really nice, wish we had discovered sooner

This is day 8 at Brighton Gardens and all the staff there have been fantastic to work with.

No matter how you look at it, it’s a lot of money, even though the value of our loved ones is beyond the measure of money. The last experience I had before this was in the 1980’s there’s no comparison to what is available now. It’s just so much better than I’d imagined.

I am very happy with them. They are the best. My grandmother is very happy with them. They were very flexible with our needs. My grandmother doesn't eat regular meals, and they don't charge her for them. Other places just said this is what it is, but they didn't charge her, and they still bring her ice cream.

Very nice facility. A lot of extra's. Like the Companion Living Suite. Move-in fee negotiable. They do not have any Medicaid beds, so once you use you money you would have to move to a nursing home.No bed alarms but doors can be left open and checks can be more frequently.

It's very expensive. It's like 300 or more dollars a day. It is much better than the last place that she was. The food is okay. The people are all very friendly. There are activities going on. They are pretty attentive. They have high ceilings and a pleasant dining room. The people are pleasant there, they all smile at you.

My loved one would have felt uncomfortable because of the level of the clientele. The residents seem come from a moneyed background. Everything was very nice, very clean. The staff seemed very professional and kind. The food was excellent.

They do a great job. The staff is friendly, and it's clean. The price is reasonable, the only charge I think is too much is medication management. They have a lot of activities. I would say the food is good, but the service needs to be improved, there are a lot mix up as far as who ordered what. If they could get the orders right they would be top notch! One of the main reasons I picked them is they offered O.T. and P.T. on site.

It was a pleasure meeting Charles. He was very pleasant and accommodating. The tour was great and I had an opportunity to meet some of the residents. I was very impressed with the facility and it's home-like setup (as apposed to hospital setting. Thanks for your assistance.

I had to move my elderly mother to Houston before I moved myself and family. Felt very confident that this facility could handle all her needs in my absence until I could get settled in Texas. They were incredibly accommodating. They seemed genuinely interested in WHO my mother was and what she NEEDED as opposed to how much money was in her bank account (the last facility in Florida was a money-sucker and we didn't get as near as good help as we do at Sunrise!) She has only been there a few weeks, but I can say that the initial interview, tour, and admission paperwork clued me in that this was indeed the BEST place for mom!

My first experience with Sunrise Dresher was outstanding. The Sales Director Steve Goodman was friendly, informative, responsive, and great to work with. The staff and facility was also welcoming and very friendly. For the cost of care, this is an outstanding value compared to other facilities.

We found a 'place for mom'. Its just the right fit. Luxury but not to big and overpowering for a 90 year old. She moves in next week if all goes well. Thank you Catherine for all your help.

The staff is wonderful! I’d give them a ten! We haven’t hit the stage of care where you have to pay for there, but I’m sure when my loved one gets to that stage, I’m sure it’ll be great like everything else they offer. My loved one wishes the activities were a little different, but you can’t always please everyone. The staff is what sold us on that location in Plainview.

They have done such a good job! They have identified her as a fall risk and taken steps to prevent falls. They have put alarms on the bed and her wheelchair. They are clean and the staff is friendly. It's a great place!

I was very impressed by the facilities and the staff. They were delightful to work with. Unfortunately my mother's health declined just as we were about to move her to Sunrise and we had to change course and move her to a skilled nursing facility. I believe that she would have thrived at Sunrise had her health stabilized. The atmosphere is very homelike and the amenities unmatchable.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. Everything here looked very nice! The staff were all very friendly, and the facility itself seemed very clean and well kept. However, this was a fairly large, multiple story community, and we felt like it would have been a bit intimidating and difficult to navigate for our loved one.

It is gorgeous inside & out. Everyone is so friendly & caring. Her suite is decorated with her belongings & she seems very happy with the staff's attentiveness. She's only been there a short while but I am very impressed with the facility.

It's going fantastic, they are just phenomenal! The programs, the transportation, just everything. The food is good. We are really happy with them. There isn't anything I would improve.

Very friendly staff and the senior community seems to be very happy there. My Mother is getting to know and interact with other seniors her own age which is helping to stimulate her mind after living alone for years. Very please with the staff, the planned activities and the meal service. This is independent living and the care is an add on as you need it which actually fits her needs perfectly
