We are very happy with the care of our mother. 5. The apartment is clean including the bathroom. The staff is polite and friendly. The nurse gives us updates on a regular basis.

We picked Sunrise for my sister in law because of the intimacy of the building. Less than 80 residents. Not too big, easy to get around. Sunrise is comfortable, welcoming and caring. We moved my sister in law into Sunrise last week, numerous residents stop to say hi, and tell us how much they love it at Sunrise. The food is good, we had dinner with her. Staff is friendly. The day she moved in, everyone came to greet her in her apartment. They introduced themselves and explained how they our there to help her. The Nursing staff is amazing, they knew the medications she was on and they are going to work with her to see if she is can take her meds herself. Oh, before I forget, they have a resident dog named Bear, so cute, everyone loves Bear. Sunrise helped us greatly, answered all our questions and made the move from a skilled nursing home to Sunrise very easy. My sister in law loves living at Sunrise.

I recently toured Sunrise of Des Peres on behalf of a family member. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. My contact/sales person was knowledgeable and was able to answer most of my questions. Any unanswered questions were due to uncertainties with the specific care needs of the family member and not a reflection of my sales person. While touring the facility she made sure to introduce me to as many senior staff as possible. Everyone I met seemed happy to meet me regardless of what they were working on when we passed them.

Even though the building could be updated a bit, I really liked the facilities. They have an indoor heated pool as well as a greenhouse and small garden “plots” for the residence to plant. Both those things were pluses as far as I am concerned. Exercise room could be improved on. There is also good green space and a small walking trail for a dog. People were very friendly and there were lots of activities available during the day.

My loved one has since moved but over the course of his stay at Sunrise, it was a great community! Lovely staff, very friendly, accommodating, and patient. Exactly the type of environment needed for a community such as that!

Genuinely a nice community, not just the bells and whistles! The residents were all very nice to my brother, and the staff are all extremely friendly and responsive. I would absolutely consider putting other family members in a community like this when the time comes!

They are a fantastic community. My sister has been living at Sunrise for a few months now and they are absolutely one of the best assisted living communities around. They are so friendly and accommodating to her needs and make her feel right at home

[name removed] was very informative the tour was excellent the assistance that was needed for a resident there was excellent to see the assistance care right on top was a experience to see just what that facility offers and that assisted living is just what they truly offers kudos to Sunrise.

What we like the most about Sunrise of Henderson is the staff, they are friendly, Courteous, Professional, and attentive. We would highly recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

Absolutely the best place for my mom. She loved the staff! Everyone from the ED to the caretakers are amazing. They are kind, caring, gentle, and fun. They made the last months of my mom's easy. I highly recommend Sunrise Arlington to anyone looking for an assisted living facility that feels like home.

The staff was the best! My mom really enjoyed her helpers. It was nice to know that she would always have specific ones assigned to her. She was also most nervous about how soon they would come help her and how long they would just leave her in the bathroom. They never did.

I've been here for 1-1/2 years and haven't regretted anything about it. Warm, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of activities and good people. Thank you for your recommendation. During the past year several friends have decided to move to senior living. All of the facilities they've choosing are high-end luxury apartments that I wouldn't be comfortable in.

Touring the Sunrise Senior living facility at Fairfax was a nice experience. I was met by the executive director and shown the facility. She answered every question I had. And even offered some that escaped me. In observing the staff interaction with the clients, they are friendly and helpful. The amenities offered are numerous and wonderful! I have been in constant contact with the staff f Sunrise walking me through the process of moving my mother in. I know my mother will enjoy her time at the Sunrise of Fairfax. And I will sleep well knowing the facility offers such a pleasant environment!

The facility was clean and bright, the residents were happy and the care appeared great! A ton of staff everywhere. The rooms were bright but small and the residents were met were happy and seemed to enjoy living at sunrise.

Very nice facility. There were no rooms available. So unable give a review on the actual rooms. However the complex as whole was in excellent shape, and they seem to have great staff. Ever amenity needed seem to be at your fingers.

Mom absolutely loves the Bertram.. Something very special there.. They really care about the residents!! I'd recommend to all who are unsure where to put their loved one!

Nice facility and nice people. Unsure if it is a good fit for family member due to size and floors. Peaceful and in a good location. Great team of employees and very professional. That’s all I can say and don’t feel like making up any more comments
