Sunrise Senior Living

Sunrise for Jackson is an assisted living facility. Most workers are friendly and provide above average care. My father was in three rehabs/nursing homes in 2017/2018. I am pleased with Sunrise of Jackson. He has developed friendships with both other residents and staff. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way for the residents. They have activity if you are interested. They keep me informed of my father’s medical condition and have made my life easier. I do not need to worry about his care when I am at work. Rooms are set up like a home/apartment. Scheduled meals 3x a day. Nurse on duty. Physical Therapy if needed. They can also arrange doctor/dentist/audiologist/optometrist is needed to visit the facility. I would recommend taking a tour of the facility. Thanks, [name removed]

A great find for my dad. He was no longer able to stay in the big house. This is a fun, neat and clean friendly place. His suite is super nice with a door to. Beautiful patio! Geist adjusting ver well after only 3 weeks!

This facility has all the bells and whistles. However, the cost for 2 people, one in memory care and the other in assisted living is quite high. There is no flexibility, if either of your parents is independent. I might consider this for one parent, but would have to compare other places since cost is high and unfortunately my parents lifetime savings would not last long.

Sunrise of Oakville has been the best place for my mom, after researching many other assisted living homes. They are so friendly, fun and caring and very loving towards all of their residents, as far as I can see, every time I've been there. And, I've been there almost every day for the past month. They have lots of activities and include everyone! The food is pretty good, but mostly it feels like a home when you walk in...not a hospital Because we were so pleased with Sunrise, we now have an aunt, and my mother-in-law living there too. They are having a great time, enjoying each others company mostly well taken care of from the staff that work there. Thats what is important!! If anyone is thinking of going to Sunrise...do it!! You won't regret it.

Sunrise is beautiful, clean, and well staffed. The apartments are well done, close to the dining rooms, and situated for optimal exposure to other residents. The staff is responsive to needs from family, and professional as well as warm with the residents. I am very happy to have my mother in this community.

I was very informative and the residents are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thet very kindly offered to show me their customize3d residences and shared their feelings of why the think they made the right choice. Everything was first rate.

Beautiful place but it isn't walkable to shops in a way that we think his parents will want.

This place is kinda pricey, but the individualized care sounds great.

We were impressed by the memory unit. We would feel comfortable with our mom going there.

Our visit to Sunrise of Arlington went very well. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Their programs seem to fit our criteria for our sister-in-law who will be going into the memory care unit. [Name removed] seemed to understand our situation and shared our concern. As Sunrise is our chosen community, our only hope is that our sister-in-law will enjoy her time there with many visits from family.

I have been very happy with the care provided my husband at Sunrise of Randolph. The residents are monitored medically with great care and any problems found are dealt with quickly. Staff are attentive to residents' daily care. When I visit, he is always neat and clean. If he refuses a meal, they set food aside and check back to assure that, when he is ready, his meal is still available. I have found him eating breakfast at 10:30 or 11 because he wanted to sleep in! Yup. They spoil him. But at 87 maybe he's entitled! What I value most about his care is the staff-resident interaction. Laughter, joking, hugs and affection. And patience. Endless patience.

Clean. Nicely decorated. Plenty of activities. Mom says “good vibes here” but “not ready to move or leave Piscataway”. Rep ([Name removed]?) says Transportation could be arranged for friends to be picked up to visit her, besides getting transp to there

They gave us a great tour. The community looked very welcoming. It felt like all the staff know the residents by name. As we left we got to see some of the art work/craft from the residents.

The staff and management are very professional and kind. They understand the service they offer very well and strive always to do their very best for the residents. The food service is excellent and coordination with outside vendors for medical needs of residents is exemplary.

We're very happy with Sunrise of Chandler for our mother. I marked value down one just because it's so expensive. They are wonderful there and do games, music, etc with the memory care residents, but it's all costly. I would still recommend it.

The environment and entire Staff of Sunrise of Chandler Assisted Living was amazing for my Mother and our family. Every detail of my Mom's care was attended to with patience and kindness in a truly 'Home- like' environment. My Mom told us more than once that she was happy there :). She enjoyed participating in the activities to the best of her ability and loved the on site hairdresser visits each week! Our family was able to focus on just being with mom and enjoying the time we had left together knowing she was cared for Spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally. We highly recommend Sunrise of Chandler Assisted Living and Comprehensive Hospice and Palliative Care for anyone requiring one or both of the services. We will always be grateful!

Sunrise was able to help us out with temporary care until we could get my dad admitted to the veterans hospital. It is a great place with many caring individuals who went above and beyond the call for us.
