Every time I come to see her she is neat and clean, as is the room, and well tended to. So far we don't have any real concerns, or need for improvement. They were supposed to have a thirty day review that hasn't happened yet. Overall I am fairly happy with them, a four plus.

The staff was always very helpful, very friendly, very respectful of my mother and my family. I wasn't as impressed with the nursing staff. There were a couple of situations that I think could have been handled better. We wish there had been more activities on an intellectual level. Perhaps more guest speakers could have been brought in. It would have been nice if there had been more opportunities to make friends. Sitting with the same people 3 meals a day is hard. My mom loved having interesting conversations, but had a hard time finding like minded people.

I think they’re very caring and they seem to be very capable. I think overall it’s a very good place. I’ve eaten there several times and the food is very good. The food is very good. The people are the best and they’ve been great.

I'm really impressed with how much the staff care and how experienced they are. The residents, too, have been unusually friendly. The room is great (big, pretty) and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and fun. My mother just went in a week and a half ago and is having an extremely difficult time with the adjustment. The staff have been constantly checking in on her, working with her and my family, coming up with creative solutions, etc. Lots of communication, too, usually initiated by them! Again, really impressed with this place.

The folks at Highland Trails are superb--both the residents and the faculty or administration. They are kind, friendly, accommodating,, genuine and magnanimous. They listen and they try to help the aspiring resident to make an informed decision. They invited me back on numerous occasions to visit or to share a meal with them. The facility looks and smells clean and fresh. I will enjoy living there.

We have been very happy with this community so far. It is very clean, and the staff is very helpful. They have been great with accommodating our needs and making things much easier on us. For example, they transferred medical records for us and we have had to do none of the dirty work. They really took a lot of pressure off of us. Some floors seem to be nicer than others, and they are divided by the different care needs (memory care, assisted living, etc.). Overall, I have been happy with it so far.

It’s just like the ratings! They’re friendly and clean. It’s a very modern space. It’s a nice place to spend some time. The food looks really good. I have never had trouble finding parking. Everybody’s happy and friendly, especially the staff.

My loved one doesn’t really use that activities – I’m sure they’re great – we just don’t have any experience with them yet. Thus far we’ve been very pleased with our experience. The staff is very, very helpful. I live out of state so I deal with a lot of distance communications. They are very gracious and work with me. They try to encourage my mother to integrate into the communities. She enjoys the food. She’s says it’s great and they give her a whole lot. She feels very comfortable with the staff.

I've been very pleased so far with Sunrise of Boulder. A well-maintained, clean and nicely appointed facility is quickly appreciated. The staffing is more than adequate, the range of activities quite varied. One day it's "laugh yoga", a restaurant outing for lunch, then a music recital. After dinner (food is quite good) perhaps an art class. The place has been there for ~a decade so a lot of the staff are quite experienced and work well as a team. One needs to supply one's own furniture. Clients' fees are based on level of care needed so it can get a bit pricier than some places. Fees are based on a cost per day & billing is monthly. Visiting is 24/7, easy, & includes pets. There are 2 resident Labs there as well.

Up until recently we've had a very good experience with Sunrise of Edina! Things have gotten a little shaky recently since they are going through a big staff turnover, but we are hoping the quality remains the same. It's a nice looking, well kept, and clean facility, and the staff have all been very friendly. My family members and I all agree that our loved one really seems to be thriving here! She has shown all sorts of improvement!

Overall we are pretty pleased. The food is wonderful there, it's homemade, he's a chef, they even have a pastry chef. There have been some laundry mix-ups. There are a lot of different staff positions you need to deal with. I'm not always sure who to contact. I can talk to the sales rep at any time, and she will field our concerns, and she is very friendly. I feel that she is very well taken care of. I liked that when I waked in it felt like I was walking into someones home, and the cheeriness, and I like the locations. I also liked that they would come and get her for activities. They are good the first week or so to make sure she can find her way around. I noticed that they will talk face to face, and not from above them. They don't take elderly waiver, they will help you find another place, if the money runs out. They do have a nurse on staff that has been really good about communicating with me, she is aware of the residents and who they are. They also have specialists that come in.

I am very pleased and satisfied with Bedford court where my mom is living.

This is the perfect place for my parents. I like everything you have to offer. This is a big relief finding a place close to where I live. They were living in a 2 star assisted living home in Longmont. I look at it and say they moved from MOTEL 6 to the HILTON.

Excellent customer relations. Extremely professional and courteous staff. Excellent facilities, activities, value. Could not be happier.

The people at Sunrise of Edgewater are very caring and nurturing.and one can rest assured that no one will fall through the cracks. The staff is top quality, as is the facility.

This facility was SO well run and very nice. The care manager was SO sharp. I liked that the dining was segregated into two rooms based on level of care. Memory Care was on the third floor. I found this unusual, but there was an open patio just outside the dining room. As much as I liked this place, unfortunately a BIG drawback was the 4 levels of care and the extra price for medication management based on how many meds taken including over the counter meds. It was hard to determine exactly what price to expect based on their brochures but it was easy to tell that it could be very expensive no matter what. I also worry about how good the care really might be if they are always trying to determine which level is needed which can fluctuate with someone needing memory care. I was called by someone there and offered a really good deal for one year, but I still was worried about getting "nickeled and dimed".

We moved my dad into Sunrise at Sheepshead Bay Reminiscence Neighborhood and have been very please with the care he receives there. The staff has been very friendly, caring and professional. The environment is bright and cheery with an abundance of natural light. My dad especially likes the outdoor atrium where residents can sit and watch the activity along the marine and waterfront. The activities director works one on one with my dad to taylor activities to his interests. There always seems to be some activity going on to engage the residents. My dad's health has been declining and the staff has been attentive to his needs. The care mangers are very compassionate and seem to truly enjoy their work with the residents. I rest easier knowing dad is in a good place the meets the challenges of his needs.

It's been very good so far. I haven't really seen any need for improvement yet. I haven't had any complaints about the food. It is nicer than some of the other places we looked at. This was also in a good location for us.

I think overall we are pretty satisfied. The food is pretty good, and we haven't had any problems with the laundry. Everyone is friendly and they are clean. It's really nice and they do a great job with activities and having a lot going on. It was a toss up between this community and another but this one was easier to get to for visits, for us.

I liked this place and would have loved to move my loved one here. It's very nice, but they just don't much for funding options. They are all private pay. I liked the environment of sunrise, it's active there is more to do than at a personal care home.
