Very nice clean and secure facility. No current vacancies in the memory care area. Employees seemed helpful and knowledgeable. Patio area was nice. Good quite location in Yorba Linda.

We moved my Mom into the memory area at Sunrise Pinehurst about 8 months ago. I have to share, this place exceeded our expectations. Everyone, from the caregivers, management, directors and nursing staff are incredible. This is a professionally run place, it shows! I stop in about every few days, my mom is clean, happy, always doing some activity - in fact, shes dramatically improved in all areas since moving in. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the folks working there. They are good at what they do, and they enjoy it - thus, our mother benefits. Thank you, Sunrise!

Its now been 8 months since we moved my mother into Sunrise at Pinehurst, memory care area. Everyone, from the caregivers, management, nursing staff etc., is wonderful. Kind, caring, responsible, personable - and downright do a good job are just a few words to describe this team. Always clean and smells great. Our mother is THRIVING and HAPPY here! Thank you, ladies and gents - can't say enough good things about this place. Sincerely!

My loved one thrived and socialized at Sunrise for the first time in years.

In addition to the quality hands on care, the activities and sense of community have been instrumental in my Mom developing friendships and participating in daily activities. I can honestly say that my Mom is more active and involved in life than she had been before joining the Sunrise neighborhood.

[Name removed] gave me the tour and all the information needed. I was actually considering signing up for myself!! Beautiful place, lots of things to do, great menu and dining room. Spoke to a resident and her daughter who love living there. I like one of the 1st floor apartments with a small screened patio which I know my cousin would love to have for her cat.

I have been familiar with Sunrise at Jackson for the past 5 years since my mother became a resident... Our family visited 3 other facilities at that time, and we all remarked when we saw Sunrise that we knew it was “home.” Firstly the staff is stellar. Most of the employees have become like family over the years. My mother was treated with the upmost respect and care. Apart from her own family caregiving, this is as good as it gets. She passed away almost 2 years ago but I continue to return as I have made close ties with staff and residents. Before her passing she was put on hospice. The accommodations were amazing, the skill level of the nursing was top notch & the personal love and care was like no other. We are very thankful for the people that make up Sunrise. We have been blessed in every way. We would highly recommend Sunrise of Jackson.

Found this place through [name removed] A Place for Mom. He was so informative and kind. Took a tour and we hope to move in next week to Sunrise. [Name removed] was great!

Love the staff here!!! So caring and patient with Dad. Always willing to assist with anything we need! Cheerful, welcoming environment. Home cooked meals. We are all so happy we found Sunrise for our Dad!!

The room was so joyfully decorated for the holidays and a birthday party. The food was delicious and the portions were very big.

Very happy with the care services and friendliness of the staff. A little pricey but all of these types of facilities are. In comparison to where she was they are less expensive.

I’m writing this review because my mom and dad have been in Stratford Court now 3 years now going on 4 ! The people who work at Stratford Court are the most helpful and so friendly and can’t do enough for there residents! The young men and women in the dinning room are the best they are so helpful for the residents they go out of there way for the people in Stratford Court! The 2nd best is your concierge at the front desk all of them are so polite and extremely friendly and go out of there way to help the residents especially [name removed]!! There were numerous times I would panic when I couldn’t reach my parents and she would go out of her way to make sure that someone would check on them and if she couldn’t she would check herself!! God bless them all it’s the best place for your loved ones and so feels like home for my parents and myself and when I’m ready to be in Independent place STRATFORD COURT will be the place for me!!

I enjoy the activities, the helpers are not only very kind, polite, anxious to please - they work hard! The food is excellent! Our chef is willing to accommodate special menus for company. I was amazed at the efforts of the staff to make these last years of our lives so pleasant!

The staff at Sunrise is caring and compassionate. The facility is clean, cozy and home like. I feel fortunate to have a place like Sunrise taking care of my mom.

In the 3+ years [name removed] has been here, staff continues to go above and beyond all tasks needed. They all work so hard to meet so many needs. The physical and caring work they do is exceptional. Thank you for being a part of the [name removed] family. Consider yourselves adopted by us!

My mother in law spent a week in "respite" and she loved it. She told me that the staff was the favorite part of her visit, because they were so friendly and willing to help the residents. She also enjoyed the food, other residents, the activities and of course the mellow resident dog Molly. Mom enjoyed morning exercises and balloon toss game used with "noodles" from a pool. She will be going back in the summer for a 2 week visit and my husband and I feel very confident about the quality of care she will receive.
