We are very pleased with the care my mother receives at Sunrise. We are especially happy with the kindness of the caregivers.

I cannot say enough about the care my sister has received at Sunrise. The entire staff has been so helpful, friendly, professional in all matters concerning my sister.

This is my family member's home. Care of residents as individuals. [Name removed] knows and recognizes every person. You feel you are among people who know and care about you. Never too busy to help out — residents and family. Clean, friendly, not too big to be lost. Good way to get people involved. Food could be better. 100% COVID free! Keep up offering programming.

The community is usually clean. Overall, I think the staff is very attentive and any time there is an issue, they call me. They do have plenty of activities available to the residents, although my mother does not often participate. My mother has also mentioned liking the food.

The community as far as I know is pretty clean. Especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, we feel our mother is in very good hands and the staff has been so kind to the residents. We really feel that they have done a good job keeping the residents safe while also keeping their spirits up. They are also offering to facilitate FaceTime or phone calls so it is easier for us to keep in contact. While expensive, we do believe The Quadrangle is worth the price given the level of care they are offering.

I visited frequently and I never saw anything unsanitary. The staff is wonderful and are very compassionate and empathetic. They make sure we have contact with our loved one and they will even assist my sister with making FaceTime calls to us. The care is good and they have been very accommodating with her needs. They do offer activities, although my sister isn't able to participate in some of them, but they do encourage her to participate in what she is able to. We have nothing but praise for Sunrise and we are very satisfied.

The community is usually very clean; they go above and beyond. They do a really good job watching over my mother and make sure she is comfortable. We feel very confident with her being at Sunrise. They usually have enough activities to keep the residents busy. We absolutely think Sunrise Of Morris Plains is worth the price given the level of care they are offering.

They do a really good job with staying on schedule with cleaning the community so it is consistently clean. The staff is usually friendly and the care is good. They do offer activities for the residents to participate in. The care is pretty costly. They have handled the Covid-19 pandemic very well and have communicated with us consistently about what they are doing to protect the residents.

Sunrise At Huntcliff Summit is expensive, but given the care, we think it is pretty average and they do a good job.

I think it is a great facility. I do think they could do more with the activities with the residents .I chose this community because I felt the warmth in the community and the genuine care the staff had for residents. I wasn't impressed with the food at all, but towards the end it did improve. The caregivers were so good, They really were excellent. I was impressed with the longevity of staff. The staff were really good with the memory care residents They were very loving, patient, and respectful.

The staff here is excellent, the food is good and Sunrise has taken great precautions to keep us safe and healthy. I feel very comfortable here! It's a happy, healthy place to live!

Since my husband and I came to Sunrise we feel as this is our family. The staff treats us more than we are just a residence. During the pandemic, everyone has done their utmost effort to care for us by keeping us safe from the virus. Also, the food is great.

The staff were absolutely awesome. I couldn't ask for anything better. There have taken very care of if parents. Since my father passed away, the staff have given my mother extra special time to support her. They seem to be a very close knit community. The staff really show that they care about each nidividual person there. During COVID, the staff would go in each person apartment and have a one on one activity.

We have not have one case of Covid-19 at the community so far, which speaks to the cleanliness of the community. The staff always go the extra mile and during the pandemic, they have really jumped through hoops for us. I think the medical care that they are offering is very proactive. Huntington Common is very expensive, however we are happy with the care, so we think it is an acceptable value.
