Sunrise Senior Living

Our loved one moved in right before COVID, so we have only been able to see the inside of the community once and what we did see it was very clean. The staff is wonderful, they have met and exceed our expectations. My father has yet complained about the food. The rooms we saw were great, it smelled fine and there were no offensive odors. Everything looked new, we are very pleased with this community. We would absolutely recommend this to another family or friend. Since we aren't able to visit, the staff has set up face time video chats, and are now starting to do outdoor visits.

Both my father and mother in law have lived in Sunrise Highland Park, IL. During their tour there and I found the staff to be extremely competent and caring. Our loved ones were well cared for and the environment was comfortable and clean. I felt that they were there as part of a family, not just a patient. I strongly recommend this senior community.

We moved her in on [date removed] and then they shut down on the [date removed]. My loved one lives on their memory care unit. They do allow virtual visits. When we want to see my loved one through the window we will make an appointment and the staff will bring her down. The staff has been accommodating for us to visit my loved one. There was a little miscommunication with the pharmacy and doctor office. This may be because of the lock down and not sure of the chain of demand. Sunrise was one of the only communities that allow for the loan company to send them to receive a loan payment directly.

We chose Sunrise of Staten Island because of availability as well as the care services, we have had no complaints. The room sizes are perfect. The food is excellent, they have a lot of variety. My favorite part about the community has been the staff members. I would recommend.

I would encourage my friends to send their parents there. In fact if I didn't like where my mom was there I wouldn't recommend. The room sizes seem to be on the small size for me. At the same time, for those that don't want to keep the work of a house up, this would be a perfect place for them to go. They used to be able to go to the cafeteria for meals, but due to COVID,they aren't able to visit or have meals there. The first night that my loved one was there we were able to have dinner with her. I have peace of mind that my mom is there. I narrowed it down to three places, and my mom decided this was the right fit for her. She and I were picky about where they were to go, and it safe and comfortable environment

I have lived at Greeley Place for 3 years. The management is concerned that the residents are happy, are the best at what they do in their jobs. Multiple activities provided daily, physical therapy, barbershop, library at our disposal. 3 good meals a day in large dining room. During the pandemic, they have delivered meals to our rooms, to help keep us safe. I am glad that I live at Greeley Place when the COVID-19 hit Colorado. The management and staff went into action immediately to protect us. They followed the health department regulations and stayed up to date on all the changes. I will recommend the Greeley Place to anyone looking for a senior apartment.

We chose Sunrise of Randolph because it was recommended to us, the location, and the staff. We also spoke to some of the residents who live there and they said they love it here. The room sizes are fine, my mom is in a single room and its great. I have not eaten here but the food looks very good and she likes it. I cannot say enough good things about Sunrise. I would highly recommend. It makes a very hard thing much easier.

We chose Sunrise of Paramus because it was spotless, close to home so I could see my mom everyday, and it was pretty. I wanted her to feel like it was an apartment not a care facility. The apartment size was good, the layout was very smart. When you walked in the studio, it was open. We could not have been happier, they treated her family. The food was pretty good, the food services director was fabulous. He tried to get my mom to eat, he would ask her what she wanted to eat and make it for her. He would stop by her room at the evenings to bring her snacks. Everyone from the receptionist to the kitchen staff was amazing, we could not ask for anything better. We had an issue with her faucet and within an hour it was fixed, they were very responsive. My favorite part about her stay here was she always had the same aid everyday, so she got to build those relationships. She was an RN herself, so she really appreciated the care she received. I would and have recommended this facility. The only thing I would suggest is more activities for vision impaired residents.

Sunrise of Rockville community has bingo for the residences, they also take them out and about in the surrounding area. Our loved one has stated that some of the food like the vegetables and meat can be over cooked at times making it hard to eat. The outside look of this community is gorgeous. as well as the inside. The rooms at this community are about average size. One thing that really stood out to us was the friendliness of the staff.

I moved to the Regent on [date removed] so it's been a year and a half and I think it was one of my really good decisions. I was at the age of not being able to do the work of maintaining my home of fifty four years any more. Living here now has given me peace of mind and lifted the burden of worry about what was going to break next or need to be replaced. I feel so relaxed and safe here at the Regent. Everything is provided for me so I just kick back and enjoy senior living. The staff here are all top notch people and so attentive to the needs of each individual. My fellow residents are so friendly and I've met many more new friends here. I would definitely recommend the Regent to my friends.

I'm in my eleventh year of residency at this community. There have been many changes over the years, mostly for the best. The managers always keep the best interests of the residence foremost.

I enjoy living here. My needs are well-taken care of by a caring staff. The management team and staff are excellent.

My mom is very happy at Pueblo Regent. The staff always goes above and beyond for her. The steps they have taken during this pandemic has kept everyone safe. My family is very happy with her choice in Pueblo Regent. The residents and staff are like family.

Great place to be. All the staff are great. Leadership is outstanding. The food is good and tasty. Great dining room. I'm not big on activities but they offer lots of chances to meet my neighbors. I've enjoyed the programs I've joined.

Sunrise of Gurnee is a beautiful, comfortable, enjoyable, and safe place to live. The 24/7 staff members are competent and caring persons. When the COVID-19 situation struck there has continued to be primary attention given to the good health of residents, with appropriate activities. Meals and dietary services are excellent. Our setting is surrounded with natural beauty. Families and friends enjoy visiting us (and us with them!).

Everyone and thing is great.

Caregivers are responsive when I need help. My needs are met right away. They accommodate any request I make and this is important to me.
