I would tell my friends that if I could go there I would. They send out a weekly newsletter to the families to update them on everything. The activities are still going on and for my loved one, they are providing one-on-one to assist my loved one. The food is good and my loved one says it is good as well. The community gives her too much of it according to my loved one.

The activities director tried to come in to my loved one's room to try and keep my loved one active This community is one you should definitely look into. The community let us know when they couldn't give him the care he needed, they let us know that we needed to bring in hospice. They even were encouraging and made sure they tried to get him to eat. They would bring his food to his room to assist him. I realized how much the staff cared for my loved one, because they all cried when I lost my loved one. Some of the staff even still call me to check in with me.

Our first impression of Sunrise was that is was kept very clean, and we really liked how nice everyone was. It is a smaller community, but that made it more personable. The food was really good we had no complaints. The rooms were beautiful, they were always fresh and very clean.

You will not find another facility that cares more about their residents - AND their families - than Sunrise of Frisco. The staff does a fabulous job of meeting all of the residents' needs - medical, emotional, and physical. And they fully support their families as well. Sunrise has personally helped support our family through some very rough years. We have had our parents in residence there, each with different difficult health and emotional needs. The grief of losing a loved one little by little each day and then dealing with all of the new things that come with their diagnoses has been overwhelming for us. Sunrise has met these struggles we've had head on -- with doting attention to our parents and constant emotional support and guidance for us. Their experience with helping people live their last years with dignity shows every day. They know that social interaction keeps the residents' brains and bodies active and healthy and place a very big emphasis on making sure the residents are out and about every day - as much as possible. When we brought Mom (with debilitating Parkinson's) to Sunrise, she was mentally and physically in a horrible place. We thought for sure she wasn't going to be with us much longer. But through the help of Sunrise's fabulous on-call doctor and the love, prayers, and encouragement given by their fabulous activities director, Mom bounced back beautifully and lived another fulfilling year and a half. Sunrise has also helped us navigate the very scary paths of dementia. Their calming voice, guidance, and wisdom has helped us know how to communicate and maintain the loving relationship that we've always had with our dad even though he can be a different person every day. (Dad is social, too, and has thoroughly enjoyed all of the fun things at the facility - music concerts, bingo, church services, sing-a-longs, and holiday events.) Even during covid, the staff has made every effort possible to help us keep in contact with our parent. Facetime calls are available any time during the day when we want or need to talk to Dad. The staff always figures out a way to help us keep in touch. Again, they know how much that social interaction means to the well-being of the residents. With new mandates from the state, I'm sure it won't be long before more in-person visits will be allowed. Again, we can't recommend Sunrise enough. If you're looking for a place that truly cares about their residents and is very experienced with elder and memory care, this is it!

I have been so happy with our Sunrise of Frisco experience. For a little over two years, my mother has been a resident. She is consistently treated with respect and kindness by the wonderful staff, who genuinely care about her. She truly considers them to be her friends. Sunrise is very clean and comfortable and is beautifully decorated. There is a wide variety of fun and interesting activities for the residents to enjoy. I appreciate that, in addition to caring for Mom, staff members make a point to know our family and to keep us well-informed about how she is doing. It has been such a comfort to know that Sunrise has remained safe and healthy during the pandemic. I was thrilled to get a socially-distant porch visit with Mom this summer, and I look forward to being back for an inside visit once it is safe to do so. Thank you, Sunrise!

My mom has lived at Pueblo Regent a little over three years now. We actually moved her to this community from an assisted living. Before moving to Pueblo Regent she was bored and lacked socialization. The staff at Pueblo Regent are so good to her and always communicate with us. She loves the meals and activities. I am so impressed with the way they have handled the COVID pandemic. With all the precautions they put in place it’s no wonder that they have not had any active cases. My mom is 94 and so happy with her new friends and she loves her one bedroom apartment.

We've been researching local facilities for my parents to live. We had the pleasure of meeting with [name removed]. She was so very kind, very informative and the way she described the facility was like a dream. I was so impressed on how cleanly the facility is and how fresh is smelled upon entry. The dining area was so beautiful and the atmosphere was pleasant and very comfortable. Thank you, [name removed], for taking time with us to tour the facility; it's beautiful!

Sunrise of Naperville assisted me at a time when my mother needed help the most. The Salesperson, the Executive Director, the medical staff, the cleaning people and pretty much everyone else greeted my mother with open arms during the Covid 19 shutdown. After a several week hospital visit, We needed to move her from her home in Florida to assisted living in the Chicago area to be surrounded by her family members. I must have researched 15 different assisted living facilities before understanding that Sunrise of Naperville was the most favorable, cost effective home for my mother with incredible loving care. She has acclimated to her new apartment with a great deal of her own furniture and wall hangings that reminder of her wonderful life. Sunrise staff has been so helpful on the move-in process. The essential services come to her, such as a doctor and 24 hour nursing staff to ensure her health. She has made friends and told me that she is where she belongs. I along with my siblings, thank the entire staff of Sunrise of Naperville.

This community is kept very clean, the staff is extremely friendly. The care services are good, we are very happy with them. The activities are fine, they have bingo, sing-a-longs, and get to together's. This community has a lot of good things about it, they are very welcoming. The food is fine, and the rooms provided are fine also.

