highlighting here. The staff make it special and feel like home.

We didn't ask about end of life care and we probably should have. With not knowing what to expect from the facility during this time I would like other families to know how great they were with all of our family members. We had a lot of family in and out, they made everyone feel welcome. During such a terrible time for us their staff was amazing.

I Miss out on most of the activities (they are mostly held during the hours I am not at the Villa), but they do seem interesting and there appears to be a busy schedule daily The staff, and tenants are all so nice and friendly. Sunset Villa is the best! the staff and tenants are so very helpful and nice. Seem to go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.
