Clean friendly welcoming place and relatively newly built. Rooms are a nice size too. Midsized facility so not so big but still having enough activities to keep her busy and happy. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to others!

They have made my dad feel at home and are taking great care of him

There did seem to be quite a bit of turnover. The people that stayed longer term were super nice. I do think they could have offered a wide variety of food choices for the residents and less repetition. She liked it a lot in the regular part of the facility. The more urgent care part not as much

The rent at Sunrise of Severna Park was increased three time within the first year, which is why we moved out.

Residents and staff are very friendly. Not here long enough to comment about improvements. I would recommend this community to other families based on the experience I have had so far.

Their strength lies in their medical staff. RNs were amazing, they did not contract out for medical care. That was their big plus for me. I felt my mil was in great hands as she needed lots of medical care not just assisted living.

Sunrise of Annapolis is so expensive. Transportation is only provided on Wednesdays for doctor's appointments. This has been a big added expense. I do overall recommend it.

I would say that the facility and the staff are very warm and inviting, and we liked the overall feel of the assisted living facility.

Medical care is excellent medication management almost excellent. AIDS very helpful with people that require considerable care. Cannot complain about people that will clean you if you poop yourself and you have physical problems even if you do not. However in some places if you are wheelchair bound they will roll you down to meals and back to your room. They do some but a lot people do them selves. Some people they really need it they do. The executive is excellent and care manager is hot. However place gets a four because the attitude of some aids are is not customer oriented. It might because they are overworked but you would think they want to make the customer feel welcome. They would make the you think they want you to stay not make you feel maybe like you should go to a different company.Its a business you want to make you happy not miserable. You think the aids would help each other out it’s not my job it’s hers even if you’re talking on the phone for half an hour.

What we like the most about Sunrise of Dublin is the cleanliness and some of the staff are so caring and we would recommend them to other families based on the experience we have had so far. Sunrise of Dublin takes such great care of our Mom. Any concerns or questions, they are quick to answer. Very clean and caring community.

We decided on them because of the price and for the price the care was adequate. The staff was lovely and caring but they jacked up the price 2x the first year significantly and the next time they raised the price we left. At that point they were really dropping the ball on laundry and cleaning and my mom was sleeping more than ever.

I am so happy to have found Sunrise for my mother. Her memory issues meant she couldn't stay home, but I knew a traditional memory care with dorm-like tiny rooms would make her miserable. At Sunrise she has a beautiful little apartment, with her own furniture, which feels closer to being in her own home. The food is good, and the care she receives is consistent and kind. My only complaint would be I feel I didn't get a good introduction to the procedures and processes of the unit. They gave Mom a printed schedule for her 1st week, for meeting people and getting acclimated, but as far as I know that was never done, and I was not included or contacted about any of those meetings.

I'm [name removed] neice & my SIL [name removed] does a lot of, Just communication needed, And please let my auntie sit at a dining table with other ladies (she sits w a women who does not talk) Please again just relocate to another table & she needs pillows to sit on, hard of hearing Thank you

I do not think there is anything for them to improve on and we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

The facility was clean, plenty of activities and took really good care of the Delgado’s. The reason that we moved, my parents is because the cost went up about [fee removed] without adequate notice. Parents were evaluated. There should be more of an upfront of letting us know the cost of medication and all the extra charges for care since it’s a point system. Shouldn’t matter if they want to take three showers or one shower a week. Or wheeled down to the dining room. Don’t understand, the concept of charging for everything when employees are already working there to do their job. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and very helpful.

The apartment and staff are very nice and friendly. The facility is great just a few small things but when I bring it to their attention they correct them. It’s easy to get in touch with the people in charge

We like that our loved one has made friends there and we would recommend Sunrise Braddock Glen to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

My sister has been staying at Sunrise of Johns Creek on their road home program, which is temporary respite care. [name removed]is very comfortable there and feels safe and that means the world to us. Sunrise of Jones Creek is a beautiful community and the grounds are meticulous and so beautiful. [name removed]wants to go home but is not able to return yet because she has many stairs in her house. If she can afford it, I hope that she can stay there long-term.

There is full time physical therapy available which is a plus for those needing this. The cleanliness is great, as well as the friendliness of the staff. The staff goes out of their way to help!

The best part of this community is the residents.
