I loved the place and he is moving in. [Name removed] was amazing and so excited to be assisting us in finding him a new home. The apartment is just what he was looking for. The whole staff went above and beyond to help anyway they could. Thank you for the positive experience! Can’t wait to get him moved in!

Sunrise of Highland Park was mom's last "home" for her final four years with Alzheimer's and the level of care they gave surpassed all my expectations. Yes, the place is always clean and beautifully decorated and the food is better than I could have hoped but the real difference is the quality of care. How do they manage to recruit and keep such an incredible "staff"? Every one of them treated us as family and showed endless patience, good humor and compassion as she neared the end. I can't say enough about the memory unit that I had needlessly feared for mom. She was fond of everyone there, even the obese orange cat who ambled by arthritically for a petting fest every now and then. Look at [name removed] at the front desk and tell me that isn't the face of an angel! I will be forever grateful for the compassionate care they gave unstintingly through a very difficult time.

A place for mom helped me find Sunrise of Naperville 7 years ago. It was the best decision I could have made for my elderly Aunt! Sunrise has taken excellent care of her and of me! The staff goes up and beyond the normal level of care that is offered by assisted living facilities, and they CARE about their residents. My Aunt now has a new family in the caregivers and nursing staff, she is treated better than I could on my own. She is kept engaged in the various activities supplied by the staff, her life is full. She is happy and when there is a need, it is met by the staff. They keep me informed, regularly, and always ask if I have any concerns or input as to keeping her healthy and happy. On the two times, in the last 7 years, when she was sent to the hospital, the staff visited her there and helped me get her back to her home in Sunrise. They kept her grounded in her relationship with them. I highly recomend this facility to any family that has a need for assisted living or memory care.

Their minimum for Resprite care is too long for our needs.

One of the finest facilities I have ever seen. Beautiful grounds. Very friendly, professional staff. Many activities for residents. Special programs for memory patients.

Really liked this facility, the staff was friendly and helpful. Community was very clean and well staffed. We did not select this community based purely on location and ease of access for our family and her friends.

Loving care, attention to needs, good food! What else can be said? A truly unique and special place for "senior care!" The entire staff is totally dedicated to providing the best possible experience for both the resident and the family!

Facility is very clean, well maintained and safe. Staff is very friendly easy to work with, they are taking good care of my Dad. Food service and dining are very good. Costs are a little more than I expected. Many activities are focused on women, not too many that interest men. Over all my dad seems very happy with the environment of the facility. Bottom line it was a good decision to move my Dad into Sunrise Randolph!

Mother and I checked out the "independent living" facility. [Name removed] was a great guide and the community exceeded our expectations. So many activities to chose from. The place was very clean, the staff friendly and the food choices excellent. I thought the prices were reasonable considering what you get. We both felt the one-bedroom apartments were a bit small, except for one with a closed in balcony, so she might have to get a 2-bedroom for the extra space and storage she will need. The 2-bedroom unit we looked at cost $3600/month Vs. $3300 for the large one bedroom.

Sunrise at Fountain Square provides a warm, welcoming atmosphere the moment you walk in the door which is one of the many reasons my family chose Sunrise over the other senior living facilities we visited. My dad has lived in the Terrace Club neighborhood for one year now. The staff members on his floor are always friendly and helpful. They offer a variety of activities as well as three daily meals, weekly housekeeping and laundry services. Having a loved one with Alzheimer's is not easy, but knowing my dad is surrounded by people who treat him with kindness and respect is a big comfort. My family feels that Sunrise is the best place for my dad and would highly recommend it to others.

I toured this facility and my experience was excellent. The staff took the time to answer my questions and they asked questions of me that really made me feel like they wanted to know my situation with my mother. There is low staff turnover and it is clean. They have a resident cat on the memory care floor which was a big hit with me. I would highly recommend anyone looking for assisted living or memory care to have Sunrise Burlington on their list.

I toured this facility looking for a place for my mother. I found the staff to be impressive, caring and very understanding of memory care needs. Also, staff turnover seems very low. I think that anyone looking for assisted living and or memory should put Sunrise Burlington on their list.

Nice place, but they don't do short-term respite care. Unfortunately not an option for us at this time. If our search changes to longer-term/permanent solution, will consider again

Nice facility. Friendly staff. On site p.t. And exercise classes. Can have cox baseball channel. Must supply furniture private room. Will do short term prefer long term.

Sunrise @ Sheepshead Bay is an efficient facility. Clean,pleasant,friendly,helpful and most of all they care about the residents.

We very much liked the feel of this Sunrise.[Name removed] was such a nice person that made our visit confortable. We think [Name removed] would be happy there and hopefully progress in her recovery. We sent a $1000.00 check for them to hold while we are on a waiting list. Depending on when [Name removed] leaves Townhouse rehab will determine if this works out

This Sunrise is the most convenient to us. We met with [Name removed] who guided us through our tour. The facility is beautiful but it is the highest price of the three. [Name removed] from plainview will contact them as we will be placed on their waiting list also.

[Name removed] and [name removed] made an extraordinary effort in assisting me from Texas with moving my Aunt and Uncle into Sunrise Braintree MA 5 days before Christmas. Everyone I have dealt with is very caring. My Aunt and Uncle have a beautiful one bedroom apartment and they are settling in. I can't thank them enough for all of their help!

Very nice place. Lots of options for residents. It was a bit larger than what we were looking for, but would be great for those looking to be part of a larger community. It was very impressive. Felt like I was in a Disney Hotel.
