Amazing Care! This community is the best. They have been loved and safe during COVID.

The staff were helpful with my mom. Staff and residents helped my mom out with her dog. Overall, it was a pretty nice place. i chose this community because after looking at others, I felt the set up was best for her. My mom's apartment was located the ground floor and it was closest to activities room, the dining room, and the outside for her to walk her dog. i would recommend this community. They were just super.

My mom lives at Sunrise in Cuyahoga Falls in the memory care unit. I can't begin to express how grateful our family is for the people who lovingly take care of her. The caregivers are so kind, so wonderful, such amazing people. It's also a really beautiful place, and so welcoming to visitors (before Coronavirus shut everything down). They also had frequent family activities, as well as daily planned activities for the residents. It really does feel like home there. I most highly recommend this facility.

My family and I are completely satisfied with the love and care that our mother is receiving from Sunrise. They treat mom as though she is part of their family. I am here, normally 5 days a week and I am so impressed with the respect and consideration that my mother receives daily. I have never been a disappointment.

Can't stop talking about the place. Sunrise of Crystal Lake is a great place. My mother is well taken care of and she likes where she is at. She loves the nurses and aides. In this pandemic Sunrise was not fooling around and we can tell they worked very hard to stay on top of any problems that arose. Also they worked hard to AVOID problems which we really appreciated. They followed all the important guidelines and we felt very confident that our mom was being well take care of. And she was. I've made a call to talk to my Mom's nurse and they called back. No problems reaching the nurse or anyone else at the facility.

After visiting several memory care facilities Sunrise of Crystal Lake stood out as totally superior to the competition. The longevity and personality of all employees is amazing. They are caring and just wonderful in their interactions with residents and families. They give you confidence that you loved one is in GREAT hands.

My mom has been at Sunrise almost a year now. We have never regretted our choice. The Loving care she receives there is beyond what is expected, paticularily through this Covid-19 isolation. When we finally got to do our 'outside visits' my mom looked amazing, and she acted like we hadn't been apart for over 3 months!! This is only accomplished through everyone at Sunrise showing her the love and attention she can get nowhere else.

Staff very eager to accommodate family needs to see loved ones. Enthusiastic, adaptable, flexible staff during trying pandemic times. Negative = no beauty shop care.

We love this community. The staff is completely focused on resident safety, happiness, health, and well being. There is always something to do and activities for residents.

Sunrise is a very caring environment! They have accommodated my father in every way! Rooms are clean and staff are super friendly!! I highly recommend this community for the elderly!
