I would give them a 5 across the board. They have been excellent and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. My father in law is very happy there and has made a lot of new friends . His room is spotless and he likes the food very much and participates in most of the daily activities.

Facility and staff are very nice. I do wish there was one more nurse on staff. The food is not good within the memory Care unit. And it seems that laundry is iffy. Meaning I don't know if labeled clothes are getting mixed up with another persons, but it seems like there's a little less clothes. They could do a better job of vacuuming the rooms under the beds and stuff. Also replacing toilet paper in the bathrooms. Otherwise they are really great.

The staff at sunrise of Abington is very caring. I never feel like I am being judged for my sometimes ridiculous questions!

The staff is all very friendly, always smiling and very helpful. As soon as you walk in it's very welcoming. We are very happy with the place.

What we like the most about Sunrise of Cinco Ranch community is that the staff is very easy to contact and always keep you updated. That's their #1 asset, the staff!

All of them deserve a 5! What we like the most about Sunrise of Raleigh is the people, the facility, and the fun and interesting activities. Yes, we would recommend the community to other families based on the experience

What stands at the most is the level of activities and care for the patient. The rooms are nice and roomy.

Sometimes hard to find someone on the floor. Room disheveled sometimes. I think staff in hurry. I would expect more attention but the charges are currently less than what we were paying before. However, overall a 5 rating.

The value for cost gets a 4 Only because these places are just so expensive in general in regards to number eight. Everybody was warm and friendly, and the overall vibe of the place was warm and cozy

At very short notice they were willing to make it possible for me to bring my mother to the facility from rehab and stay with her during her last weeks of life. They were able to offer us a respite room until I could arrange for my mother's apartment to be ready. There were many offers of help when moving in and setting up. Once there someone checked in on us several times a day. They were able to accommodate us during a very stressful and difficult time. I will be forever thankful.

It is very expensive when care levels increase and med management but the peace of mind is awesome. The family feel is amazing and the staff are all very approachable and I know they care deeply. The accommodation is wonderful..very bright and comfortable. The homemade food keeps my husband very satisfied. I feel like I am visiting a big family every time I am there. So in the end I am getting what I pay for. I am no longer on edge when I am not with my husband.

Sunrise at fair Oaks took it upon themselves to love and care for [name removed] the entire time he was there. I felt that he was treated as though he was special and that they were always looking out for him, even though we had 24 seven care. The nurse I'm sorry I can't remember her name, was amazing. She came every time we called and almost every day to check on [name removed]. We felt as a family that [name removed] was a priority for them. There is no doubt in my mind that the care that [name removed] was given was superior to probably any other place that we might have placed him. I hope you will pass on our sentiments as a family to the staff. Thank you for the help that was provided in placing [name removed] in the perfect place for him.

What we like the most about Stratford Court is their accommodations, staff, and environment. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

What we like the most about the community is that they always have an event for family's around each holiday and events...like Mothers day lunch. What they could improve on would be the pricing is very high. They charge separately for many things. Would like to see better priced package options

My dad went into hospice there and passed away on [date removed]. They work with Unity Hospice. They were terrific. And everyone at Sunrise treated us like family going through it all. I loved 3 of the CNAs. [name removed] and [name removed] and [name removed] were wonderful to my dad and our family. I also appreciated the quick responses to all of my emails to the head nurse and the activities manager and the executive vp. The only area that was a little disorganized was the billing dept

I love Sunrise at East 56th. I have only good things to say. It is so expensive $ [fee removed] a month plus a $[fee removed] move in community fee for a studio apartment on memory care but her room is right off the dining room so less walking she gets her meds, food, self care all taken care of around others Home with 24/7 round the clock care in isolation was $[fee removed] more a year and I would have to shop for her I don't worry and I think it offers a lot I see her once a week and take her out to theater a museum etc My only issues is getting a hold of my aunt isn't easy sometimes they have a low staff issue I think. Very glad she is 20 blocks away from me

Yes, we would recommend Bear Canyon Estates to other families.

There is not a lot of turnover of staff he has been with the same caregiver for almost one year all the staff facilities. People are super friendly. I don't really have a lot of knowledge on the food. I do know they give him mostly soft food activities again a five he does arts and craft. He does coffee and donuts. He goes for a van ride once or twice a week he belongs to the men's walking club he also goes down for exercise they keep him pretty busy in comparison to other places the cost I cannot really comment. I think most assisted living are very expensive, but for this particular person, it's the best way for him to spend his money.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The staff they have seem to want to genuinely help. They're responsive too if you have an inquiry. Facility is clean and lacks odors that would imply otherwise. Typically has parking out front, but otherwise neighborhood parking (for visits). Sunrise is great in an emergency (case for my dad who was down bad) and for elderly who suffer from later stages of ailments. It is an assisted living facility, after all. If the individual in question requires minimal care, but still needing prompting for example or help with weekly pills, Sunrise may end up feeling strange to them. Depending on necessary care level, id urge to consider a place offering both assisted living and independent living. Sunrise shines as a place to be when there's no going back or in an emergency when things are unclear.

Everything gets a 5. [name removed] was wonderful. I had very little time to make a decision and I had no idea what I was doing. [name removed] expertly and compassionately guided me. The Community- you can tell everyone is well trained, there is a lot of consistency and professionalism and empathy. They personalize their care for each resident. I feel many know my Dad and understand his needs. I think it helps that it's not a large facility. And many times the staff separates them into smaller groups for activities. And the activities are according to their abilities.
