Everything is great. The staff are very attentive. Meals are very good. I like my neighbors. I have a great view and enjoy my apartment. I'm very happy here.

Sunrise of Gurnee is great! I love our community and how they help me with my many health issues. The staff is loving, caring, and efficient. They have won quality awards and do well when they are surveyed by officials. During the pandemic, they have closely followed the guidelines and still have worked hard to communicate and keep our residents happy. We are all family.

I looked at many communities before choosing Sunrise, based on its building, care, and wealth of activities. What matters most is the staff. Sunrise staff members are kind, helpful, caring, and exceptional. During the pandemic, it has been a joy to interact with them. They've gone out of their way to keep us safe and happy.

Sunrise of Crestwood has movie nights, games, as well as a great reading library.They have music for the residents to listen to as well as entertainments groups. We are not very impressed with the food, its a little mediocre. Very lovely community, the porch outside is very nice, its a very attractive setting. They have large studio apartments which is very nice. The staff has very good communication with the families, they are very good with keeping us up to date with whats going on, whether its via email or phone. I feel very secured about having my sister there!

This community was exceptional, they would have Father's Day barbecue, take day trips to restaurant. They would go to different parks, and have picnics. The food here is pretty good, they have good portions. They were very accommodating to the residents. It is a newer looking building, its very nice. The rooms have big closets and big windows. The staff was really helpful, they look at their residents as family and not just a job. They really changed my fathers life.

My mother, [name removed] moved into the Highland Park Sunrise a couple of days ago. Without the help of [name removed], this would not have been possible. [name removed] is remarkable!! Her communication skills are superb. She assisted me every step of the way. She is a fabulous asset to your company.

They have both memory care and assisted living. I have had loved ones in both areas. They keep couples of varying needs together. They are very caring and loving and treat the residents like family. They are doing a good job during COVID, keeping everyone safe. The food is okay. Room size is good, even a studio is plenty big.

Very helpful, informative and my parents are happy and that's the most important thing. I can call if I have questions and I have always been able to talk to someone.

My mom has lived at Pueblo Regent for almost three years. We moved her from an assisted living where she was bored and lacked socialization. Our experience had been amazing! They even have an on-site guest suite, so when her daughter comes from out of town she can stay on-site, visit and even enjoy meals with mom. The staff is great and so helpful.

The Greeley Place is a beautiful and very clean building. The sense of community between the residents and staff provides a feeling of comfort. Activities are available for the residents and the food is great!

I would give Sunrise of Morris Plains community a 10 out of 10 stars if i could, they have been amazing! The cleaning is impeccable it truly is an amazing facility. We just cant say enough nice things about the staff here, they go out of their way to help every body especially during the pandemic. Their dedication to the residents is unbelievable, we have never felt more comfortable. They have cut back on the activities, but before COVID they had bingo, board games, they take the residents out on outings. The activities director is very passionate with everyone there, even the families that come to visit. The rooms are very accessible for all the residents.

My ninety-six-year-old mother has been a resident for 1.5 years and the experience has transformed her life. She has put on weight, is no longer anxious, has a sunny room, participates in group activities. The caregivers are superb, the food is great and the community atmosphere is very welcoming. I strongly recommend Sunrise.

As the daughter of a resident I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for peace of mind in finding independent living for a loved one. Mom is thriving in the years she has lived here. It’s not simply a place to live, it’s become her home. She is shown love every day from the; staff house helpers, chef, Management, maintenance personnel and other residents. It’s the perfect location; a minutes walk and she’s at the Senior Center or UCCC or Lincoln Park. She stays so busy I have to make an appointment to see her! :)

The Greeley Place is AWESOME!!! My father has been there for 7 yrs!! He has made many good friends. They offer so many things to do!! And with Covid 19 around, I have to day, they have protected my dad, he is 91 yrs young!! The protocol they implemented does work! All I can say is Thank you for keeping him and all the other seniors happy, youthful and safe!!!

What a wonderful place Greeley Place is. Our family feels so relieved and good knowing mom is secure and loving where she lives. The staff is great and always ready to help. There are many activities and fun things to do if the residents want to participate. The kitchen staff goes beyond their regular duties to provide for everyone. During this pandemic, no resident or staff member has contacted the virus because of the loving care of all staff and the residents for each other. This is a true family atmosphere. We Love Greeley Place.

We looked through almost every facility in our area and we, (my Father and I) both agreed that The Greeley Place was the best! [name removed] is the best and the staff is helpful and professional. Thank you for making a difficult transition much easier!!

My mom had gained so much more confidence and independence living at Greeley Place. I haven’t seen her this happy in years. The staff is so kind and caring and goes out of there way regularly for their residence and their families. I wouldn’t want her any other place.

She moved in a week before COVID so we haven't been able to go visit. When we did move her in though, the activities coordinator seemed to be very engaged with the residents, always trying to keep them engaged and active even on lock down. . The food is good my mother hasn't complained yet. The staff is very good with keeping the families informed with what is going on on a daily basis. For the memory care side every thing is on the first floor, which makes everything very accessible. We like the way it looks on the outside. When we moved her in we were able to see her room which is pretty good in size.
