The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to queries. Yes, we would recommend Sunrise of Fair Oaks to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

[name removed] is absolutely AMAZING!!! Most of the care team are incredibly sweet, too. (We have our favorites) We like ce the event coordinator but unfortunately she is leaving. . It is 100% better than [name removed] But it also makes me sad that the activities director is leaving...

The staff is very friendly and helpful to the residents. They know the residents by name and get to know their routine. It makes me happy that they will knock on her door if she doesn't show up for a meal or bingo because she usually doesn't miss those.

I moved my father from Oregon to Wyoming. He was on hospice. I checked out many facilities in Cheyenne. Very nice rooms, very spacious and comfortable. He was very happy with the home. He didn't eat much but when he did I joined him for dinner. I'm gluten free so very limited food but tasted good. He was only there 5 weeks before he passed. The only thing he was unhappy about was the guy in charge of the medical service. He did not like him and refused to have his services.

We have been generally satisfied with Sunrise of Wilton. Staff is excellent though somewhat short in number. The same for on-site management. Food could be improved.

Nice and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Meds distributed and ordered thru Wayne Pharmacy. Visiting hours were good, staff accessible when needed. I would recommend this facility however the costs were high for his condition, he was in for respite care for 30 days.

I would rate them all a 5. Stratford has been a wonderful experience for my Dad and for my siblings and me. Dad raves about the food, the cleanliness and the staff. Fortunately, he doesn't require daily care, however, on the few occasions where he has been ill, the staff was on top of things. Very pleased with Stratford - clearly!

I am forever grateful to Sunrise of Bridgewater for taking such good care of my mom. They treated her with such respect and always communicated with me. Its a beautiful, clean place with caring staff.

My mother in law was a resident & well cared for up until the day she passed.... the staff still speaks of her kindly. When my mother could no longer live alone, it was only fitting for her to move into Sunrise. The director and her team have made my mother feel at home and taken great care of her since the day she moved in. The compassion and genuine concern of the entire staff make this a wonderful place for any one needing assisted living. I have not seen my mother this healthy and happy in a long time. She is making many friends, taking part in all the activities available to residents, her health has improved and she is truly thriving. I can now sleep at night knowing my mother is in good hands 24/7. My mother, family and I are extremely grateful. The move to Sunrise of Woodcliff Lake has enriched our mother's life on every level. Thank you all.

My mother is having a wonderful experience. And I want to say more about the food: Not only is it delicious with lots of choices, but it's so well chosen and prepared nutritionally that my mother is losing extra weight without ever feeling hungry.

our family member is in the secure memory unit so these answered apply to that, I can't evaluate with regard to non-restricted patients. Yes, we would recommend the community to others, we have been very pleased with the staff and level of care

If I could give a higher review I would gladly do so. This is a wonderful caring facility!! I have such peace of mind knowing my sister is safe and lovingly cared for by the outstanding staff here.

Sunrise is beautiful. My mom is in the Remembrance area. They do their hair, paint their nails, put makeup on them. They are well cared for. I would recommend Sunrise.

Staff was very helpful/knowledgeable with finding the right places and in the price range needed. Friendly staff, plenty of activities for residents all thru the day, great food menu options, the rooms are very spacious with large windows that brings in tons of light, nice indoor/ outdoor areas to sit and walk.

Caring and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful facility and grounds. Therapists and care staff stay in touch with me. Food is better than I eat. My wife was in rehabilitation on the campus. Management staff worked with me to make the transition to assisted living more affordable for me than the other facility I was considering. Very close to my home. I would definitely recommend the Quadrangle. Very professional and friendly staff. My wife's room is very nice and accommodating

Staff are unreal amazing! Greet residents by name wherever they are in building, very attentive, never ever seem bothered or annoyed are very kind safety conscious and will give everyone undivided attention ( including chef meds staff). And [name removed] is exceptional. One of the highest caliber professionals I have ever worked and communicated with. She was there for me every step of the way and helped me navigate through an issue prior to my mother in law moving in. She was responsive accessible immediately empathetic and a great listener. Also the Care Coordinator [name removed] has all the residents best interests at heart and cares deeply. She meets weekly with new residents and communicates back to families quickly. [name removed] and [name removed] ( Activities) are very involved with residents and frequently visit residents knock on doors and try to engage them.

Just saying, a score of 5 does not mean perfection, but I do think highly of Stratford overall-though I have nothing to compare it to!! There was one aspect I wasn't as excited about.... as my Dad was moving in, we were told about their ambassador program, which is written up differently than the reality it was. While true, the ambassador reached out to have dinner once, it was portrayed to be more of an ongoing relationship at least the first few weeks or months, but that really didn't happen.... the ambassador program is an excellent opportunity for newcomers, many of whom are tentative to moving in as it is, to feel very welcome and learn the ropes from more seasoned residents. An ongoing relationship may help with the initial "Get me out of here" mindset that some newcomers may have..... fortunately Dad loves the place and never felt that way..... his wife, on the other hand...... I would say Highly Recommend, but they're already at full capacity and this is having an effect on dining services......

The staff and residents are all very kind to my Mom. She has dementia and is not really all there but people say hello and make her feel acknowledged.
