It is unfortunate that covid-19 has changed many of our lives. Nonetheless, the staff has made our lives so much safer. I give them much credit for doing their best, in making our lives much safer. The residents also have been very cooperative and they are very supportive, patient and are charitable. As a newcomber, I really enjoy being here. Great staff and residents!

Large building, three stories, basement and garage. Originally as separate apartments, later redesigned with dining room and kitchen for a retirement community. Layout best for still active, relatively healthy retirees. The original Courtyard Gardens removed in mid 20s is now largely on unused concrete. I've lived here since 2000.

I have just moved here. I am happy with my apartment. I haven't seen everything, because of quarantine, but I'm sure it's fine. The most important and the reason I am enjoying it here are the people. The people are who bring our food the people at the front desk, everyone I've spoken to has been so nice and kind. They make me glad I chose Courtyard.

In spite of covid-19, staff and residents are very attentive to detail and follow the new norms during this pandemic. I very much feel welcomed as a newcomer, staff is very attentive and caring. Residents have welcomed me and has made my transition from my apartment easy and enjoyable.

The community has been great. The price is a great value and they give you more than other facilities. They accommodate their residence, my dad is in a wheelchair and they put hardwood floor to help him. He loves the food there they are currently running cycles in the cafeteria or room delivery because of covid. They also communicate any covid issue via text to all the families and lockdown the facility. They have bus transportation also. I would recommend this facility
