Brighton's emphasis is on and all for the individual which was not so much the case when we visited other similar facilities, including the facility mother transferred from. Mother, usually kept mostly to herself in the other facility. Here, you can see the change in her from her smile to her new, upbeat disposition. Brighton's award winning chef is a plus, too. Anyone requiring assisted living would be fortunate to call Brighton Gardens home. Kimberly & Lauren, as well as all their staff, are truly caring professionals exemplifying what we would hope for in assistrd living for our parent (s).

The Sunrise of Naperville would be one of the top communities I would place my mom in out of the other two that I visited. Their memory care is much smaller which is what my mom needs and I really like that. They have multiple levels of care which is good. The staff has a lot more direct contact with their patients. I liked how nice the staff was. The place was a lot cleaner, and it feels more homey and not like an institution.

Sunrise of Scottsdale is a very caring community. My loved one is a resident and is very happy there. The staff is caring and responsible. The community is very appropriate for someone of advanced age and it is a good comfortable fit. They pay attention to details such as decorating for the holidays and taking great care of the potted plants and foliage in the community. They could use some improvements in the activities available for their residents.

Things have gone well with Sunrise of Annapolis so far, I'd give them high marks across the board. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff have all been friendly and caring. Overall it's a very pleasant place, and somewhere I would recommend to others!

Overall I think they do an excellent job at Sunrise of Chandler! In terms of the facility itself and the care and services they provide I would definitely rank them a 5! We did have some issues with the sign-up process, it was a little confusing and I don't felt like we got a lot of help from the administration, so I'll knock off half of a star for that. But I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for options in the area, my loved ones are doing very well here!

My uncle and aunt needed to move to assisted living because my aunt was fading fast. 24-hour care in NY, where they lived, was too expensive. Solana Horsham, nearer to family, proved the best home for them both financially and because everything about it spoke to happy and caring employees and residents. The staff couldn't have been nicer and gentler; the food was fine and the snack bar area for "in betweens" was a caring and happy touch. Residents on all floors were well cared for and seemed happy. Many gave us such positive testimonials, it helped cement the deal. If your family needs assisted living, do not think twice: ask for Migdalia Cosante, and you will be very pleased.

Overall everything has gone very well at Brighton Gardens! It's a nice, clean, well kept community, and the staff have all been very friendly. Everyone has been very accommodating and patient with our loved one, and they've taken great care of her! My only complaint is that sometimes the night staff are not quite as patient as the staff that work with her during the day.

They communicate very very well, and they make you feel very comfortable. It also seems like the people there at Brighton Gardens of St. Charles (the residents) are genuinely happy. They have also been very patient in dealing with me through the transition process, which I really appreciate.

My Dad stayed at Brighton Gardens for 3 weeks for respite care while we went on vacation. The staff was very caring, competent, and personable. Relevant activities were available even though my Dad preferred not to participate. The staff was very responsive to my Dad's needs and listened well to his concerns. We filled out a profile and they used this information to introduce him to other residents with similar backgrounds and/or interests. He was seated at meals with 3 other men and 2 of them had prior military service similar to my Dad's experience. This helped him feel more at home. Minimum furniture was provided which is understandable since most residents stay several months or years instead of a respite stay. We provided a pre-paid cell phone instead of activating phone service for this short stay. Furniture provided was a bed, dresser, night table, chair, and lamp. We brought a TV, his favorite chair, end table, card table, and 2 lamps. I felt my Dad was very safe and well taken care of at Brighton Gardens and would contact this facility again as needed. We chose this location so my Dad would be closer to other family while we were away. If it was closer we would definitely consider it for future permanent assisted living if my Dad gets to that point.

My mother is 93 and is not an easy person and can be impatient. She once did not get her meds precisely on time and was not happy about that. She also would like a couple more showers a week than what she gets. But again, she can be difficult to deal with. The people there are great. The fact that these are moms only complaints actually tells me they are doing a very good job.

