Very nice place. Seemed to have a great sense of community. I loved the dog that greets everyone who enters and the pet friendly environment. It’s so cute how they have pet name markers along with resident names outside of rooms.

Kyfffin Grove is a great place. Staff are kind and accommodating. The Director is available and open to feedback from residents. The social worker is fantastic. The food was the best variety of anywhere we visited. My mother is very happy here.

Nice clean facility and was a little expensive although we were willing to work with it. The issue we had was immediate availability for either 2 studios or a 2 bedroom suite. [Name removed] was very nice and knowledgeable.

The people is what makes this place. Lots of love and mental stimulation. There are some areas that are lacking but [name removed] and [name removed] are good listeners, responsive and eager to assist every single resident in the facility. That's a big deal! The kitchen is staffed by professionals and every week there is a meeting that include management, the chef and residents who seek and find not only menu alternatives but menu choices and other great ideas that make for a better dining experience. [Name removed] is a high energy and loving person whose intent is to make thing better on every level and for every resident. Mark is a marvelous manager who spend the time to talk to whoever wants an audience with him. [name removed] is a great Manager who should be applauded for what he brings to the Courtyard. Over all, The Courtyard is home to many a satisfied resident. These residents sign up to go to do their banking, grocery shopping at Kings Soopers and even shop at Walmart. They are also transported by one of the most gracious and humble drivers I've ever witnessed and are taken to their doctor and hair appointments. What could be better? The residents here are always treated with great respect.

Loved this facility, but it is way above our budget

Ultra modern and new. Very nice. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Just a little too far for our needs.

[Name removed]Took great care to answer my many questions and to show me all aspects of the facilities. It seemed warm and inviting, and I believe my mother would be happy there with all there is to do with as much care as she might, or might not need. I ran into a resident walking their dog (yes they can have pets!), and she spoke very highly of her experience at Sunrise.

From the moment we walked in we found the staff genuinely caring. Since my father has moved in everyone has been super helpful and on top of making his experience the best possible. Compared to other retirement homes, we have found Lakewood Estates to be a great value! I highly recommend this community.

The memory care area is intimate - with lovely nooks and curved hallways that spiral from the rooms to the common areas. It was welcoming and inviting for residents and families.

Warm, personal, home-like environment. Not cold and clinical. Staff is totally professional from top to bottom and they always smile and call you by name. The patients, like my wife, in memory care, are not forgotten souls. They are treated with great respect. Assisted wherever needed - but not stripped of their privacy of dignity. Fianally, after researching numerous memory care facilities, this seemed to be the very best possible lifestyle for my wife. She agrees. In fact, the whole family agrees. That must be why they call it “SUNRISE” instead of “SUNSET”. It’s the BEGINNING of assisted living - not the END of your life.

The staff is good natured and very friendly. They make everyone feel welcome. The care and attention is high.

Very friendly staff - willing to work with both independent and assisted living residents (they have a separate building if a resident needs to go from independent to assisted living - one stop shopping). Clean. Apartments are decent-sized, including kitchens that are bigger than mine! Small community, so everyone knows each other. Serves beer and wine with lunch and dinner upon request! :) Had lots of information about financing opportunities.

We are happy overall...the Staff are very caring and informed. Communication is open and thorough regardless of whom you ask questions. Follow thru is good. IWe appreciate the Staff’s tenacity and effort put into caring for our Mom and other Residents that reside@ Sunrise. Professionalism & politeness is exceptional by the Staff. We are satisfied with our choice, Sunrise @ Canyon Crest!

Brighton Gardens is ran like a 5 star hotel. Excellent service and food. The care level for my mother far exceeds expectations. I got the usual pushback from my mother after being independent for 40 years of living alone. She has been at Brighton for 2 months and they have totally won her over.

Excellent facility. Very neat and clean and they really take care of the residents.

The best senior Home I have seen so far, professionally run and very good to the residents staying there. Price a bit high but you get what you pay for.

My mother has been a resident of REM for nearly four years. Though it is often a heartbreaking experience that my mom is in need of such care, we feel we could not have found a better place for her and our family.