I had to move my parents into assisted living in June of 2018. As a licensed, board certified physician, myself, I have spent a whole lot of time in retirement homes. That is why when I first saw Sunrise of Frisco, I knew this was the place for my parents. Sunrise of Frisco is, hands-down, the cleanest, nicest, and most friendly facility of its kind that I have ever seen, across five states. It wasn't until my parents arrived there that we all realized that mom needed to be in memory care. Dad had been very sick for ten years, and thankfully, he passed peacefully in his sleep a short time after moving in. His final weeks were full of dignity thanks 100% to the nursing and support staff at Sunrise of Frisco. Because their memory care was full at that time, Sunrise was able to help make accommodations to assisted living, until space became available. Mom eventually got upstairs to memory care, and she has flourished there. For the past two years, mom has been able to have contact with the smiling faces of the staff and the other residents. For the first time in years she is eating fresh meat and vegetables and she's even gained healthy weight. While Alzheimer's disease is pernicious, it can be managed. She has regular medical and neurological exams and I am consulted after each encounter. Mom has fun activities and friends whom she is able to recognize, she is always glad to see me, but she knows that she is safe where she is. I have been very happy to see her periodically throughout the virus lockdowns, though obviously not as often as I would like, and I know that the management and staff are doing everything they can to remain within the state and county safety parameters while still delivering appropriate care to the residents. As a physician, I know that there is often a high turnover of staff at these facilities. The amazing thing about Sunrise of Frisco is that they continue to find and employ excellent people. Because that is what any service is about, great people. Many of the staff are the same from my first visit to Sunrise nearly 30 months ago. I am very glad to know that Sunrise has care of my mom, she is safe and well cared for there, she is content for now until the virus restrictions are removed. In the meantime, I am able to schedule regular visits and phone calls, not the same as a hug, but I know that she is safe.

Sunrise of Marlboro was kept very clean, it was almost like a hotel, even more like a Disney resort. The staff was wonderful, they were very attentive. Our loved one was only there for about nine days before she passed. In that time the staff did a good job making her feel comfortable. It was more expensive, but the care services were great. The dining staff was great, we came one day unannounced and they made sure we had a meal to eat. The food was good, there was a lot of variety. They had full menus, and what we had to eat was fine.

My mom has lived at Sunrise for over 6 years and I am very thankful for the Sunrise staff. They have chosen an employment path that is difficult and demanding. I am very impressed with the patience and calm they use everyday for their responsibilities.

Sunrise is a wonderful place to live! The care, the staff, and nurses are very kind and professional. I have made many friends who are staff here! I highly recommend Sunrise of Sandy Senior Living!

In the last three years, I have watched three of my parents/ parents-in-law pass away. One passed away at home, one in the hospital, and one, my mother, passed away at Sunrise. My mother's passing away was the most special. She was able to be surrounded by family with the support from the caregivers at Sunrise. She was living in the Alzheimer's unit when she passed. The caregivers from Sunrise and Inspiration Hospice were wonderful. They all loved her, and helped us to know how to help her as she was passing. We are indebted to their kindness and love for her. My father now lives in the assisted living side of Sunrise as he goes through the last stages of his life. He is also experiencing the love and care from the Sunrise staff and Inspiration Hospice. He eats his meals in the homey and comfortable dining room with the other residents that we now call friends. The food is always good, and there are nice touches like linen table cloths and fine furnishings. They have a great activities director that is planning parties and activities to make their lives enjoyable. The men and women that have helped my dad get ready for bed or bring him his medicine all truly care about him. If ever I have had a concern, I have been welcome to talk to the manager or head nurse and things have been taken care of. If you are trying to find a place for your loved one to live, I would highly recommend Sunrise of Sandy.

My mom lived at Sunrise for just over 2 years and it was clear that my mom was loved and properly cared for by the staff and that means the world to me. Not being able to be there during COVID was very challenging, but in her last days I was able to witness that those caring for her truly loved her. I don't think anything could have been as comforting as that. When I couldn't be there to show her my love, others were loving her for me. That is priceless.

Words cannot describe my gratitude for Sunrise of Sandy. My Dad was a resident in the reminiscence unit at Sunrise of Sandy for about 4 years before he passed away in May. Everyone at Sunrise is like family to us. They went above and beyond to take care of my Dad in every way possible and me too! They genuinely loved my Dad...I have no doubt! I learned so much from Sunrise about how to interact with my Dad as his dementia progressed. The staff at Sunrise are very knowledgeable and so loving!! My Dad was a businessman till the very end and they knew just how to engage him and keep him happy. They set him up a desk with files and they would discuss "business deals" with him for hours. He made up names for all of them and they stuck for years. There are no words to describe how amazing they were to my Dad. This is a very difficult time with the pandemic, but Sunrise kept my Dad safe and happy through all of it. When my Dad was passing, due to his dementia, Sunrise along with Silverado Hospice, were so helpful and loving. Sunrise of Sandy is the best!!!

This is a great community, it is expensive but it is very good. The food was good for my loved one. The nurses are good at communicating with me and I have no issues with this. The room was nice for my loved one.

We really like the marketing director at this community which actually by her training also makes her a nurse. The overall community is relatively small and it turns out unlike the other six-eight facilities we looked at, this facility has a lift system to help the residents get out of bed, The food is pretty good, our loved one has been on a mechanical soft diet most of the time. For the first time in the last six months, i was able to go visit our loved one a few days ago. The staff is usually pretty good with communication, however the only issue we do have with this community is we have had to place our loved ones hearing aids a couple of times. They seem to go missing which we don't know why that is happening. The executive director has done a great job with the infection control, we believe only a handful of staff members have tested positive, and as far as we know, none of the residents have tested positive which is very important.

Not only did I take a virtual tour, but this morning my daughter and I took a physical tour. I believe this is going to be the place I move to. Just felt right.
