Sunrise Senior Living

My father complained about the food but their food was fabulous. We're mexican so I think he just missed mexican food. They seemed to have more activities for the seniors. They always have something going on. It's an assisted living facility and it was time for my father to be in a nursing home and time to start using medicaid so we moved him.

The staff here at Sunrise was really great. They were very accommodating. They were also very thoughtful and considerate about the residents. We were very pleased with them and would recommend Sunrise to anyone.

I really like that they truly care about every resident. The staff takes the time to know all of the residents. They are very compassionate and understanding. They are always upbeat and they take really good care of our loved one. Knowing our loved one is well taken care of provides us with peace of mind.

It's really nice. They're very good. I don't know if there is enough activities for Alzheimer's patients. There are some activities but I don't know if there is enough. They have singing and some games and puzzles out but I don't know how much the Alzheimer's patients can participate. The caregivers in the Alzheimer's unit are really, really nice people and my father really likes the food.

The staff is very professional yet they are very compassionate. You can tell they truly enjoy working here. The community is very clean and the food here is very good. One of their policies is to say "Yes". If you ask for something or need something they try their hardest to say yes and make it happen. They have different sizes of apartment, our loved one has a medium and that fits him just fine. They have lots of activities, they recently had a family picnic and you could invite as many people as you wanted, the best part is that it was all free for the families. We are very pleased with Sunrise and would recommend them to anyone.

This community was the first that we visited and Mom loved it. The lunch food was very nice and the selections appealing. The facility was beautiful and we saw several levels or types of units that were all lovely. The staff was wonderful, answered all of our questions patiently and very courteous.

It's perfect! That place is perfect. They've hired the best people imaginable and to me it's wonderful because of the people there. My mom is safe and happy and I couldn't imagine a better place. My mother has never been happier in her entire life. The people are so personalbe and they really care about my mom. The food is fresh. This is the best thing I ever did!

I love it, its immaculate, absolutely perfection. The people are absolutely wonderful, I haven't had one probelm yet. They provide everything, they have a bus that takes them places, they take the residents on outings, they have all the doctors I need in house, they have excellent alzheimers care, a foot doctor, everything my mom needs right now. It's a little expensive but I think I'm getting what I pay for, my bill is always crystal clear; if we ever need less care they adjust the price for that, its never been a problem. I basically chose them because my mom has some dementia, I looked at some others but I wanted to know what would happen as her alzheimers progresses, at Sunrise I don't have to move her to a nursing home and they're able to take care of her up to end of life. Because of that I felt the most comfortable there and they come and check on her 6/7 maybe even 8 times a day so theyre around all the time.

This particular Sunrise is the best. I am so glad my mom is located there. The staff tends to come and stay and be promoted within. Staff is trained well and very professional. They are caring and kind to the residents. they do their best to make it feel like home, with parties, birthday celebrations and celebrations of various holidays often celebrated with family members. They are the best. Also work with various hospice organizations in the local area to support families and family member when and if that time comes. These folks are truly caring and loving to the residents. I wouldn't have my mom anywhere else.

It was fabulous but way out of our budget. I mean, it was the Taj Mahal! I would have gladly chosen them if we could have afforded it.

They were really, really fantastic. I have raved about them to so many people. I'm going to give them high marks accross the board - they really earned it! The thing that made the difference was the staff. The people that worked there were so genuinely nice and patient and went above and beyond any expectations. They all went out of their way to help my mother.

So far everything has been very good and just A-Ok. The staff is friendly. The community is very clean and well maintained. We went to visit during a happy hour thing they were doing at the community. Our loved one has been on several field trips and keeps telling us she likes it there. We are pleased with Provision Living and would recommend them to anyone.

I would say it's a good value. They have a lot of activities but my mother is not and activity oriented person. Overall I would say it's a good place, it really is excellent. The only drawback is if you have someone like my mother who is not activity oriented it can be problematic. They don't force her but they want her to participate and she doesn't want to. They're taking very good care of her. She always looks neat and clean. They were able to get the swelling in her feet down. Sunrise has animals. They have two resident dogs and two resident cats and I know that my mother has a dog so I thought it would help her transition. That factor, I think, is important.

The person that I worked with there was awesome. I continue to call her and ask her questions and even though you've signed on the dotted line you continue to get just fabulous customer service. They're not just trying to get your money. The staff is incredible and the community is beautiful. We just moved him from assisted living to independent living, still in Sunrise. They offer a lot of activities.

After A Place for Mom recommended them we visited the community and really just liked it. Everyone was very friendly and everyone we talked to had nothing but good things to say about Sunrise. It has a wonderful home like atmosphere and really just gave us a good feeling about it. We are pleased with them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

They have a complete list of activites there. I'm not sure what they are. My mom is no longer at Sunrise at Cherry Creek. She got a UTI there, which is not acceptable.

They are very caring and would go out of their way to help us. We wished we would have found them sooner. It was a very nice change of pace then the other community we had our loved one at. They have extensive care for an assisted living community. They work very hard to provide the proper level of care. The quality of the care makes it worth the money. We would recommend Sunrise to anyone.

Excellent facility. Good size one bedrooms. Good activities. Friendly staff and residents. Excellent common areas, conducive to chatting and social interaction. Victorian three story.

Wonderful. It's beautiful - it's not institutional at all. It's like a clubhouse, only 3 stories tall in a beautiful location. The staff are very congenial and everybody knows everybody. It doesn't give off an instutional feeling at all. I know that this is a very expensive facility and my mother's level of care has gone up but they're doing a great job caring for her.

It's expensive but I definitely think, so far, we're getting everything that I hoped for. My dad doesn't do the activites but they really do have a nice variety for those who participate. I was looking for a place that used patience rather than just prescibing medications. They told me they did that and they're really coming through. The call me to let me know that things are going well instead of only calling if something is wrong. I'm sorry I didn't do this sooner. Less than a month ago he was slumped over in a chair and I was told her was blind and in a vegetative state and if you saw my dad today - he's not the same person! The staff love him. They say he's adorable and pleasant. They undertand that there is an adjustment period and it's longer for some that others.
