I would recommend it's been a very good experience.

The other residents appear happy and well cared for. They need more outings planned outside of the residence. Also wish they would offer to take residents to the store.

My mother has been in the Reminiscence (memory care) section for a few months. The staff are wonderful, care has been outstanding, and staff really go out of their way to accommodate individual needs. Despite my mom always insisting on staying in her house, it was clear she was not doing well at home, and her improvement when she moved here has been astounding. I also like that she can access activities in the assisted living section, although this required us to hire daytime private aides. Just two issues to be aware of. First, there are few activities in memory care, nearly all centered on watching TV. Second, the activities are strongly oriented toward Spanish language and Hispanic culture. Overall though, this is definitely one of the nicer memory care options in the area.

Staff is wonderful and she is doing great. I know that they are working on improving the food. I definitely recommend Stratford Court of Boca Pointe to others!

My siblings and I found an independent living home for our parents here at Stratford Court at the end of February. The sales experience was really good and everybody that works there seems very nice. My impression is that once you are in you do not seem as important anymore. Some requests and feedback I have provided over the months have been acknowledged but have not been carried out. I find that to be a little disappointing. The food is hit or miss but most of the times a hit. It seems like they are having staffing issues and it’s reflecting on their service and quality, I have also brought to their attention a few health and safety concerns which have been acknowledged, but not addressed. I find that to be very disappointing. If you are looking into Stratford Court for your family members, be sure you do the research on the insurances that are covered in order to take advantage of some of the in-house facilities.

I don't think it's a place for someone who needs a lot of help getting to bathroom!!! It's more for independent care. The room was not that great for the money we paid.

We like the location of the Sunrise of North Hills community along with their staff team. The staff is very friendly to our family.

I have found Sunrise of Gilbert a very “homey” facility. They have a resident dog to greet you at the door. The rooms are very spacious and have a great floor plan. The staff have been very attentive to all our needs and have been very welcoming. They have a great app that keeps me informed on what is going on at the facility. The food is average at best. The dining staff are very nice but the food comes out slow from the kitchen. A new chef was just hired. The Executive Director has been very helpful.

Gilbert of Sunrise is a lovely choice of an assisted living for our 87 yr old spouse, father, and grandfather. We had excellent help in investigating the facility’s offerings. Administration has been attentive to our needs. They listen well. The decor is restful and lovely. Concierge services are friendly and dutiful. They make a good effort with nutrition. All spaces are well organized to purpose and the facility is very clean and well kept. Patio dining is nice option in appropriate weather. Family or group private gathering spaces are available. Security is effective. The location in Gilbert offers a variety of opportunities. We felt this spot was best for our loved one and our first two months have been very positive. He is very happy with the choice.

After getting bumped out of a Memory Care facility in February due to them not following protocol, we scrambled again and found Sunrise. Have in a semi private room. But if course as the weeks have gone by, it's apparent that he does need a memory care assistant. So we hope to move him downstairs in the next couple of weeks to their unit. He struggles with feeding himself and then has out burst when no one can help him. The move should elevate this problem. I am curious as there has not been a new food menu up since March. I have no idea what is offered currently that would be better for him to manage due to gout, arthritis and just not able to control his hands. The aids upstairs can sometimes support him. And thank goodness for hospice Aid [name removed] who with your aid can turn and move him since he has no mobility. We realize he needs more guidance and help. His rug has been a mess and we asked for it to be steamed cleaned repeatedly. Nothing has been done. House keeping seems laxed.

My loved one was previously a resident at Sunrise of Cinco Ranch and the experience was very good for her. Everyone did their jobs and worked hard to help the residents. They did what we could not do at home, a lot of personal attention, cleaning, feeding etc. I would recommend Sunrise of Cinco Ranch to others.

Most of the staff were great. We also continued with support staff from another company which the facility considered "companionship" so we had to have repeated conversations about what those people were allowed to do. There were a couple of occasions when the staff were physically rough with Dad resulting in bruises- the management were very keen to address that.

Sunrise of Haverford has done a great job of providing a safe, clean, positive living experience for my mom. They care about their residents and it shows in everything they do. When we have questions about her care, they are accessible and prompt in their responses.

The caregivers are 90 percent wonderful human beings. That is key. Management, however, has been spotty since they lost the excellent ED last summer. One really nice feature is the diversity - at least the ethnicity - of the residents. Especially for residents paying for the highest level of care, the facility needs to provide better support and services when those residents need outside medical care. Families are too often left to fend for themselves. Except for breakfast, the dining service is haphazard, and the food is bland.

It's a nice facility with good care. But it is very, very expensive. I'm at [amount removed] a month. The facility uses a point system for level of care. For example combing hair and toothbrushing is 1 pt. Points add up quickly making your monthly cost expensive. I have toured many facilities, this is the only one that uses the point system.

it is crazy to charge [ fee removed] for a meal you already pay for. I can maybe see a $10 flat day rate but even that adds up quickly. It is wicked expensive and you worry the money will run out. Yes I would recommend them to other families but would have to warn them about them bringing your meal cost per meal.

My loved one is currently a resident at Sunrise of Braintree. The staff has been great. Our family member can be challenging and everyone that I have interacted with on the team has been supportive and helpful. I would recommend this facility to others.

Very impressed with how well the staff is aware of the resident's needs, they seem to care about the residents well being and made sure they are at meals and if t not they do and get them. The staff knows my mom's name and always pleased to her and myself. I love that it is a small community.

I believe that there is always room for improvement and we are working on improving areas here. good value overall!

My loved one is a resident at Sunrise of Cary and the overall experience has been good. The staff is nice. It's a bit pricey would be my only complaint. Based on our experience, I would recommend this facility to others.