The staff at Sunrise of Arlington have been wonderful. My Mom was treated with care and respect as she transitioned into her new living setting. The other community members and staff have been very welcoming, friendly and warm. She is very happy and when we visit there is always a lot of positive energy within the community. We chose Sunrise of Arlington because there is a youthful feeling that permeates the living environment there.

These are initial impressions as my wife, Joan has only been at Sunrise for a few weeks. She had been at another home only for Dementia guest for eight months, which I was disappointed by the attitude of some of the management staff. I decided to explore other homes. After contacting "A Place for Mom", I was given some leads, and i visited two homes, Chosing Sunrise. My first impression of Sunrise was it appeared cozy and more like entering a home. I was greeted in the lobby, first by the director, Leslie Tull and then by Sara Croes, of sales, whom I had a scheduled meeting with. Both were profesional with sincere attitude. The cost were presented, reflecting the degree of assistance available. I was shown the secure area for Dementia guest including a private room and a shared room and the rest of the Dementia area. I was also shown the main area, where we may visit when visiting with Joan. The layout of the Dementia area is well thought out and reflects a warm feeling. The rooms are in one wing with a fully carpeted hallway with numous "rememberance" stations. The general area is an open wing comprising the kitchen area, dining area, TV lounge and craft area in defind areas that flow from one to the other. There is a private room for visiting. There is an glassed-in porch and an outside porch and a large, secured yard with seating and a walkway with trees and bushes and flowers. The person in charge of the area, Ann Marie's office is within the secured area, with windows allowing her to veiw both wings. She also makes contact with each guest. The cheerful staff appears to be dedicated and attentive to the guest needs. Compared to Joan's previous home, Sunrise is far superior and I wish I had found it initially. Sunrise is a good value for the cost.

My mother-in-law is thrilled at Sunrise! My father-in-law, however, is still a little resistant to the idea. The people that we have worked with have been really exceptional. It's a really tough job day in and day out, and they are always smiling and always helpful and pleasant. I've never heard even the slightest bit of a cross tone to a resident, which I am always listening for so I can get a sense for what happens when we leave.

My loved one stayed at this community briefly. While I was impressed by the facility itself, our experience did not end up being a good one. They have a lot to provide here; it is a nice looking, clean, well kept place, and the staff are all very friendly. However, we chose a shared room for our loved one, and his roommate ended up being very hard to live with. It eventually soured Dad's experience to the point that he no longer wanted to live here at all. It's unfortunate it turned out that was, as I really was a fan of this place. It is still somewhere we are considering for the future, under different circumstances, and somewhere I would not hesitate to recommend to others who are looking into care, however!

Overall things seem to be going well at Brighton Gardens. My loved one is in their Reminiscence ward, and I think they do a great job. The ward has great staff coverage during the day, and they are all extremely pleasant and respectful towards the residents. We have had to hire some supplementary care to come in at night, as they just do not have enough people to keep a close eye on my loved one at night. The facility itself is clean, and the staff always respond promptly to any problems that come up. They also have an adorable Yorkie that lives on the floor, and he always brightens my day when I visit!

There are doing a good job so far. Her care is really good. I would use them again if I had another family member that needed to go somewhere, I would use them again. You still need to be there and pay attention to them, they aren't 100%, I don't think anyone is. But they are very good.

Our loved one is still settling in here, but overall things have gone well with Sunrise at Northville. It's a nice, clean, well kept community, and the staff have all been very friendly. They seem to take good care of their residents, we don't have any complaints!

They are doing a pretty good job. It's pretty clean and the staff is friendly. Their rates are pretty good. The variety of activities to participate in could be better. The food is pretty good, I would say about a four. Initially we were in the memory care unit, and recently moved to another floor. When he was in the memory care people would wander into his room, they could keep a little better tabs on the wanderers. There were also a list of repairs that never got tended too. We chose them based on the actual way that they would care for my loved one rather than just letting him be on his own.
