I would tell anyone that it was a great place. It is a helpful, caring place. It is a great place to have a loved one. They called me for any little thing that happened. They food was great! I was there at meal times quite a bit of the time. The portions were good, the food had a great selection. They made sure to encourage the residents to eat. The staff would feed residents who couldn't feed themselves. I trusted them so much. It was always so clean, and it was great. The personally cleanliness was wonderful, the residents were kept up very well.

They are very attentive, friendly, and professional. The room sizes are ideal. My aunt liked the food. They have an outdoor space for residents to enjoy. It was very visitor friendly. A lot of activities and residents were engaged.

We chose this because of the location, it was close to where my mother had lived for over 60 years. It is easy to get to, she likes that she is by the water, and also, she can also see the road back home. I feel so comfortable that my mother is in with this community. They have been isolated since COVID but the staff has done super. My mother is not the most tech-savvy, so the staff members face-time us with her each day since we are not able to visit. She has a studio with a deck and it is perfect size for her. The food is really good, there is a lot of variety. They have a restaurant like menu. They also offer other choices if you do not like what is being served. I would definitely recommend. I cannot tell you how happy I am with Sunrise of Mill Basin.

We love the Courtyard, everything was amazing with them. They did everything that could to help my dad. We chose this community for its location and it is beautiful. The housekeeping services were great, The food was delicious. I would recommend this community to other families. My only concern is do not use the in home care company that there have in the building, that was our only issue but it is a separate company.

My loved one has received excellent care. When he first arrived he needed the assistance of three people to transfer him from the bed to the wheelchair and within six months, he was walking with a walker and getting himself independently to the dining room His progress has been remarkable and that is because of their care. I would absolutely recommend this community to other families. During COVID, it has been hard but they hard gone over and above to protect the residents and staff. They have really exceeded our expectations.

I would recommend to use Sunrise at Huntcliff. They take great care, even during COVID. They have had one employee who tested positive and they shut everything down. There has been no other issues. When I have been at this community they have been doing activities.

I would recommend them to others. The Room sizes and the layout of the community is good. The food is okay. They also get snacks during the day. They do have outdoor areas for residents. Overall it has been a positive experience.

The care for our Aunt [name removed] has been great she seems to be happy and taken care of well and during this Covid time she is coping and hoping that soon she can have more personal visits from us but we all know we have to take caution and she understands that she’s fed well and everyone is so nice to her

I recently moved my mother from a different assisted living home. The place was beautiful but there were tons of issues. I moved my mom in the middle of COVID because I was so frustrated. It was the best thing I ever did to move her to Sunrise. I like it so much better and so does she. My mother feels that they really take an interest in her well being. They are properly staffed for the number of residents. This allows them to provide proper care for my mom. An great example of this would be that the prior assisted living place wanted my mom to use a portable toilet. This was due to the fact that my mom is very slow in getting in and out of the washroom. They felt they didn’t have enough time. Sunrise said they wanted the portable toilet removed and they will take the time . I would like to just thank [names removed] for living up to what was promised to me. I couldn’t be happier.

It is very nice. The room is lovely. The nurses were lovely. They gave my brother a lot of help. The food was fabulous. The layout of the community was beautiful. They have porches with rocking chairs for the residents to use. Parking was a bit of a problem.

Some activities they have for the residents including arts and crafts, a variety of games as well discussion groups. The style and structure of this community is fantastic, the staff works as a team. Always on top of things, they are extremely helpful towards each other. We have tried some of the meals there and they were pretty good. The rooms are an adequate size, but are smaller than some of the apartments in other communities we looked at. There main focus for this community is to keep the residents activate and engaged. They are very accommodating.

We chose this community because we already had experience with the sunrise brand assisted living in a different state. We are comfortable with the way they run communities. The food is very good, they have a lot of variety and they cater to different dietary needs. The room sizes are nice. Our favorite part about the community is the size, it is just the right size for people to know each other well and not feel lost.

I have no complaints at all. The activities include walks, going places (similar to shopping centers). The room sizes are nice. My mom says the food is good. My mom likes this community the best out of the choices she had.

They provided excellent care as well as caring care for the residents. They are very involved with the residents. They always knew what the residents were doing and where they were. My husband was in memory care. My husband did not like the food. The did not have outdoor space for the residents.

Our mother has been a resident at Highland Trail for 7 years. She is very happy with her choice of a retirement community. The entire staff is amazing, friendly and truly care about the residents. During our current times with the pandemic, the staff has worked tirelessly to maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone, residents and staff. The entire facility had to make changes from social distancing to how meals are served. Our loved ones are in a safe and healthy facility, and that means everything to family members. I / we cannot show the staff enough gratitude, we are great full to them.

We chose this community because of the price. When we toured the facility, we felt it would be a great fit for my aunt due to the location as well as the staff. They treat you as an individual and you can tell that they care. Our favorite part about this community is the care she is getting and the food. They have very good ratings.

The people that work at Quincy PLACE are great they really care about the residence and go above and beyond in everything they do.

Friendly, caring staff and adminstration. The other residents are friendly. The room sizes has plenty of room. I would recommend for any of my friends parents, or anyone because of their age. I would consider this community for myself, when I get to that point.
