We toured this location when we were looking into options for my in-laws. This was a very nice looking place, the facility itself was beautiful and very clean. All of the employees we spoke with were friendly and helpful, and looked like they provided great care for the residents. We ended up selecting another community since this location was not convenient for some family members, but I think my in-laws would have been very happy here!

Everyone was super helpful during the process of getting my Mom into the Fairfax. There were last minute changes in arrival dates and everyone worked with us to get it right. It's now been over a month and Mom is loving the place. I wish we had done this 5 or 6 years ago!

We toured this location when we were looking into care options for a loved one. Everything here looked great, it was a nice looking community and the staff were all friendly and professional. Our decision ended up as a toss up between this place and another Sunrise facility, and although we chose the other one due to the location being for convenient, we'd have no problems recommend this place to others!

This place has done a great job so far. My loved one has made a lot of improvement since she moved in here, she's put on weight and is gaining strength. The staff here are very caring and friendly, they seem to treat all of the residents like family. I like that they keep a close eye on everyone, and will unobtrusively bring residents food or medication they may have forgotten. We're very pleased with this place, and would definitely recommend it.

Loved this one. It was a little more money that she could afford but I will recommend this one to others. Just a beautiful place and so close to I-95 exit to Springfield. This was our choice #2.

Overall this community does a great job, I'd give them 5s across the board. The staff in particular are very friendly, understanding, and easy to work with. They provide great care, keep everything looking nice and clean, and make sure the residents have plenty to do.

We toured this location when we were looking into options for my Dad. We were very impressed with this place, it looked great and everyone was very friendly. One woman in particular, I believe her name was Pat, was amazingly helpful. This community catered to those with a higher level of care than we were looking for for Dad, but I have a friend who have loved ones here and they love it!

Met w Christy. We (my brother and I) were impressed with staff and facility (it is 2 years old building) Looks like a week-run and good place for my mom when considering cost , available rooms (studio, 1-bdrm) and overall atmosphere of care. Will definitely be in final selection top 3 options our family is considering for mom in a few weeks time.

I had loved ones who stayed in this facility, and from what I saw it looked like they did a good job. It was a very nice looking place, the staff were friendly and they always kept it very clean. My biggest issue was the cost, it is VERY expensive, even for the quality.

Home is beautiful and spacious. I found the staff to be very helpful, and nurturing. Great Place!

Friendliness of the staff is a five plus. When we walked in it was a very home like environment and the people were very friendly and caring. They give you too much food. They feed everyone very well. The cost could be a little more affordable. I'm very, very satisfied with the care here. I don't have to worry.

Very nice-like a hotel. Good location. Small facility. Tiered care. Fees are a little higher than budget but is doable.

Overall this is a very nice place! It's somewhere we've used more than once, for different loves ones, and if it came to it I wouldn't mind staying here myself! It's in a nice part of town, and the surroundings are beautiful. The staff are all very nice, and keep everyone comfortable and the place nice and clean. I do wish there was a bit more variety in the activities, and they could use more frequent transportation options.

We toured this location when we were looking into options for my loved one. It looked very nice, clean, and all of the staff seemed friendly. The issue that we had with this facility was that while they provided both assisted and independent living, it was very strictly one or the other. My loved one is mostly independent, with a few specific instances where she might need assistance, and Sunrise didn't have a lot of flexibility in that regard.

So far, my father's care here has been excellent. The staff has been wonderful...they are very caring, upbeat and knowledgeable. The facility is well-cared for, clean, easy to access and attractive (but not overly) decorated. Visitor parking is very limited and I often have to park either in the back ( what I assume is the staff lot) or on an access road. My family feels very comfortable that he is safe and well-cared for. Cost could be an issue in the future as my father does not have a lot of resources and they do not accept Medicaid. But, for now, we are happy to have him placed in such a caring community with tons of senior-specific activities.

Beautiful facility. Went to Brunch, food was excellent. Prices are a bit on the high side.

Like this place very much & Terri was very informative. I would consider putting my dad here also. Only thing that I did not like was there was no outdoor space for the residents to go w/o a staff member.

The staff here is amazing. There isn't one surly, sad, or maladjusted person in the bunch. The entire place just has a really great community feel to it, the residents and staff are all friendly. The facility itself is a little older, well kept-up, but the age is starting to show a bit in things like consistency of the climate, style of the carpets, etc. Overall a very nice place, though!

My father is on the Memory Care unit at Sunrise. The quality of care there is excellent. The care is very individualized. We were asked what Dad likes to eat, how he likes to dress, what upsets him, what soothes him, when he likes his shower, etc. The staff on this unit is highly trained to care for dementia residents. Everyone seems to enjoy what they do and there is a positive atmosphere. The place itself is beautiful, very home-like with upholstered furniture, cozy nooks to sit, and a fireplace in the main lobby. I feel my dad is in very good hands.
