Staffing impacts service from care givers to cafeteria. Short staff = stress. The caregivers there are wonderful and genuinely care about my parents.

The Residents, staff and management were all lovely. My Mom is now in a wonderful Board and Care home after a fall and broken hip at Belmont. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families but only if you don't need a lot of assistance. Board and Care better if you need more care. They are just not staffed to give the care most people need, unfortunately. Lovely nurses and caregivers, just not enough of them. Our family experience was a positive one, friendly staff, great caregivers, overall a really nice community and lovely residents.

My father is now in a pay down facility at [community name removed] in Sterling Heights. The staff seamed to care about the residents and there was a sufficient amount of activities

My Dad wasn't there very long. Moved to memory care, died [date removed]. They had some really great people in memory care. Yes, I would recommend this community to other families, I knew he was safe, and being checked on. They were very good at communicating and needs or changes. The geriatric Dr. and his associate were very good!

Staff is kind to residents and families. They are stable- hardly any turnover, which is important for people with dementia. I would definitely recommend Sunrise at Fountain Square.

Sometimes they can be hard to pin down if there's an unusual situation Generally the staff take excellent care of the residents. The quality of the staff, flexibility about allowing a non memory care resident live with a memory care resident, location and good word of mouth from friends. The building is clean and well maintained. The place does not smell like pee The staff went above and beyond to help us with getting them there -- so many loose ends for state paperwork etc. but they worked hard to get it all done in time. We were moving them from out if state so extra complicated.

The overall experience has been positive, mom loves her place and her new friends. the cleanliness of questionable. The cleaning staff had changed many times. I have had to get people in to clean it after I have pointed out that it had not been cleaned in a bit. The staff members are always friendly, that has been a positive. The quality of care has been positive as well as the meals and dining. Our loved one states there is so much to eat!! The activities has been a positive, bingo, bingo, bingo!!! The value for cost is changeable, I have to keep on top of some of the chargers.

Everything is clean except for the outside of the community when it comes to the landscaping .The quality and taste of the food has some inconsistencies. Assisted living, like all medical care and lodging costs a ridiculous amount of money as most seniors cannot afford to budget the rent. Some of the other facilities nearby that are newer are much more expensive than Sunrise Assisted living.. We've been fortunate to experience a very nice and kind nursing staff at sunrise of Northville. The apartment is comfortable and kept clean weekly. There is a wide range of activities offered and residents are consistently encouraged to participate in whatever they would enjoy doing.

In general my experience here has been positive with the exception of the general manager, who is very inexperienced.

My mom really likes the staff . She says everyone is friendly. She is happy with the food and activities. I get callbacks quickly and updates regularly. I would recommend them if you can afford it.

The daytime staff was wonderful. My father was not easy and they were very good to him. In addition they were always very good to me and went out of their way to let me know how my dad was doing. The staff truly seemed to care about each patient. The administration was not as caring and like most places was in it for the money. Also administrative personnel kept changing.

Full disclosure on pricing would be helpful when considering the choices Our prices increased by almost 30% almost immediately. I think they should lock in pricing for a set period of time - if they offer pricing, it should be guaranteed for at least a handful of months. Also- the hygiene related to levels of care should be made clear. One shower a week isn't much but to go to two is a huge cost increase

Good value for the money.

Sunrise of Park Ridge had great staff who are very caring. They work hard on building community. They have great activities for the residents to participate in them as well as visiting entertainment. They could stand to have better connection with family...calling back, following up, need more direct ways to contact staff about family. It happens, but often slow to respond.

My loved one was briefly a resident at Sunrise of Staten Island and overall his experience at this facility was good. The cleanliness and friendliness were good. The staff and care services were also good. They took good care of my loved one. Based on our experience, I would recommend Sunrise of Staten Island to others.

We are very happy with Sunrise of East Brunswick. The care that my mom gets from the staff at this facility is very good. The house is on top of their game. I am completely comfortable with the Sunrise team and the care that they provide for my mom. I would recommend Sunrise of East Brunswick to others.

What our family likes the most about Sunrise at Holladay is the friendliness of the staff as well as the overall value for cost. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families

The staff is supportive although my Mom doesn't always ask for help when she needs it. The volunteers who run the activities are wonderful and try to get the residents to participate. It has been a positive experience as my Mom has said that she likes it there. My one comment relates to the pricing which is not consistently the same each month. There are different levels of care and pricing depending upon the situation and would have liked more information beforehand regarding that.

My loved one has moved out of Sunrise of Baton Rouge. I would recommend this facility only in some cases.
