Sunrise Senior Living

Sunrise of Edgewater community was great! [name removed] , the Director, and [name removed] and [name removed] coordinator were very helpful. My only issue with the facility was that the room was very small.

I do believe they are taking great care of mom. I wish I had clarified what the costs would be though. We picked this community because of the location, good reputation, and seeming ability to take care of her until the end.

I am a current resident at Sunrise. I enjoy bingo and the social activities. Food could use some improvement but I am overall happy here.

I like Sunrise of Raleigh because of its people. I get to choose my daily activities and what suits me best for what I feel like doing each day. My fellow residents are very close to me and I feel a sense of belonging.

Luck to find sunrise to take care of my elderly parent. Since coming to sunrise my parent is eating better (balanced diets) , socializing more, exercising and I have piece of mind he is being well cared for and in such a friendly place. Great team and leadership team.

My loved one is currently a resident at Sunrise of Webb Gin and I would say that her experience at this facility has been overall good. We really like everyone at this facility. The staff are friendly and are very attentive to my loved one's needs. The facility is very well taken care of. The value for cost is good, I think the cost of all facilities is very high. Overall, I would recommend Sunrise of Webb Gin to others.

So I have been very satisfied with the friendliness of staff, good channels of communication, clean and neat, good quality of care and willingness to try various strategies to solve issues that may arise. Food is adequate but a little bland like most institutional food due to lack of salt. Since this is the only experience I've had, and [name removed] has only been there a few months, I don't really know what to compare it to. Cost is high but comparable to other similar facilities in the area. Very nice community with compassionate and caring staff. I would definitely recommend Sunrise Senior Living to anyone who finds themselves in need of a comfortable safe place for themselves or their loved ones.

My loved one is currently a resident at Sunrise of Pinehurst and most everything has been great for her at this facility so far. The staff is very friendly, the facility is very clean and the food is great. The care services, activities and value for cost are also very good. I would definitely recommend Sunrise of Pinehurst to others! We are very happy with our decision of Sunrise of Pinehurst for our loved one.

We picked this community, because the location was near my house and brand new beautiful facility with nice size rooms. New facility working through some kinks (food) but staff is great and feel like my dad is safe there.

We picked this community because of the proximity, size, and affordability. I am pretty far away from it, but it seems good!

So far the overall experience with Brighton Gardens of West Orange has been good and our loved one has adjusted well. When it comes to the activities there could be more movement options.

He needed some additional reminders with some daily hygiene things and location/times for activities due to his dementia, so that could have been a little more consistent. I had to stay on top of that piece. But otherwise the staff and other residence were excellent. Activities could have been more varied. They didn’t change up much during the week. But overall he was able to participate without having to be on memory care yet. Especially because he is so physically able and strong still. It’s a beautiful homey facility.

Attended a frienddsgiving event Saturday great food, music and a delightful ride down memory lane in horse drawn carriage. Visitors residentshad already time listening to fabulous music. The community was alive and energetic more so than in times past

everything is great!

Overall we have been very pleased with our experience at Sunrise. My mother is very happy here and that means everything. Staff is friendly and kind. Whenever there is an issue, I feel staff is responsive. Groups are awesome and my mom participates in all of them

From the outside it looks good! Walk in and not so good! Old building, needs repairs, new chairs, etc. Thanks for the time to speak my mind!

Every morning when I wake and walk into the hall, I am greeted with friendly smiles and greetings. The Sunday brunch is something I look forward to. There are a variety of class offerings, however the rigor can be better.

What our family likes the most about the Sunrise of Buckhead community is just how friendly and safe it is and based on that experience so far, we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

The staff at Sunrise of Cinco Ranch were great. Our move in/out process was very easy and the staff were all very accommodating for both. My loved one had a somewhat unique situation, so we were unable to take full advantage of all of the activities that were offered to the residents. The rooms were a nice size and the food was as expected. There were some staffing issues and also quite a bit of construction. I would recommend Sunrise of Cinco Ranch on the staff alone, as the issues that we noticed appeared to be short term or were being addressed.
