I was only able to visit a few times before my mother passed away and could only say that she was well cared for and made comfortable each time I was there. The staff that I interfaces with were always eager to provide him with the things he needed. They were friendly and overlooked his ideological issues.

I believe they do the best they can. I think the turn over rate with the staff is normal. I don't know how much they get paid but I know it's a tough job. My loved ones room is nice but there is only one small closet. I am portable clothing rack for his shirts.

The facility and staff are extremely supportive and helpful. They just need to find more long term help. They need more hires to take the residents from the memory loss floor downstairs for the activities or events. Or have activities and events throughout the day on the memory loss floor.

There has been some issues with the cleanliness in regards to a sewer smell. The meals could be improved and if the sewer smell and the meals improved everything would receive a 5 rating. With those improvements, we would recommend this community to other families.

The facility is quite clean and my dad's room is cleaned once a week. Staff are very caring and friendly, but there is high staff turnover. The move in process was welcoming and smooth. They hooked up dad's TV and brought in what he needed. I asked if dad could eat his meals with other folks who are verbal and possible US Veterans. They accommodated right away. Dad was recently hospitalized and two staff members came to visit him. The food is just okay. Usually lukewarm. Dad did ask for a special food at breakfast and they accommodated. The friendly and caring staff are great!

The food served is not appealing or tasty.my table orders sandwich on almost a daily day. It appears the staff is short handed and must do many chores I believe the help is not Trained properly

Great place! Food is great the have a lot of activities! Mom wishes for more transportation! Maybe with the new management that will change! Thank you for all your helping my mom find a place as there is so many to choose in Albuquerque in her $ range.

I am currently a resident at Courtyard At Lakewood and the experience has been very good for me here. The cleanliness and friendliness are good. The staff, meals and activities are also good. Nice people, reasonably priced and helpful. I would recommend Courtyard At Lakewood to others.

My loved one was previously a resident at Sunrise of Orchard and the overall experience was good. At times, communication with the family was a little bit suspect, but it was generally good enough. Overall, I would recommend Sunrise of Orchard to others.

What we like the most about Sunrise of Old Meridian is our loved ones care and that the staff team there is friendly. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Mom was at Sunrise for about 4 1/2 years until she passed in hospice. The team was great. Management was supportive. No place is perfect as a nurse myself I felt the management was very responsive any time we had any questions or concerns. If my father needed assistance in the future they would be my first choice

It is probably no worse than other facilities but could be much better if they were not so understaffed and if mgmt actually manage

My mother spent 3 years at Sunrise Springfield. We never moved her because she loved it there. Many of the staff became extended family. When my mother passed away the staff were equally saddened and in tears. I spent numerous days 24/7 during the mom's hospice stage. I got a front seat observation view of the geniuneness and authentic care delivered to all residents of the Sunrise Springfield staff. Great place. Great Staff. SDB??

Overall no major complaints. My mom complains about minor things here and there but overall we love it there! Staff is always very helpful. Yes, I would recommend and my mom would too. Overall she likes living there and wouldn't pick anywhere else.

Honestly, I would not recommend Stratford Court of Boca Pointe. For the high cost, l would look around. The meal plan is ridiculously expensive for a cold breakfast. The worst thing is the restaurant staff. Meals can take 3 hours. Staff cater to certain people and ignore others. A lot of money was spent on a long overdue renovation, but all costs were passed onto families.

Overall our experience with Sunrise of Fairfax has been positive. The staff members are very kind. There is not much interaction for memory care patients, but he is well cared for in the main area. We would recommend this community to other families depending on the level and type of care their loved one may need

Staff is very friendly and helpful, Mom is being cared for well, and I don't worry about her being there. Food is expensive after they raised their rates to eat with my Mom and it is not worth the money. The activities, I'm not sure, because my Mom says they don't do anything she wants to do. It could just be her.

I loved all the people in the facility. They were friendly and helpful and always so pleasant. I arrange this facility for a neighbor of mine who had no family She passed away right before this past Christmas. I visited her every day so I was very familiar with the staff. The only complaint was the meals really we're not good. The menu rarely changed and they were quite boring to be truthful.
